I came in for a 60 min massage. The front desk girl was super nice and helpful. I got Nicole for my service, she was amazing and informed me on some great tips to help my body. I highly recommend her, she made me feel so comfortable. Her hands felt like a massage machine lol so good!

I enjoyed the attention to detail based on what I told Dr Florette was ailing me. Plus she worked on areas I wasnt aware was tight and I feel really great today. This was a Valentine’s Day couples massage and I know my husband gets great relief after his weekly massage. He sees the massage therapist, Nicole. We highly recommend

The massage was relaxing and comfortable. The Reiki was amazing and never experienced anything like that and intrigued me more to probably take some workshop classes with you guys.

Friendly, professional, explained all treatments and follow up recommended and finally, affordable since my insurance is pending review if it is accepted.

I’ve been going to this wellness center for the past year. They are amazing, very attentive.
Edited: I felt very uneasy twice in a row. I went for a colon hydrotherapy last month and the woman who was assisting me pour something in the water that goes through your colon. When I asked her she said it’s hot water. I’ve had several sessions there and I never noticed anyone pouring anything in the tank. The tank is usually full.
This weekend I went back and it was the same woman. She came out look at the sign in sheet, called my name. Saw it was me. Then told me to wait. She came back 5 mins later and brought me to the room. There was a weird smell in the room. And usually once the attendant or therapist whatever their title is, come out, they call your name they take you right in. It’s like she came to see who I was then probably went back to pour whatever it is in the tank. She also has a weird/ fake smile. This is my health and I take it seriously I don’t know if what she’s putting in water is not some bacteria or something that would put my health at risk. I’m not going back.

Just visited this weekend had bought a Groupon but it had glitched and auto claimed. Groupon support was no help of course but was happy to see that Balance Mgmt.accepted proof of purchase through emailed receipts. I pushed my appointment off for some time and they were still gracious enough to accept it! Great customer service Lori took great care of me and explained the processes and assisted me in feeling comfortable! Highly recommend!

It is absolutely amazing I feel so much better everytime after I leave get massages and acupuncture for pcos and endometriosis joe is out standing helps more than doctors and physical therapy cant say enough amazing things about joe and staff

Absolutely the best, everyone is so friendly. Every time I call to make an appt.they always try to work around my crazy schedule. Joe is great for getting my accupuncture and the massages have helped the many issues I have. So glad I found this place

We went for a couples massage session. My therapist was great! She worked on all the areas I asked for in the pre-massage papers. She did an amazing workout on my back and shoulders.

Wow where do I even start? I’ve been visiting this location for over 10 years and they have never disappointed me the staff is incredible the services are amazing and the location is extremely convenient to my home. I come to this location once a month for a full body massage, Acupuncture and CHT. Every time I schedule a session I notice more and more treatments are being offered and as a client that makes me feel so comfortable to know that this one family operated center provides so much. Consider this place your one stop shop for all health needs even the ones you didn’t know you have! Highly recommended!

The staff at The Balance Health and Wellness Center go above and beyond, I came in today for a treatment and one of the girls at the front desk accidentally put in the wrong date and instead of just saying come back they managed to squeeze me in and give me a another service complementary for their mistake. Amazing customer service.

My mom and I went for a couples massage here. Bianca was my therapist and Gloria was my moms. Both massage were incredible! Both therapists were super knowledgeable and left us feeling amazing. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you ladies!

Unfortunately I have not had any luck at this place. I just visited a little over a month ago and was disappointed again. Both times the message times started late and ended early. You could telll message therapists were on a rush during the message which made me uncomfortable. Waste of my money!

My husband & I have been here numerous times over the past few years and we are so happy that we found them. This is not your typical massage - the staff truly knows what they're doing and they aim to make you better & heal your body, while also giving you a relaxing experience. They give you more of a therapeutic massage which is wonderful for people with strenuous jobs or people that sit too often in an office. Their prices are always reasonable. We initially found them on Groupon and have even tried the acupuncture and the saunas over the years. One of the owners has personally worked on both of us but all the staff is exceptional and we have never had an issue. Even the office staff is so sweet & professional. We've referred many family & friends to them who are just as happy with their visits. We will continue to use them & recommend them.

I got gifted a Groupon for a 60 minute massage here. Making my appt was very easy. They send you a form to fill out before the appt so when you go in you get straight to the massage. The person at the front desk was extremely nice. My masseuse was (edited and took name out). He was very good but he was texting during my massage.very very unprofessional. I also told him I was having a problem with my sciatica and he didn't ask if it was a specific side so he worked on both sides when it was only one side bothering me. Very disappointing and will not be returning.

Joe is wonderful. His staff is great. My last appointment I had a massage therapist named Yvette. She is absolutely the BEST~

I woke up one day and couldn't move my arm/shoulder. I went to urgent care who ran a bunch of tests. Went to my chiropractor the next day who told me it was frozen shoulder. My sister recommended Joe. I went the following day and although it hurt like hell that first treatment, my arm was able to move 45 degrees. By the next session he was able to get it almost 100% and then as the days went by I was able to move it 100%. I now go regularly!

Very welcoming and super clean environment. Staff is amazing and make you feel very comfortable. I just had my first colonic hydrotherapy yesterday and already ready to book my next.

My bf got us a couples massage here. What they failed to tell us is they were doing emergency construction during our massage They could've gave us a heads up and the ability to switch our appointment to another time but they didn't. I called to complain and they said too bad and it's not their fault.that's just awful terrible service.

I was experiencing anxiety and mania and after 4 sessions of acupuncture and Colonics, the symptoms are under control. The staff is welcoming, comforting, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving both these services a try if your experiencing the same symptoms.

Worst massage. They talk the entire time about their life so you can not relax AT ALL.

The acupuncturist will make passive aggressive comments if you do not tip them to try to get you to tip them. I was left on the table to long and I ended up in more pain.
