Town Fair Tire

Called to see availability of a specific tire. No one answered the phone so we left a message and drove there. When we arrived the girl working the counter would not simply check the computer to see if she had the tire we wanted. She said she had to see the car first. We asked her to just quickly check to see if she had the tire we wanted. She insisted she could not until she saw the tire. It was ridiculous. We couldn’t understand why they didn’t answer the phone or return our call as there were three people working the counter and when we arrived why she simply could not type the tire we wanted into the computer and check. She was obstinate. Bad customer service on the part of the “assistant manager” as she called herself.

Destiny helped me to see what my car needed and I loved how her and the manager showed me 3 top tires to start. I was able to quickly make a decision for tires that I know I will feel safe with in the snow and all sorts of NY weather - all weather tires! Already tested them out in the rain and I felt secure driving in heavy rain. I look forward to trying them in the snow!
On top of all that, they also helped me find some rebates to apply for. I have never had such great customer service for tire shopping! Highly recommend!
