I came to this beautiful spa for a blow out. As soon as I walked in, I received exceptional treatment. My blow out done by Michaela was fabulous. The spa is beautiful, peaceful, clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I felt very relaxed during my treatment and cannot wait to come back again. I would highly recommend this spa for anyone needing relaxing time or self care.

This wonderful, zen-like spa is a welcome addition to the Woodbury area! So far I have gotten a wonderful, luxurious pedicure, refreshing facial, gorgeous makeup application, and a bouncy, beautiful blowout! I had a great experience over the summer at Eastern Breeze Spa Lounge. I went with a group and got a facial and massage. Both were lovely. After the services we were able to relax in the relaxation room with complimentary, chocolates, fruit, and champagne. I can't wait to go back for another service.

I bought my mom a gift certification for a Swedish massage and then ended up buying a massage for myself as well. Super clean spa lounge, the ambience is extraordinary. Really makes you feel relaxed before you even get the massage! The changing rooms were all clean and the massage itself was sooo good. Definitely will be coming back here again to try out their other services.

I give this place 5 stars simply because of the luxurious experience I come here and get my hair done once a week with Victoria and she works her magic! Every single staff member is very accommodating and I can’t wait to come back every week this place is truly a GEM!

I bought a gift certificate for my husband so he can use it on his birthday. He received an amazing massage by Sophia. He also had a manicure and pedicure. He enjoyed the entire time at the spa. The staff was very courteous and pleasant. The facilities, including the Zen lounge were very comfortable and he felt very relaxed the whole time he was there. I highly recommend this spa. This place definitely knows how to cater to your needs and they go above and beyond to meet all your expectations.

I went for the grand opening and got an
Complimentary express facial with Sophia. It was amazing so I immediately booked my next one with was a hydrotherapy facial for 60 minutes. It was pure heaven and my skin felt fantastic afterwards. I will definitely be back again for my next facial. Salon is super clean and everyone is so friendly.

Here are the main takeaways up front, but the full explanation is provided as to why we feel this way. 1) Definitely don't get the gift certificate for yourself or anyone else if you are planning to 2) We don't recommend going here because, well, it wasn't a pleasant experience and 3) Frank doesn't seem like the type of owner that cares about the customer experience, pretty necessary for a spa!

This is a bit long but explains our full experience and why we will never go back to this spa. My wife and I got a couples massage for our anniversary, and overall we had a negative experience which I will go through, but there were some positives first.
We thought the staff there was friendly and the masseuses were nice and gave good massages. We usually like a steam room or sauna before massages, and while they did have one shower, it didnt provide hot water. The only other amenity was a 'Relaxation Room' which was nice though. We just didnt feel as relaxed going into the massages as we would have liked, but this is nitpicking a bit and not the real reason for the negative review. From when we entered until the end of the massages, it was a fine, until we came to payment.
Now the problem. My wife purchased a gift certificate in advance to try to make our anniversary couples massage as effortless as possible. We were expecting to hand over the gift certificate and give a cash tip to the masseuses, and walk out fairly quickly. When we gave them the gift certificate however, we were told the gift certificate was invalid because we had disputed the transaction (we did not). We were asked to wait 10 mins for Frank, the owner, to come and explain, and figure it out. While we waited, we decided to call our credit card company to confirm. When we got the credit card company on the line, they told us everything was fine on their end, we had already paid our bill, and there was no dispute on record. After 15 minutes Frank still hadn't appeared, and we tried explaining to staff that we didn't dispute the amount, so we asked both the credit card company and the spa what we should do, because we certainly didn't want to pay twice. We decided it would be simplest to just pay again on a credit card, and then dispute the first transaction (which is what they thought we already did). We told Frank over the phone (as he had still not shown up), that we would pay again, dispute the first transaction, not come back again, and that this was not the expected relaxing experience, so we were planning on leaving a negative review. To say that set him off is an understatement. He starting ranting about "how could you leave a negative review when this was your fault and not mine", and wouldn't let me get a word in. Honestly, the point of telling him that was to see how he would react. He could have apologized and tried to make this day a little better, but instead he chose the opposite approach and starting yelling at us.

The service is excellent, the staff are so friendly and professional, I’ll definitely recommend people to your service. I feel so happy I chose this spa and I will be definitely coming back.
