The Capitol Theatre

Truly a magical venue for concerts. I have been to events here, smaller bar shows at Garcia’s and many concerts. The concert venue is very special. A total must try experience if you get the chance. Also they have a great bar and drink selection. Super friendly staff too.

Great place to see a show, most of the staff is wonderful and fans of the music. Although the last time we went there there were a lot more aggressive staff that were unfriendly not helpful and made the place have a different feel to it. I hope in the future that changes or maybe the staff just needs more training or to get used to the environment. But I would say there is definitely an electricity in the air when you see music play at this theater, enjoy!

Recently renovated theater is quaint, convenient and well managed. It's come along way since the many concerts I saw back in the late 60s and early 70s.

Saw primus here last year and it was pretty awesome. Bathrooms are upstairs. Recently, I saw a podcast taping there and had seats upstairs. Very tight upstairs. You have to get up to let people out of the row. Beer selection is great. Staff was very nice. Smoking section is big, but can pack up at concerts.

Such an amazing venue. Sound and lighting were great. Looking forward to going back for a second night. #Twiddle

Great venue. I came in from Manhattan. There was ample and cheap metered parking nearby. Lots of places to eat too. Good sound at venue. General admission was not crowded. Good vibe.

This is one of my favorite venues in the three states where I frequent concerts. (I saw the always amazing Styx there, go see them if you have a chance.) The staff is extremely friendly and seem to be proud of this theater that was built in 1926. It is amazingly ornate, beautiful, and well preserved with a full marble staircase going up to the second floor. There is a large bar in the building and smaller bars located upstairs and downstairs. They offer very easy access to all seats and the theater is small enough to make for an intimate experience. Although expensive at $25, there is parking directly across the street and there is a restaurant right beside the entrance the venue. I love it!

Always a great time at the Capitol, even the last row in the balcony gave a great view of the stage. It was our 1st time seeing Styx, what a show!

Awesome show! The staff was wonderful! Philadelphia Feedom and Almost Queen rocked the house! Awesome performances!

What an absolutely iconic venue. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing quite a few gigs in this establishment. The sound has been spot on at just about ever concert I’ve been to here. I’ll always make a point of heading to a gig at The Cap when I can. They bring in gigs of all kinds which is exceptional. Can’t wait to head back!
