Target

This must be among the worst Targets in America. And I normally love Target, having worked there many years ago. The Target at Fordham Rd, in the BRONX, is always cleaner, more organized, and swift checkout. This one here is almost comical. Bad service, disinterested employees, messy displays, lines, not enough self checkouts, stuff on the floor, overflowing trash, etc. The one redeeming quality is helpfulness at Pharmacy, which also picks up their phones. I saw a cashier sitting on a checkout counter at self checkout for at least 5, maybe 10 minutes, maybe more. I am not making this up.

For the past few weeks, there are no workers, and the wait just to pay is standing in a long line waiting so long for 1 worker to do it all, while the other workers stand and watch the people standing

They don’t answer the phones at all. I spent the last hour calling each department and I got 0 responses.

Basically, I feel like I was being accused of shoplifting.the security guy pulled my cart from the exit door.first, he blocked me from leaving. Told me to come to the customer service manager. They went through my entire order to make sure that I paid for everything. I didn't see anyone else go through this. He seemed very disappointed that I rang up everything. Unbelievable. I don't ever want to shop there again. I never had this experience with any other target store or anywhere!

Target in spring valley needs more self checkout machines. The lines are way to long and they only have 3 there should be atleast 6 self checkouts.

This target is pretty good above the rest. They are always stocked and I end up buying a lot more than just the “one item” I wanted to get real quick. The prices are not terrible. Their pharmacy is aces. Great customer service too. They will answer all your questions about your prescription. They will let you know if your insurance will cover it or if there is a cheaper alternative for that medication. They also hire area teens during the holidays to help out. They pay them pretty well too. Ordering from the Target application is also extremely convenient. They are quick with the order and Will come out to your car to personally hand it to you. And they never ever ever messed up any of my online orders. They also have a Starbucks there too but I can’t comment on them because I’ve never had anything from there. Overall, I think you fill find this target very convenient for all your shopping needs.

Target offers a great selection of quality products for every occasion. I enjoy shopping here. The long lines at the self checkout kiosk aren’t the greatest experience, but things can get busy rather quickly at a superstore as popular as Target.

Target needs to seriously do what ShopRite did and add more then 1 row of self-check out machines here. It's ridiculously annoying being in these insane long lines for 10mins or more! I am sorry for sounding impatient here but imagine constantly being behind individuals who has more then 10 items or more in comparison to your 1 or 3 items.

Best Target service I ever been to. Employees are so helpful and willing to help. The whole staff is amazing and helpful.

Absolutely terrible service. I have called the store repeatedly, multiple departments, and no one answers the phone. Also, the lines are always long due to the lack of cashiers.

Be careful when ordering through the “drive up” method. Every single time I use this method there is at least one product that is damaged. The point of using this method is to avoid the long lines at target. Receiving a damaged item and having to return it defeats the purpose of using this supposedly convenient method.

Great place. Wide selection if good.

Personally, I like walmart better but still, very nice and clean place to shop.
