Took my car there to find a draw on my battery. They told me that their experts will run a test and find out what the problem is. After 15 mins they told me that the new battery was the problem. Took it elsewhere and it was the security alarm like I suggested to the stereo shop. Stay away from there.they can keep my payment.

Brought in a bunch of broken amps to these guys they ended up all being not worth fixing but they gave me options to replace them with and I will be buying all my stereo stuff from them in the future

Had drone mobile remote start installed. Had issues from start. Brought back to stereo shop and they said it's my alternator. NOW IM SPENDING 450$ to have removed for my car to work. STAY AWAY, THEY HAVE HIGHSCHOOL KIDS INSTALL.

A great place to do business with. I wanted to upgrade my subwoofer system, I gave them an idea of what I wanted, and they made it happen, exceeding my expectations. There was a slight equipment malfunction a week after installation, (not stereo shops fault), and they got me in very fast and in under 2 hours everything was resolved and I was very happy. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

I had them do a car stereo install and a dashcam install on my Charger and I'm very happy with the experience there. They are very knowledgeable and I couldn't be happier with the job. I'm even going to go back to have them do a remote starter on my other car once I get around to it. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Had my system wired. Did a great job. Even stood behind their work a month later which is hard to find now a days.

First time going to the Stereo Shop, and I have to say they exceeded my expectations. John and Chris was very knowledgeable on the car starters, and I knew exactly how much it was going to cost me before service. I needed my time extended, and they got me right in! They were friendly and courteous…I highly recommend them!

They up saled me on equipment for my car and "forgot" to mention there was a subscription that would be applied. After receiving notice that I would now need to subscribe I was told various things from there is information posted everywhere you would have seen in the store, this is not new its been out for 10 years most people know about it, Its only $100 more than what you asked for.you can bring the car back we will uninstall it for you. Ultimately resulting in nothing, not even an apology. Just defending the fact that they misled me into buying a more expensive product than what I initially wanted and informed me I should have more knowledge on what I am buying when purchasing. Poor customer service.

Needed new tires. Gentleman took care of the issue in less than 30 minutes. Excellent work. Quick and efficient. I have told others about this establishment. Thank you.

The staff at stereo shop helped us find and implement solutions to our needs at our restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful, we were very happy with the results. We will certainly return in the future for any of our audio/visual needs! Thanks guys!

I specifically told them that my amp was 800w rms and my sub was only 600w rms and they turned my gain 3/4 of the way up and turned on my bass boost and I trusted them being a 4 star shop to do decent work. I drove 2 1/2 hrs to have this done and 15 mins on the way home my subwoofer fried itself. Definitely do not go here. They claimed they tuned the setup. They never told me a volume to not go past. Nothing! Absolutely horrible service

Very disappointing. Stopped by after reading other reviews. I needed a stereo harness or stereo equipment installed.
They sold me a harness for $130.00 that was not needed and not a returnable item.
I asked 3 times, "how much do you charge to install a stereo " and did not get an answer.
I found the help rude, unwilling to listen, and more concerned with making an unnecessary sale, scamming a 130.00 sale to an individual who they viewed as an easy target to rip-off.
Simply a disgusting company who will scam you for profit.do not use this company if you are not a audio specialist or stereo expert. They will see your lack of audio knowledge and take advantage of your lack of knowledge for profit.
Sad because I would have had 3 more install jobs for them had they not given me the shaft.

Came in with my brother to get new car radios, we came back to exchange a part and they were extremely helpful fixing any issues and answering all of our questions. 100% recommend! Super nice guys.

Came in to buy a Sonos speaker, and when I entered I was greeted by two employees, neither of whom were wearing masks during a global pandemic. Had they not been the only store in town with the speaker I wanted, I would have turned right around.
I will not be back.

Called in to the Greece store and spoke to a very helpful gentleman today who helped troubleshoot a turntable/Sonos connection. We’ve used Stereo Shop for car systems as well as home systems for years and will continue to do so! Thanks guys!
