The Dermatology Specialists - Flatbush

I had no idea I had been here before due to brain damage but these women were so kind to me and very helpful. For sure my preferred derm clinic and the cleanliness is superb!

I really like the doctor who works at the Flatbush Dermatology, she is really nice, and prumply address the problems you are dealing with. The Dr Charlotte Fraytag is the doctor i am seeing.

They are liars and scam artists. They tell you over the phone that they can do any and all types of treatments, and their website also lists the various kinds of treatments available. But this is just a ruse to get you in the door. Once you meet with the doctors, they say that they actually don't perform any of those treatments. But they have the nerve to still charge you $200 for a "consultation" fee! What a sham.

It was my first time coming, and it was the best experience I had overall at any doctors office. Everyone was very nice, the place is also really well designed and the atmosphere overall was very welcoming.

Felt like I wasted my time and was condescended at the same time won’t offer any relief but WILL bill my insurance bet if my skin was light it’d be a different situation

The dermatologist Adelya Minulina is the best I would go anywhere she is at, very caring and informative she is passionate about the service she provides and in make you comfortable, thank you for caring

Very clean office and professional staff. The only con was waiting a whole hour past my appointment time to be seen by the Dermatologist.

Dr. Singh is excellent, The Dermatology Specialists facility is excellent! Came in recently for my annual skin exam and she (Dr. Singh) was very thorough in her assessment. She made sure to ask if I had any concerns about my skin or any particular areas — both her bedside manner and personality are genuinely warm, which means a lot. Also, I was provided several samples of top of the line skin care products by Dr. Singh’s extremely charming and awesome physician assistant (aka “Sir”), and they will definitely be put to good use. Really diggin this facility as well as Dr. Singh and her entire staff. If you’re in the market for a great dermatologist, I’d absolutely recommend Dr. Singh / TDS.

The facility was so clean and modern. The staff was friendly and pleasant the specialist was very tentative and concerned I really love this place and most importantly my daughter was comfortable. Definitely recommended.

Always a great experience. The dr listened to me and we considered options for my car together. I had a problem with my prescription and they were able to help me immediately with the problem. I highly recommend Dermatology Specialist for your skin care.

I've visited this practice several times, always an exceptional outcome. Dr Michele Burgess, she is a gem. She's kind, patient, knowledgeable and always welcomes you with a smile. Highly recommend!
The office is spotless. Oh, and you will never go thirsty there, they have the cutest vintage fridge filled.

Everyone in office very professional. It is clean and the wait time is short. The Doctor Namitha was attentive…took time to listen and try a really help. Assistant Brian was very nice as well.

They are amazing. It's an amazing staff that works hard for the patients. And it's unbelievable that they are opened on Sunday morning. The appointment set up was quick and easy. They even have walk ins. I was in and out and my procedure was done quickly. In time for brunch.

After being told SEVERAL times when I visited that there would be NO costs attached to removing sutures. I received a bill.

I asked several times, and even implied that I found it odd that the visit would be free.

A week later I am being told that I had to pay 250.00 to be registered as a new patient.
The person to whom I spoke this morning was VERY rude and told ne that I "Should have just gone to my regular dr".

This is a scam with surprise charges.

The staff needs to let patients know that there is a new patient fee of 250.00 before the patient decides to have services done there.

I was even told not to present my insurance card at my visit since there would be definitely cost.

Stuck with your regular drs that your insurance network covers.

The services I was given was very respectful from both staff and the Dermatologist all procedure, s was fully explained to me, I look forward to my next visit.

I have an issue with dark pigment under my neck. Dr. Michele is very helpful and I am seeing results

I had my follow up with Dr Mitchele Burgess and it went very well about my treatment for my hair loss

Receptionist was rude at the front desk.
Doctor did not addressed my hair breakage issues, she just put a “bandaid” on it.

Everyone was very professional. The Dr. Take her time and explain everything about the treatment to me. There was no waiting period.

Their staff is very helpful they make you feel welcome it's a good experience I'm looking forward to the future and until I see you again I thank you very much for what you've done so far

It's the best dermatologist ever It's just like they're saying you go in-and-out and it's amazing service they treat you so nice looking forward to go get there again
