Friendly and courteous driver, comfortable, warm and prompt shuttle. Fresh newspaper and a bottle of cold water on checkout. Help with luggage. You cannot ask for more.

Easy to find. Quick pick up and drop off service. Very friendly staff in the exit booth!

I was having a bad day. 16 hours on flights and in airports. My flight to Buffalo was 2 hours late and I feared that I would not be able to get to my car at "Parking Spot" after midnight. Moreover, I do not own a mobile phone. So, I was unable to call "Parking Spot" for pickup. But, the "Parking Spot" bus was waiting at the airport off-site-parking location. The driver was very friendly and, seeing I was disabled, he carried my suitcase to the bus.and then to my car trunk. Parking Spot's low prices and reliable service made the travel experience and its stress the perfect ending to an awful day.
