I went to kaitlyn the other day for a Brazilian wax. She did amazing, made the environment super comfortable and always made sure to tell me what she was doing and made the experience very pleasant! Definitely recommend and will be going back as a regular!:)

Awesome service! That’s all I can say the ladies there took good care of me during my time when I was stationed at fort drum. Whether you need waxing, or a good facial you won’t be disappointed at all. I definitely will stop by there when I make another visit to upstate New York. Kaitlyn is the absolute best. She accommodated my schedule through my entire process. She was always very transparent with pricing and costs. The treatment room was very well maintained and clean. I will go back and see her for all future procedures.

Easy to book an appointment and staff was very friendly. I’ve been here twice and both times I had a good experience. However, this place is way overpriced, on their website is says 45+ but they charge way more in person. They charged me 30 more dollars for a wax.and my app. Was 10 minutes or less.

Jessica cut and colored my hair. She did exactly what I asked for and did a great job. Prices are a little high but you pay a little more for good quality. I will definitely be a returning client.

DONT DO IT. I wanted my hair short into a cute pixie. I left with incredibly uneven hair that looked like rizzo from Greece. She continued using a razor throughout my hair even after I told her my hair doesn’t respond wel with a razor. STAY AWAY don’t make my mistake
