I highly recommend Trackside. I reached out to PJ who responded back to me in minutes and connected me with Sal. I dropped my car off on day 1 and two hours later Sal called me with the diagnosis. Had to wait on a part and on the morning of day 2 Sal called me letting me know my car was ready. Great turnaround time and very friendly. Will certainly use Trackside again.

No BS at this shop. They tell you exactly what the problem is and fix it. No scams. They know how to keep a long term customer.

Labor cost overcharged! Sort white he look like try to rob people! I was go cahnge gas door! How much he charge me! He charged about Paint there naver do! Paint in gas door! So be carefully go there! I naver go Agine!

Great shop. They know their stuff and are reasonably priced. Remember you get what you pay for and here you get quality work.

Sal is a rip off. He tried to charge me $50 for my motorcycle inspection. I went to the dealership 5 minutes away and got it done for $6.

I highly recommend these guys. They were super knowledgeable about my Caddy ATS. Sal called me with updates frequently about progress and attended to numerous issues (mechanical & electrical), things that the dealer couldn't even fix! I give Sal and his crew an A+ in every aspect. This was my first time using them and they are now on "speed dial" and will be my first choice for all my families cars. -G

Entire staff was helpful and efficient. Sal, the owner, was incredibly professional and knew exactly how to help with my car- and I have a Tesla, so these guys do it all!

I just needed tires and wheel alignment then I got a call from Sal a lot of times, everytime they think a part needs to be replaced. I specifically said I dont need AC charge but he did it anyway now my AC is broken (I wonder what happened?) Ended up spending $2,060.00. I say I had a not so good experience with this Auto tech. Not coming again.

Trackside Collision and Tire are very professional and respectful. I came here for my inspection on my vehicle. They took care of the needs of my vehicle in a very tardy manner. Any questions I had were answered with great knowledge. The staff is very nice and even gave me a handshake when I arrived and when I left. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs something done to their vehicle. They just received a new customer for the foreseeable future!

Excellent body work! I was a little leery about taking my "baby" BMW Z4 to a body shop that wasn't "BMW Certified" but boy was I wrong. After talking and dealing with Paul (PJ), I was convinced to give them a try. I am VERY glad I did. Sal and company couldn't have been any nicer. If they aren't "BMW Certified" they should be! I hope I never need body work done again, but if I do, I know where to go. Thanks again guys for all your help!

This shop has serviced all my cars, I have never went elsewhere. Always up front and direct with me. I like that about this shop, they saved my deductible and always go the extra mile for me. FYI the insurance company tried to put used parts on my BRAND NEW car, this shop did not allow that and fought for my repairs to be up to standards of the manufacturer, not the insurance company. I strongly recommend Trackside.

We had to write a review for this local business, they serve the community well. Always taking care of any request and never overpriced. It’s real hard to find a decent mechanic as technology changes.

Brought my car in for brake service and was told it was just a stick caliper glide. They didn’t even charge us for the estimate so I gladly tipped them!

Amazing service 100%. When my car got wrecked, the towing transition was super quick. The coordinator was a true professional.they made sure that the process between the trackside and my insurance company went smooth. The coordinater and his team kept their word 100% through the entire process. It made me feel at ease. Not only the repair was perfect, but they washed/cleaned my car in and out, while leaving everything in place. Couldn't be happier with the result. If you want a service that does towing + car repair all in one, I strongly recommend them

My g-body didn’t even look this good out the factory! Perfect bodywork, no orange peel. You would think this was a resto shop. There is a lot of shops out here but old world quality is hard to find.

Fixed my car from an insurance claim I have had. It was so stressful but they made it easy. I called way to many times but they were always polite. I know for next time I dont need to call every week lol.

Transparent. Trustworthy. Prices are. I usually do my own work but Pj is exceptional. He cares about my cars as much as I do. Knows his stuff and is extremely thorough. The shop communicates well and keeps you in the loop. You never feel like you’re bothering her with questions or concerns. A car in Ozone park was vandalized last week and Trackside removed the paint for free. I think that was an amazing thing they did for the neighborhood. They are a neighborhood shop and I would DEFINITELY use them If I needed car repairs. Neighborhood helping the neighborhood. That’s what it’s all about.

The only shop I use to fix my cars. Been a client forever and don’t plan on going anywhere else.

I couldn’t believe when I approached my car in front of my house and the driver side back window was smashed glass all over, the side of my Chevy Tahoe was dented from back end to front end paint marks all over and the back bumper was was smashed on the same side, along with my hood on the same side. I was devastated. I called up trackside Auto and had the car towed there lucky I had Towing and collision covered through my insurance. The guys at the shop were very accommodating answered all my questions and they dealt with my insurance company. The following week I picked up my truck. I have to say they did an amazing job it was like nothing ever happened it look like new, the color was perfect, new window looked great, my hood opened and closed with ease, and the body was smooth and shiny. I was very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Trackside Auto.

I honestly cant speak more highly of this place. After my accident the Insurance claim was a breeze. I was highly recommended to go here from a few of my patients in queens so I decided to give it a try. I decided to stay far away from the insurance carrier repair shop because I heard they cut corners to save themselves money. Once I brought my car in, PJ called me to explain the repairs as they went along and my car was done in a reasonable time frame. My car looks amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his crew. Its hard to find places like this to go to anymore, its a gem in queens. Come here!
