I have felt very inmanner communicate with the customers and unresponsive answers. The customer service is very awful, this kind of activity for me is not again to enter this place.

It's Christmas Eve and I just drove away with a new Model 3.
While the cars remain objectively amazing, for some the Tesla "experience" (purchasing) is often not a positive one.
But it very much was so for me.
I selected and reserved the car desired on the 16th, making the deposit using an app. The car was built but "in transit" to the delivery center in Mt Kisco.
At time of deposit a rep named Jermaine called me directly and went over all the details of my order what my requirements and expectations were and indicated that car would likely be delivered with days.
I told him of my desire to have this by Christmas Eve to present as a gift, and he said he thought that would be fantastic and would check on delivery.
The car took a few more days than I thought, but my nerves were settled when DJ from the Mt Kisco operations team called me and confirmed the car had arrived and I would literally be able to pick up on Sunday, Christmas Eve. I arrived for my 11am appointment and was welcomed, Britt handled any final paperwork and Cooper went out of his way to make sure the car was charged up, linked up, and completely good to go. Even put a nice bow on the hood for a Christmas picture. One of the biggest purchases I've ever made and glad for a great experience with good people.

Easy to find location. Quick walk from the train station if you need to pickup a vehicle or drop one off. New vehicle pickup was painless and fast. The staff was willing to discuss any settings, features and options on the Tesla. On the downside, it is a very small parking lot and they only offer Level 2 charging for powering up your Tesla at pickup. Nice waiting room for relaxing. Over good experience.

Pretty quick service. Tesla wants you in and out. Save the company money, and time. Staff are friendly and willing to answer questions. Please keep it minimal since they are extremely busy. You should go in knowing how to use the car. Go on Tesla YouTube page and it will show the tutorials. Schedule a test drive after. If you like the car then purchase. This location should be seen as pick up (final) stage after everything is set. Don’t come in thinking it’s your regular car dealership where the salesman is your best friend and will teach you all the nice features. Staff is friendly though

We received great treatment from everyone at Mt. Kisco Tesla, especially Jay. He took care of our concerns in an extremely professional and personable manner. Everyone else was friendly and easy to deal with too. Highly recommended!

We picked up two Tesla’s from this location and brought back to CT. The first took a bit too long due to some detailing issues that were easily resolved. The second was flawless, aside from a last minute safety check before I arrived, and was fast as getting a coffee at Starbucks. The staff were enthusiastic and motivated to ensure that we had a great deliver experience. Ed

Is Tesla a fraud? We overpaid by over $4,000 and they said a refund check will be mailed out in 4 weeks. It's been over 7 weeks now and I can't get a hold of anyone. They are not picking up my calls or answering my emails, or responding to text.

Despicable company! I bought a brand new 2023 “long range” model 3 from day one I was getting 120 mile range! (was supposed to have 330 mile range) I called them and complained they said during the winter range is reduced! Reduced is 20-50 miles! 210 miles less then what they advertised is a bold face lie! I even tried to return it the day after I bought it and they said they don’t do that anymore! THERE IS NO GAS SAVINGS WITH A TESLA! I am paying 2x as much for charging this tesla as I paid for gas in my Camaro which got 15 miles to the gallon. Tesla is a corrupt corporation whose car are build on many lies! Never buy from here!

Brand new vehicle and the hood is crooked. From what I read I guess that's not bad. Make a service apt. And they will fix it they say. (Like I have a day to kill doing that.)
Multiple pieces of plastic hanging from the ceiling. I'm guessing it's protective plastic from the factory. Exterior was dusty enough I could've written my name in it. On the way home the screen went blank for 10 sec or so and came right back on?
On the plus side staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Total driver assist system failure (ABS, Power stearing, lane keeping, auto pilot, FSD, auto braking, etc. At 50,000 miles. They fixed under warranty.
Now autopilot is disabled for hours at a time. 30 min after leaving the service department actually. So after driving 70 mi and spending hours again they tell me is a software issue they are working on.

Ordered a M3P from inventory near the end of the year to receive a sizable discount. Traveled with my family across the entire state to pick it up as instructed only for these folks to inform us last minute that it was actually in Jersey. We ended up staying in a hotel for several nights as Mount Kisco folks lied to us about when it would be arriving and ignoring our requests for phone calls. 3 days later we ended up just going home empty handed, having spent nearly $1000 on hotels. The manager called and informed us he could refund me my order fee, which was also a lie. Teslas are some of the best vehicles you can buy but the company treats people like absolute garbage.

I expected more from Tesla. I recently took delivery of a used Tesla from the Mt. Kisco facility. Leading up to delivery, all my communications with the used car team had been excellent. But once things were turned over to the Mt. Kisco group - everything fell apart. First, I was never informed that they needed my new insurance card 48 hours ahead of delivery until an email arrived 48 hours ahead of deliver. Then, the final payment notice that I received 48 hours before delivery was slightly more than the final payment number that was available on my MPVA on my Tesla account - so I took out a cashier's check for the incorrect amount. When inquired about these issues at the delivery center, I was told that "its just the way our system works. " The folks at the delivery center were nice and tried to be helpful, but it seemed like they were all working flat out and had little time for me. Finally, on driving two hours back home, I discovered that the tires were not inflated correctly. Color me disappointed.

Got a notice that the 12v battery in our Tesla was dying and scheduled via mount Kisco for the mobile service appointment for a Saturday. Come to that Saturday and the window is 1-7pm. At 7pm I reach out to see how late they were running and… they then archived the appointment with no contact, response, reschedule.

I then had to call roadside because reaching someone at Tesla is about as easy as reaching a human at Twitter these days. After 45 minutes I was told this would be escalated and someone would respond within 24 hours. This was after attempting to claim they had no record of this interaction. It was only after emails and screenshots were offered that there was any offer to “escalate”

I had to schedule another appointment on my own to get this resolved. No apology, no contact. Nothing.

We’ve all had poor service experiences at various manufacturers, this is by far the worst I’ve experienced. We are in the market for another car and I can promise I’d never consider a Tesla again.

Took delivery of my new model Y today. Was a seamless and pleasant experience! Daulyn was very helpful getting us set up and on the road and was willing to help with any questions with a bright smile!
No wait time. Car was in perfect condition.
Not sure what people are complaining about on some of these reviews.

My husband I just picked up a model 3 from this location and we cannot be happier with the service they gave us. Dolan and Justin were awesome and super helpful. Definitely giving them all a 5 star review!

Throughout the entire process, the staff at Mount Kisco was rude, uncaring, and entitled. They acted like they were doing us a huge favor selling us this car. We waited 9 months for this car, and then we're told we have 4 hours to pick a delivery time during Thanksgiving, or it will go to the next person in line.

Our car finally arrived 3 days ago and it was delivered without plates or registration. They didn't realize their error until we pointed it out. They said they'd overnight the plates and registration and the tracking says they haven't even brought the item for shipment yet. No apology or communication.

I'm so glad that Tesla finally has some real competition so that they'll be forced to make some changes.

This is the worst service experience I ever had in my life. To sum it up they are either very unknowledgeable or very deceptive. I brought my 2022 model three and model x there to get simple service and on both occasions. They changed parts without my authorization even after I specifically told them keep me in the loop and let me know what's need to be changed before doing the work. They changed it and first time tried to bill me $2000 dollars and the second 4,500 dollars. The waiting area looks and feels like an emergency room. The only thing the front desk staff is very nice. However I not paying for niceness. Avoid if possible the Paramus, NJ location is way better.
