Rented equipment from here, was charged additional fees after the fact. I was told I received a text and email of a contract I never received which would state any additional charges I was responsible for. They laughed at me when I questioned it and then was told "well I don't know what to tell you, it's common practice". Customer service here is a joke

Rented out the TX1000 with attachment of trencher. The machine was In deplorable condition. Machine kept stalling on job site was running extremely hot had to keep stopping to cool machine off. Trencher was not sharpened. Barely cutting through roots. When I got back to rental shop I told Mason issues with machine. His response “YEAH IT HAS A HYDRAULIC LEAK” This is what I paid $467.00 for. I should have received some type of discount for what I went through. BAD MAINTENANCE ON MACHINE. You just don’t rent something like this out to customers when knowing full well that machine needs repairs. I will never rent from this place again. I write this review for any customers thinking about renting equipment from this place.
