Have visited for a couple of skin issues now. Doctors have been knowledgeable and take time to listen to concerns and provide options to improve conditions.

Staff are kind, fast and professional. Provider Hyosun Kim gave me clear instructions and answered all my questions. I’m happy I came to this location c:

I booked on line a day before the appointment I made. However, an hour before my appointment, the office called and bumped me into a later time because they said that there's an error in the system and also in that way, to prevent me for a long wait. No problem and I said okay. I juggled my later appointments to make room. When I arrived to the facility and after been waiting for half an hour, I checked with front desk if it's already my turn soon. I was told that there's still 2 patients before me. I told her that I have an earlier appointment but someone from the office called me to move my appointment at a later time. So what's the point of making an appointment if they will have patients wait for long period of time. I was told that patients before me have appointments, There was no apology and I was just asked if I want to reschedule.really?

Why take appointments then? They are over booking and have no respect to patient's time. So disappointed and what a waste of time that I even re schedule my other appointments to make this appointment work. So I canceled.because I can't afford to play their charade. Glad I found another office later who has a later availability same day, Brody Dermatologist, who has only a 5 minute wait. In short, I didn't have a positive experience with The Dermatology Specialist located in Bayside.

Note: They have no parking lot so it's street parking which can be tough.

All the PA did was tell me to moisturize my hands with drugstore hand cream. $50 copay was not waved and they have been contacting me about paying 15 more dollars! For what? !

I was told that patients before me have appointments, well that means that they are over booking and have no respect to patient's time. So disappointed and what a waste of time as I have another medical appointment to go to. Can't afford to play their charade. Glad I found another office after my medical appointment who has an availability same day, Brody Dermatologist, who has only a 5 minute wait. Jennifer and her team are great. They take the time to listen to your complaint and address the situation head on. Highly recommend

The service at this ifdixe was great. The dermatologist explain the procedure and everything went well. However the insurance cost and the or the deductible was off the chains. It was very very high much much more than I expected it to be

Everything was great from the time I booked the appointment, arrived at the clinic meeting the staff and paid the minimal fair fee for my visit. I will visit them again.

The charged me 250 to see the Dr. For my veins. Then they didn't have toe equipment to remove small blue spider veins. They would not refund me my 250.00. I ended up forced to send the 250. Or let it sit in my account. I would not recommend this place. Also extremely expensive

This place is a joke. There are no doctors. They prescribed antibiotics for some kind of rash I had. They suggested revisit in 5 days. When I went back with the worsening condition, the nurse practitioner suggested that she wouldn't be able to do anything because she wasn't the one examined me initially. She suggested that I should go ER. Their initial diagnoses and prescriptions were totally wrong. I found this out later.
I wonder what this office is good for. I am sorry about the harsh words but, I am so frustrated!
Do not take a chance with this place!

The doctors in this network are so professional and passionate! Dr Batya made sure to take care of our needs and truly listened to the grievances we have regarding our severe eczema. We are looking forward to a healthy skin journey with The Derm Specs team!

Also, I absolutely love the front desk staff and the medical assistants! The office manager is such a beautiful goddess! Truly appreciate the experience!

I went to see Dr Jonathan Trager yesterday and was happy with his diagnosis and service. His assistant Miss M (not sure about her name) was very sweet and kind.

Physician Assistant was fine. After that they dropped the ball on filling my prescriptions. You cannot even call the office, you call a central number and they pass the message on to the office you saw. I have called 5 times and pharmacy called 4 times trying to get the correct prescription sent over. It is now end of day Friday and still no prescription and they are closed until Sunday morning.

I'm relieved and disgusted to see that I'm not the only one being incorrectly billed. I was charged twice for the same biopsy which was supposedly corrected at the office. I'm being billed for the same biopsy again for which my card was charged without a signed authorization.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Went for 1pm appointment, almost 7pm as I’m writing this and my prescription was JUST called into the pharmacy. I wasn’t even seen by a doctor, they gave me a PA who would not listen to me. There was NO ONE in the waiting room…that should’ve been the first indication that this place is TERRIBLE!

It was a pleasure to be seen at this practice. It is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and the staff are super friendly. The provider was professional and knowledgeable as well.:)

I had a great experience at The Dermatology Specialist in Bayside. The office is beautiful and clean. There was no wait time, I was checked in and seen right away. Both the medical assistant and provider were extremely helpful. I highly recommend them!

Bayside Dermatology office on Bell BLVD.it’s very professional.
Front desk receptionist is so kind and helpful.
The design of interior is beautiful, modern, stylish and very spacious.
This place is clean and very well organized.
Dr Assistant was very knowledgeable and nice.
My Dr was very professional and I’ve got explanation and way of solve my problem.

Awful place. Only patient there and waited nearly 30 minutes. One person behind the desk was without a mask (you’re still supposed to wear them in medical facilities). Staff was rude when asked about the wait time and the doctor viewed the issue from the other side of the room. Astoundingly unprofessional practice. I wouldn’t send a dog with fleas to this place. Only highlight was the decor was interesting. You don’t see a doctor for their artwork. Find another place.

Loved my experience. Came to the Bayside location to get a few skin tags removed. Was so simple and quick. The PA Batya was so knowledgeable and sweet. Would recommend to everyone.

I saw and met with Yohanna Shum and I was pleased with her services. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Dr Diaz was very knowledgeable and sweet. They were able to see what my issue is and help me with a follow up to make sure my acne disappears.

Received a lot of information on what steps to take next regarding my skin condition.
