Easily the best experience I’ve had with car maintenance. Dave was friendly and helpful and everything was completed quickly despite their busy schedule.

Was in a bind with some pretty bare tires and a almost got into 2 accidents driving home in some unexpected winter weather. They were able to get me in fast and work with my schedule. These guys were very professional and friendly. Dale was a pleasure to speak with and was able to answer all of my questions. Will definitely be returning for more auto service!

I have been coming to this location for several years and have always been very satisfied with the service. Both Dave and Dale are very helpful to answer any questions I might have (which is a lot, as a female who knows little about cars) and the service is usually very quick! Highly recommend.

Recently, my "check tire pressure" light was coming on more frequently than normal, so I brought in my car to have my tires looked at for any leaks. Dave and Lou took a look and discovered a very small, dark nail in my right rear tire that was causing a slow leak. I was impressed that they were able to find that tiny nail! Dave and Lou patched up the hole and very graciously did their work free of charge. Very professional, nice people, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

I was in town visiting family when I needed to get a battery for my truck. I was told to go to tire choice as they are knowledgeable and have great service. I talked to Dave who gave me wonderful service.

Myself and my family have been coming here for years. Today I had an absolutely despicable, unprofessional encounter with one of the employees. I was a third party in this situation, picking up a friend’s car for them since they dropped the vehicle off on Friday and are now out of town. When I told the employee why I was there, he started rambling about how annoyed he was with the situation, stating that the car had just been in the way for the past two days and was a nuisance. He also attempted to explain what the issue was with the car, but was completely unclear on whether or not the work had been done. He then told me “I’m trying to be a nice guy and be helpful and work with him [my friend] on the price because that’s what I do. ” Nothing in this employees behavior was nice. I had been told I was there to pick up the car, so I offered to pay for the services. The employee said to me, “Did you not understand anything I just said to you? ” in an incredibly condescending tone. I said I heard what he said but it was unclear since he kept talking about how much he was going to charge but then would actually charge. Eventually he told me to “Just take the car and go. ” I’m appalled by how rude this employee was, will be certain proper measures are taken with higher ups, and recommend any avoid this place if they want good customer service.

My car needed new EGR, front and rear valve gasket, fuel system clean up and tune up parts. I want to complement Dave and Deyle for great customer service, efficiency and over all great job. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

I called right before closing, and was helped within minutes, with no reservation. My car was driven in to the garage, and Dave was super helpful!

Would definitely recommend this place, I stopped in because I was having car trouble and needed help before the snow storm. Dave helped me right away. They were quick and efficient, very nice people.

Dave and Dale have really come through for us. Got a flat tire nearby and had car towed in. Tire was fixed immediately and had excellent advice and help to get back on the road asap. Will recommend to everyone.

I was looking for a place to do my NY inspection and I called and told them that I need it ASAP and they were very helpful and tried their best to squeeze me in today.
I really appreciated the way they helped me, and they even did a courtesy inspection for the car and explained what thing needs to be changed in the future.
I will be coming here for every thing I needs with me car!

The quality of customer service when making the appointment and dropping of the car was superior. They were quick to diagnose my car and give me an estimate. The reason for the 3 stars was they charged me for a lifetime install package and road hazard coverage for my car without asking if I wanted it. Disappointing since everything else about my service was great, but I don't like extra charges added without being informed of what they are.

My family has been coming to this location for years because of their honesty and the quality of their auto service. They consistently provide friendly advice and timely repairs. Manager Alexander Amor is always great to work with!

Ran over something on my way by work. Started my car at the day and the low tires light went on. Tried going someplace but they were "too busy". Called over and Dale told me to bring my car over and was able to get me in right away. Lou immediately fixed the tire and was able to get me on my way. Customer service was amazing. I'll be back when it's time for an oil change and tire rotation.

No customer service, horrible car service, and even worse corporate and district managers to try and help fix their problems. NEVER and I mean never bring your car here if you want it reliably fixed.

I am very pleased with the amount of care and attention Dave and Dale presented with the concerns of my car! They showed me the ins and outs of what healthy car parts should look like and guaranteed me their best work at hand. I will be working with them in the future with any other future car care and very much appreciate their authenticity. Best auto car shop i’ve been to thus far.

These folks rock. They’re consistent, transparent, thorough, and emphasize their customer satisfaction a ton. They’re a place I can drop my car off and know they’ll make sure it’s good to go before I take it off the lot. Great pricing and would totally recommend to anyone looking to get some work done or maintenance on their vehicle.
