T.J. Maxx

A nice collection of clothing and kitchen wear. Very well organized store and super friendly and professional stuff. The cashier that helped me today "SHAKTE" was one of the best: Smart, talkative, polite and persuasive. Not to forget the manager "Amanda", she is a true leader who's ensuring her team has the necessary support to achieve their goal and making sure of the satisfaction of her costumers.

We tried on Sandro's coat with the safety tag attached. There was a staff member with yellow permed hair wearing a mask and glasses who was recommending clothes to other customers. We waited, but she didn't come to us. I raised my hand in case she didn't know we were waiting, but she answered bluntly that she was attending to a customer. When she didn't come after waiting for a while, we asked her if she could just take out the clothes for us to check the size. She got angry and replied, "I told you she was responding right now. " We asked if she could call another employee, but she ignored us and said she was the only one responding. It was so unpleasant and made me feel bad. We tried to buy Sandro's coat, but we were offended and angry at her attitude, so we just didn't buy it and left. On the way out, I noticed that he was talking to another customer next to us. I don't understand why he was doing this to us. If you are a Korean and are going to go to this branch, please do not go there. It was a very unpleasant and unpleasant experience and we never heard an apology.

The cashier broke a decoration i spent a while picking out because they were mainly in poor condition and that was the only good one. She did not care one bit that she broke it nor did she apologize for the inconvenience. I think her name was Ana or something else with three letters. Update: now my bag broke too

It's ok with some good (not great) deals, but some of the staff are super rude. Not worth the visit unless you live very close-by and need something urgently. 2 stars because the line at the cashier moves fast.

I asked an employee where they have sheets, she said she didn't know, then I asked if they even have sheets and if 8t wouod be in the home section and she said "I don't know, I haven't looked" and looks at me like I asked something super weird. (Yes, I am sure she was an employee, as she had the tag and everything)

There are better T. J. Maxx then this store in NY? Was my first trip and felt it to be overcrowded and packed with to many people.
Even the parking lot was a * trip *

Pretty packed but large and well organized store. Lots of cashiers available so despite a long line, you’ll find yourself outside in a decent amount of time. Has some great baby items incl.clothes so will plan to visit again if in the area.

Line is a little long also for the bathroom. I'm only rating it a 4 star because my mom likes it here.

THEY DIDNT WANT TO GIVE ME A DISCOUNT AND I HAVE A DISABILITY AND THEN THE STAFF WHO WAS WIT ME BROUGHT A FORM TO PROVE IT HOWEVER IT WAS ONLY GOOD FOR ONE TRANSACTION. AND THE STAFF WAS BUYING CLOTHING FOR THE OTHER RESIDENTS. AND ONLY HAD ONE SO I HAD TO PAY FULL PRICE. IT WASN'T FAIR. I LOVE SHOPPING.

Need a funny hat or socks for the student in your life, great place for that quirky thing.

My wife and I walked into
T. J Maxx to look for a new laundry bag. But they didint have what we were looking for.
It's a nice store. Lot's of staff to help you. If you need help.
Everything is organized and nice and net.

TJ MAX, First time in the store since Covid hit.
Always enjoyed shopping there, I noticed less stock available this time around.

Parents with kids BEWARE.
TOYS in the toy aisle are not allowed to be touched at this location!
The floor employee, in the toy aisle will tell your child not to touch anything.
My 5 year old son had his toy taken out of his hand by this employee. She went up to him and forcefully took his toy (did not belong to the store) out of his hand. A GROWN adult acted like this to a child.my son is now traumatize.

Well organised and easy to navigate racks. I like that they have more high end finds than other locations.

Crowded every day. Long lines to the registers. It's like walking into a messy closet. The only positive thing about this place is that it so close to my home.

I always like T. J. Maxx, generally they offer good clothing deals. It's located in a busy area so you will expect some crowd from time to time. I'm a small framed man and usually I cannot find the right sized jeans there. I don't see too much extremely cheap deals nowadays (red/yellow tags). Toys and accessories are a little bit over priced in my opinion. Also, the cashiers are pushing their store credit card sign up these days.

I love coming here, they always have such great stuff us te store is always nice and neat and clean.
