Staff was uncoordinated, disorganized and not prepared. PA opened the door of the room while I was naked, extremely unprofessional.

Nothing but good things! A very competent and kind medical staff. Great intervention and thorough follow up process.

Please avoid Dr. Sanjosh Singh if you can! I came to her about a swollen open pore on my chest. She felt and assessed the area and then told me she would inject a cortisone shot. I got home and realized she injected an area I did not discuss with her and didn’t inject the correct area. I went back and immediately she asked my bf to leave the room even though he was present during original appointment. I could’ve made it a big thing but I didn’t. When she came in she was accusing me of he fault and not taking accountability saying I was raising my voice and upset. I have every right to be upset but the medical assistant assured me I wasn’t raising my voice. I could’ve started the convo with my mom is a lawyer but I didn’t. She injected the correct area and then left! Not one apology was given by her!

Very Rude receptionist I called in advance.to find out if they accept my insurance, the person I spoke to said "yes" and walk in's are welcome before 5.00pm.

I went there at 2: 24pm today and the receptionist was very rude not even greeting me, just said with a dry expression "we're not taking any walk in"s today" and we don't accept United healthcare in a very rude manner, as if I was interrupting her day.
This is definitely not how you speak or treat people, I live in Clinton Hill so its very disappointing to see an establishment move in to our neighborhood with this type of behavior towards the people who live here.

What such a lovely place. The doctor and staff is very nice and respectful. The place is Very Clean. I enjoyed my first time visit. I was a walk-in and was able to get treatment right away, the same day. I look forward to my future visits and progress Thank you So much!

I saw Ms. Chun as a walk-in for a consult. I had some blackheads that just wouldn’t go away on their own for months on end. She extracted them on the spot, gave me some retinol samples to try to help prevent future acne, and advice on my skincare routine.
Very personable and got what I needed quickly!

I love this dermatology office, they are a chain and I frequently visit the office on Atlantic with doctor Charlotte Noorollah. This was my first time visiting the Clinton hill location. Office was very clean and looked new. Staff was super friendly. 10/10

The whole staff is always so nice at this location! They always have availability and a ton of locations. Everyone from receptionist to office manager, to MA, to the provider are so kind and caring. I’d recommend them!

Speedy but thorough service; immaculate bedside manner and the providers there seem like they genuinely care which is always a plus. Extremely pleased with the service received.

This location is my favorite location. The front desk staff & manager on site shanise & sharalle always make my visit a pleasant one. They are super helpful. The nurse that seen me name was devin very polite & knowledgeable. I will be back!

The doctor, Dr. Denise Aquino was superb. She took care of all my needs & then some. I wish all doctors were at this level of professionalism & down to earth as this women! She is a true CHAMPION! If you go, please ask for her! The staff was great also, very informative, enlightening & helpful. Truly a delight!

Setting up an appointment, all the way to going to see the doctor was very simple and easy. My doctor was also great. Great customer service and the wait time wasn’t too long when I went. I also like that I got text reminders for my appointments.

I was so scared because I had a "mole" that had grown, gotten darker and was asymmetrical. They all were very kind and professional and the doctor put my mind at ease immediately when she shared with me that the "mole" on my back was not melanoma but seborrheic keratosis, benign growth that can grow with age. Whew! I also has a full body inspection which revealed other SK's that I didn't even realize. I recommend a body scan to all on a regular basis! I want to thank the whole team for helping me today! Dr. Esther and the medical assistant were very nice, friendly and professional. It was my first time visiting there and I left feeling like I was truly cared for. Dr. Esther answered all of my concerns and made me feel welcomed. The environment is so clean.

My first visit was amazing, everyone was friendly and the medical assistant with the doctor took extra time to explain my routine to me and even wrote it down, the doctor provided me with a prescription and I even got samples!

I came to see a doctor a few times here. In the past I had an appointment and now I did a walk-in. With walk-in I had to wait over an hour to be seen, the staff couldn’t give me estimated wait time. I had to wait app 30mins even when I had the appointment.

I really wanted to have a good dermatologist in the neighbourhood, but the wait time is unacceptable!

I am grateful to Dr. Choudhury and his team at The Dermatology Specialists, Clinton Hill Office. I highly recommend the practice. I went to two Urgent care centers and I visited with two podiatrists all in an effort to get a diagnosis and treatment for a horrible, painful and debilitating condition which affected the skin on my feet. Finally, I thought “skin”, I need a dermatologist. I was really suffering. The condition was so painful, it felt like walking on hot coals. I could only take a few steps and stop. This condition affected me emotionally as well. Just looking at the incredibly thick, calloused skin which had very deep cracks in it devastated me. I cried and cried. The skin just kept getting thicker and the cracks in it deeper. The skin was so tight that a wrong move even flexing my toes would cause it to crack and bleed. I kept a bucket of water next to my bed to moisten and moisturize my feet before I could get up and walk. I got an appointment with The Dermatology Specialist. The skin was biopsied, properly diagnosed and I am extremely grateful and on the mend and I highly recommend Dr. Sourab Choudhury, his team and The Dermatology Specialists
