Poor execution of admin work:
Appointment was scheduled under the assumption the insurance was going to cover the procedure. Upon arrival of the appointment, I was informed that it was cancelled due to insurance not covering the visit.
I decided to go with Schweiger Derm Group instead and found their service to be better.
