Very friendly customer service. Helpful ppl in the aisles. Love that there is a drive thru Dunkin nearby to grab a joe either before or after my visit. They don’t have as wide a selection as the Yonkers location but usually some research on their app beforehand reveals what’s available. They can also call the Yonkers store to hold for you.
Tonia was extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. People like this should be in the back stocking shelves and away from customers. Home depot, do better.
Stock is okay. Employees aren’t informed on product. If you ask a question can’t reliably trust the answer. Bought the wrong tool and wasted time due to this.
The staff here usually aren't very helpful. It almost feels like that Ron Swanson meme where he says "I know more than you". Their selection isn't bad but if you need something specific, it's probably a good idea to check stock on the website first. They're usually pretty busy and the parking lot can get crazy.
When I pulled in the Elmsford store, the parking lot was full. I thought I would be all day checking out. Happily, they had an adequate number of cashiers on hand and it took me no longer than 2 minutes to purchase my items and walk out of the store.
I looked everywhere in New York for a certain blade for a miter saw. They had one at this location and Tonia would not quit until she found it for me. Make her the manager. She's the best.
Poor service - bought 5 1-inch vinyl blinds and brought them to store to cut by 1-inch as they were too long. The associate Charles at Windows Section starts telling me they can only cut metal blinds, not 1-inch vinyl blinds. I am now left with 5 blinds I can not use as they are 1 inch longer than my window.
I searched home depot website, the company represented on their website their associate can help customer to cut blinds to fit, but that is wrong representation that led me to buy 5 of them I can not fit to my window.
Poor service. - have lodged a BBB complaint and will try with other stores.
I didn't go to the store in a couple of years so why are you showing me this? Are you maybe taking some kind of legal drugs and drinking alcohol drinks again maybe scotch and vodka?
I always go to this home Depot compared to the one in Yonkers because the staff here is way friendlier and much more helpful. It's not as crowded as Younkers but you can always find someone to help you and direct you to the right department. One staff member even walk me about 7 miles from one area to the other to show exactly where an item I was looking for was. This is now my go to home Depot
What can we say. Home depot is home depot. Convenient place to have in your neighborhood. With those random floods now never know what will come handy.
Terrible customer service. Thoroughly disappointed. Staff was not pleasant to deal with. Bought a ryobi product 1 month ago crapped out. Home depot staff wanted to charge more money just to put in a claim and were not nice about it. Total scam of a place. Lowes it is from now on. Long time depot customer bye bye to that.
I used to love coming to this home depot 3-4 x a week just for the wonderful indoor plant selection.they used to carry costal farms hanging baskets at a great price, ever since they remodeled the plant section all they carry is ivy and ferns, soo disappointing.
Don't know why people think the world revolves around them? Employees aren't on the floor because they are trying to help other shoppers like you? Honestly best place to visit and get what I need in a pinch, amazing people and attitude that will make your day? What would I be with out you home depot? Nothing:)
Customer service told me that they didn't sell muriatic acid. I found it in paint. The customer service representative did not know what he was talking about.
Horrible service, I left 5 message polite messages over the past week for a supervisor named Fiona with no return call. Would give zero stars if I could
I rented a tool at this location when I returned it I was charged for damage insurance that I never agree on, when I asked the attendant about it he said that it was a must. I checked their policies online and it says that one should be declaim or accept at the time of rental
My employer and friend spent 500$ and was rung up by a person on her phone the entire time. Most employees were not the least bit helpful when asked questions.such as where things were.
