Friendly customer service. Clean store. All employee Behavior also excellent. They are very nice and polite.

Worst food court ever, 7pm and everything is getting cleaned and ready to be closed. Time for close is at 8 why at 7pm I can't get anything to eat. Bad customer service worst experience. Do better bay plaza. Waste of money on this joke of a "mall"

I don't like this place my children do. The food is ok to me each store is a half a store nothing in it really but they do have good stores BUT like old navy suck macy suck to me but other little stores nobody know have good items go enjoy

I don't really go to malls, but Bay Plaza has a nice selection of stores. I mostly go to JCPenney and the new Sephora.

Great mall! The mall has had some new stores and renovations the make a great shopping experience. The outside parking is free.

Was great. You walk around window shop, eat. Restrooms. If you want somewhere to go. I pick this place. It's not too crowded its good, so bring your friends and family here.

Has a little of almost everything you can think of. Multiple levels with all kinds of stores and restaurants. Pay parking available or free parking with a small walk to structure.

Its very far from the house, but I still enjoy coming to this plaza, there's a wonderful ambiance, lots of stores, and my kids love Billy beez

Nice atmosphere, plenty of shops, stores, and restaurants to choose from. The open food court has plenty of seating, with huge windows for a nice view. There is even a Billy Beez for the kids here. Parking is only 3 dollars for the day, and some shops will validate.

Always a good place to come and have a good time with the family. Whether its hanging out, or to shop for clothes. Good variety of stores to shop in and find what you're looking for. Mall is always kept tidy and clean.

I love this mall, though it can get crowded with long checkout lines in most stores.

On the first floor of the main mall, just before JC penney is an asia salon that does Manicure, Pedicure, spas and facial treament. I had my Microblading done there, and they are good. Just after the main entrance is a stand where you can buy cheap and nice sunglasses.

On the 3rd floor, you can get a buffet service at the food Court. There's also a gym in there.

Basically, you can do everything you want there, you can even have your teeth whitenen at the concourse on the first floor.

There is ample parking especially in the mornings on weekdays. Although during the festive seasons and weekends the parking lots is always fully occupied.

I love the more I love going shopping at the mall because it's very convenient to my house my only complaint is I wish they'd stop the people that's outside of H&M that's selling lotion to stop grabbing on people it's very rude to walk up to someone and grab them

They rachettttttttttttttttt. Watched a whole fight break out over a pink jacket and a large Nathan's bag. Wish I had some popcorn. I got Auintie Anne's instead.

Nice shopping area With lots of parking. I shopped at Just C Penny and Victoria Secret then I went to the food court on the third floor and ordered a Philly cheese steak with fried and fruit drink. The food was cooked freshly and I enjoyed every bit of it.

It's a nice mall that gets kinda packed. You'll find pretty much everything you're looking for in a standard mall. It's a nice experience

At a time when shopping malls generally are losing favor, Bay Plaza Mall has been expanding. It had been a sprawling outdoor collection of shops and then added a large wing of 70+ indoor ones anchored between Macy's and JCPenney called The Mall at Bay Plaza. In addition to upscale chain stores as Swarovski and Michael Kors, there are many lower-priced specialty shops, and a gym. Also booths near the food court area offer services such as tooth whitening. Seasonal events, auto exhibits and familiar restaurants add to the welcome. They really could use shuttle bus service to get around to the more remote outdoor stores as Staples, P. C. Richards, Burlington, Panera, but more local bus service to the mall has been added, including the Bx5 on weekends.

Visited Olive Garden restaurant at this location. Not coming back, horrible service. Not good food. Very oily pasta dish.

This mall has everthing I need every time I shop there. The variety of stores to choose from are top notch: JCPenney, Macy's, Victoria Secret, Old Navy, GAP, American Eagle & oh soooo many more! The ambiance & energy is very positive & contagious! I truly enjoy shopping in my home turf.the Boogie Down Bronx!

Has quite a variety of stores. Transportation to and from is convenient, but not too trustworthy. Movie theater tends to be pretty packed on weekends. So plan accordingly.

They have excellent restaurants in general, this shooing center is larger than most shopping plazas. The parking is not bad at all. They have well known shopping stores.

I live in the Bronx and I despise going to this mall. Due to the location of the mall you either have to drive there or take the bus. You also have to pay for parking in certain parts of the parking lot. I feel the mall is always jam packed with people. I feel the renovation of the mall wasn't worth it, the mall is tiny you can reach the other side in about 5-10 minutes. I don't like the overall atmosphere at this location. I rather go downtown into the city to do my shopping.

Very crowded at times but what would you expect from a mall they have a lot of stores to spend money at around tax season. If your looking to spend some of that hard earned money this is the place to do it at.

JC Penney - For the first time I can say the sales lady in the Jewelry Dept.made me feel very uncomfortable she thought another sales lady got her commission on a sale we purchased in December but we never purchased our jewelry with this sales lady we were helped by the sales person who got the commission. I found myself defending the sales lady and my husband and I. It wasn't a good feeling and she never apologized. GANGSTER SALES LADY FROM HELL!

I wish I could give less. The store is a disaster. The employees are rude. The store does not take returns. I will NEVER shop in this establishment again!

This shopping center have a wide selection of place to eat, shop, and entertainment. There is a lot of things to do. This location haves free parking as-well!

Haven't been to The Grove in a while and it was nice to come back during the holidays. The decorations looked great and saw new restaurant and bar additions while we were walking around I will definitely come back for. Parking is not difficult if you avoid the peak hours but even then I have never had trouble finding a spot.

Shopping center boast a lot of chain stores also has a lot of food franchises I like to barbecue place and I also have a Applebee's and the parking is ample what shopping center is clean

It's a NICE mall! Three floor shopping mall. Busy all the time. Macys and JCPenny are the big store in this mall. Parking is $3/= which is good around that area. Even though it's 3 floor, it's easy to cover all the shops in short time.

I was surprised that it wasn't that crowded for being the second day after xmas. But 1 thing that makes me mad is there is no internet service at all inside jcpenney. So it is extremely difficult to use your coupons that is attached to your phones. At least have your associates have a copy of it at the registered so all of your customers can get there discount.

We visited the mall after we went to Chipotle. It was crowded in the mall but I guess it's what one would expect after Christmas. We went to H&M, Macy's, Old Navy, Spencer's and Bath & Body Works. When it was time to leave, the parking lot traffic was so horrendous. We had a hard time getting out even with all the traffic cops or attendants.
