Management doesn’t know what they’re doing, staff is incredibly slow, they don’t care if there is long line or no. Majority of products are old, do not trust any makeup and edible items, constantly see expired things.

Customer service is terrible.cashiers needs to pay attention to the customer Instead of having a conversation with the cashier next to them.cashier was rude mind u she was a coordinator she needs to go back to training and learn the right way.she didnt know how to bag my items and was just tossing them in the bag.so unprofessional

Garbage I thought able I could find something there, but they had old out dated damage things. WOW what is going on, I guess I have shop on line and recieve clothing I have to return. HELP

The line was long. The manager was there did she not notice it. It's all hands on deck when these situations happen.

They have the cleanest public bathroom I have ever seen in NYC, and they let you use it with no question!

Very disorganized and unclean. Staff have no product knowledge. They do not greet or wear name tags. And they need to wipe down their concerts.

Great selection of items and a courteous staff. I frequently shop at that location to get housewares, apparel, and shoes. The bath products section has some gems if you spend the time to dig deep. Also, this location tends to have shorter lines, and more coordination than the other TJ Maxxes in the vicinity. The only cons are the size of the store due to space size - which is quite small, and the overcrowding of items on the shelves. Due to the small space, I find that items are thrown together instead of being organized. Although there are a few cons, the store is great to pick up products and gifts!

They have of lots of different brands of jackets and coats T very reasonable prices

The racks are not stuffed. Workers very nice and happy to be working

I Went threre for my fis time, and I was in shock when i sow it neeeds to be more organize, there are no worker when you need one.amd Merchandise.all over.toooo crowded. Definitely NO Y FAVOR.

There are some really good finds here but been that I am a stickler for things being in place thus the reason for the 4 stars. It's a little messy but good deals.

Went there for a hand mixer. They have NO kitchen appliances. The kitchen wear section is very small and items are super expensive (pots pans utensils)

I found exactly what I needed. Although some parts of the store was a mess it was because of the new items that were being put up. I love TJMAXX.

I can usually find something to compliment my wardrobe. Yesterday, I found many discounted items on clearance that I am able to look great in for the fall and winter seasons. Score!

TJ Maxx staff very friendly, professional and customer oriented. Even do they didn't have the item/color I was looking for my experience there, as always, was very pleasant.

The customer service is HORRIBLE. The restroom has a lock on it and when anyone has to use the restroom, they are being told (by a LAZY MANAGER and staff) to "stand by the door until someone comes out". So, if someone is not in the restroom to come out, then what (which is exactly what happened) ? The MANAGER and staff (with the exception of the Cashiers who understandably couldn't open the restroom door for the customers), left the customers standing at the restroom door, instead of just opening the door for the customers. The MANAGER was about ten feet away from the door and she still told customers to wait for someone to come out, instead of just opening the door. WOW.and again NO One was in the restroom.finally a staff member was asked AGAIN to open the door and with an ATTITUDE she did. WOW!

Went inside T. J. Max just 2 use the bathroom since I had come from W122nd, Riverside Church! Well that costed me $140 bc I had NEVER been n that STORE b4! NICE stuff in THAT STORE! Buyers beware!

In in awe, never new how many high end clothes they have. I love the clothes and many choices you have.

They would not let me use the bathroom before I lurched my stuff so I didn't pitch as anything. Never going to this store again.

Not a lot of selection in plus sizes. The tops are all cluttered about. I got a great pair of sandals!

T. J. Maxx is okay to go shopping but you have to look for items all around the store some stop I have very helpful some staff don't have no idea where they're at I think they need to work on it training recommended 75% if you looking for bargain you got to go treasure hunting good luck peace
