Purchased a vehicle from a young lady in hudson and she gave me the parts list and labor estimate to fix the loud exhaust, from Farrell's. $3000.00!
Said basically everything from the y pipe back needed to be replaced except the catalytic converters. Prices for the parts were outrageous, not sure what they charge per hour for labor. My mechanic fixed it in 20 minutes and it just needed the place where the flange was rusted welded. If I had purchased the flange for 35 and paid 100.00 an hour for the labor with tax it still would have been less than 150.00
Beware ladies. I wish I could add a picture and a video. I'd show you all what they wrote and how perfectly quiet my suv is now.
