Do not, I say DO NOT even waste your time. We were just in for a a few days and since my wife is an alumni, we stayed a couple of nights. Aside from the food just being “decent”, and the liquor so obviously bottom shelf, we also came home with bed bugs!
It's inexcusable and irresponsible for babies to be left unattended besides it being a crime. The Management did the right and responsible thing. Put the blame where it belongs.
It's the Yale club, it's great. Dining options have been pruned back, it would be great if they would resume at full breadth. Friendly and helpful staff.
A guest husband has a massive heart attack & you call the police on the them for leaving the kids unattended. You should be ashamed & I would never allow my kids to attend Yale or join this club that is unequivocally prepared to assist guest with emergencies.
The Club is wonderful. Guest rooms are large, up-to-date and well appointed. The gym facilities are excellent and the staff is very competent and friendly. And they have a very good library/study space
Stayed here one night for an event in the city. Gym facilities are nice. They have a swimming pool and squash courts. Free coffee in the morning at the lounge!
Wondeful dinner service as always. I'm happy to see the recent dress code policy notice has already raised the tone of the dining room to match the familiarly excellent food and table service.
I studied at Yale many years ago, I love this place we have in New York.but I have observed the vulgar attitude of a security guard, who controls the back entrance where the staff enters, always looks angry, responds inappropriately to Amazon workers and is always eating at his job, I I had to go through that sector many times since I had things from my work that I had to take to my room, and all the time he was eating and looking at his phone and apparently he got angry when someone asked him something, I asked his name and it's EDDY apparently Latino Puerto Rican, it should be noted that his work area is always dirty which draws the attention of a YALE CLUB staff, please take this consideration.a hug to the generation 2010 YALE CLUB

This is the first time I had the opportunity to experience The Yale Club and enjoy a nice lunch there. It had a renaissance style interior design and a beautiful view of the city. The food was delicious specially the cheese cake. I would highly recommend anyone that have the opportunity to go and experience it.
The Yale Club is one of those venerable institutions which takes you back to an earlier time. You must be a member to use its facilities which include a reading room, food service and ros for rent. We attended a friend's party. Cocktail service was in one room with passed snacks which were tasty and plentiful. Dinner was in the room next door. The decor was traditional wood paneling in both. Service was impeccable except that our server did not know how the chicken entree was prepared. Nor did she seem inclined to find out. O am glad I chose the beef. Ot was nicely seasoned and cooked to my liking. Those who chose the chicken noted it was dry. I noted it was tiny! Dessert was a cream pudding with a white chocolate covered strawberry. Quite nice. Ch we know service was excellent and free.
Beautiful club with rich history offering everything for a great stay: pool, meeting rooms, bars, great service and a fantastic library! Overnight stays are possible as well and the breakfast is delicious.
Meh. The dress code is too loose, the food just good not great, the booze is straight off the shelf, and well for a place that used to be somewhat exclusive they will now let just about anyone in. The good old days have long passed. For shame.
This is the sort of establishment that would welcome a visit from the so-called upper-crust of society, but would not allow your humble tour guide Baron Saturday to even walk in the door. In other words, this place is a classless dive that you needn't bother patronizing in this life. On a positive note, it has an on-site petting zoo.
