I have had the great fortune of having professional advice from Kevin. Kevin was a calming influence and a steady hand. He gave me great advice and guided me through what could have been a very scary process. My word, this lawyer is the most horrible lawyer i have ever seen. During in the month of janurary 1, after my incident with my mother and police that lied on me, the city (DA) assign an order of protection. My mind was cloudy, so I hired this guy on the jan 28 (What my big mistake was that i didn't look at other people in how they review this guy before hiring him). He told me he can't make appeal till I gave him half of $3,500, which i did. He made the appeal because I didn't want to free lawyer who did not want to contact me. After he replace the free lawyer, and he did a appeal, it was so hard to contact this guy via email or phone after.im trying to get an update from him after 3-4 week after hiring him so we can win this court date, he never answers, doing it just like a free lawyer, i think i would have had a better chance with a city free lawyer then this guy (only small matters, not big matters, for big matters, pay a lawyer to represent you). Then he told me to come in to sign this peace of paper. After 1 more week went by again, I was tired of this guy and his slow, untruthful work ethics. How its been a month and 1 week and you still didn't get 3-4 police reports from DA, i think this guys scams people for their money by waiting so long and not doing anything, then act like after a month or 2 go by that he been working on your case. I have a Flight from NYC to japan on march 20, but now it will be April 1, and i have to sign up for the military as well on march and im not going to let this guy ruin everything while the court and charges is pending because of that.he is the worst.read my typing. """ AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COST""""" and get yourself a real lawyer. Plus i told the bank to give me most of my money back, i only let him keep $300 because for getting 1 police report and me signing a piece of paper (i dont know what the piece of paper was that i sign)

This guy is the worst. Two years to settle a case that i was told we could win Did everything he asked as far getting receipts. The other attorney just out witted this horrible attorney. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy

Spent days trying to get in contact with him. Finally responds and tells me to fly in to NY from GA (where I live) for a court date that is 2 days away even though there’s a 14 day quarantine in place. I go to court and am not allowed in but that doesn’t matter SINCE HE DIDN’T SHOW UP HIMSELF!
