Their varieties are nice, but when it comes to the simple things like Ginger ale & garlic bread they didn't carry.

Never will go shopping on a Saturday again here but a nice location over all. Lost a star more for the lack of cleanliness in the store than anything else. It also took me about 30 mins to cash out with just this.

Wonderful location. Only drawback is that it's busy consistently. But it's great none the less!

The telephone answering service never has anyone pick up at any of the dept. Never understood why they even have it if its never useful

They actually deserve 0 stars. This store is an absolute disaster! What the heck is going on with them? It didn't just start either this has been a disorganized mess for at least a couple years. Clearly management is non existent. What a shame, it used to be a decent store. I think restructuring is more than necessary here.

The barista was awful. Not sure her name but the older lady with the loud mouth. Not the other sweet older lady she deserves 5 stars.

She just kept talking over me when it came to ordering my drink. This was the second time that she over charged me saying that the promo was only buy one get half off when it was supposed to be buy one get one free. Maybe if she actually listened and didn’t talk over her guests she would get it right. Rude. Rude. Rude.

Love their womens section for active sports and everyday wear. Have good collections everytime i go. Everyday grocery retailer. You can find grocery, cosmetics and home improvement all under 1 roof. Pretty big store. Quick service.

Seems to be severely understaffed. No carts available inside the store, merchandise out of place, piles of clothes on the floor, many empty shelves, and only one open cashier, with long lines even at self checkout. Disappointing

They kept customer returned used item on the shelf. I bought it. Can’t wait to return it. What a shame of store manager or the person who works there

If I could leave zero stars I would, customer service has gone down since they upgraded the building. Rudest staff I’ve ever met.

Every single employee that I came in contact with and needed some information, or help finding something went over and above in their customer service. From in aisle associates to cashier's, all were great. Thank you Target employees for making my Christmas buying experience an enjoyable and stress-free.

Ordered an item online in the middle of the night for pickup the next day. Before I went to pick it up, I got an email saying all of my items were unavailable. Phone system hung up on me 4 times while trying to get answers. Online agent couldn't tell me anything aside from canned responses, and offered me a $6 discount to pick it up IN IOWA. Third strike for Target in the past year. Definitely never giving them my money again.

I went to pick up a toy I ordered online & paid for. When I arrived at the pickup desk I found that my order was canceled & money refunded because I had only 2 days to pick it up which I was completely unaware of. I was very upset as this was for a holiday gift & the people at the desk didn’t seem to care at all. It wasn’t until I threw a fit that they checked in the back & found that it hadn’t been returned to the shelves & I was able to purchase it. I feel if I purchased & paid for it I should have had longer to pick it up.

I don't know what answer is, but they often have long lines due to the limited number of cashiers. Yesterday there were 16 people in line for the one open register. Self checkout was available, but that line was even longer. I realize that they are probably short staffed, but this seems extreme. This also means the store is incredibly messy. I doubt they even have enough employees to keep the store merchandised. It's providing a very poor customer experience.

My order pick up took 8 hours to be ready. All it was, was a box of band aids. Terrible service

The clothing areas were a total mess, racks were overcrowded, clothes on the floor, items on clearance looked like they had been worn and had holes in them. And the cashier #0033 had the worst attitude ever, she even left one of the security tabs on one of the items and when I went back to her she was mad like it was my fault.

The "Order Pick Up" sign is included with the "Registry" sign, instead of with the "Returns & Exchanges" signs, in the wrong area.

Placed an online order shortly after 10am today. It's still not ready for pickup. I tried.calling the store but nobody is answering the phone.

Placed an order today at 5: 30pm for 2 pairs of jeans. Target claims your order will be ready in 2 hours. It's now 10: 30pm and my order was never filled before closing.

This place may generally be clean but when we went on Saturday it looked like a bomb went off. I’m sorry I didn’t take pictures.there were clothes and products everywhere, so if you were trying to find something specific good luck. Maybe they don’t have enough staff to pick up during the day but I don’t know how this place maintains itself… and staff were just standing around. Working in retail is a rotating event of trying to keep neat appearances. Sadly I would say this place was nearer than Walmart!

Totally disappointed but I got what I needed.

Target got a face lift and now has become the WORST one in the area. This location is now a joke. Warning to all, DO NOT SHOP THIS LOCATION!

I used to love Target stores but it was a terrible mess today. I was there to shop for a gift for my son. I was looking for a certain pair of jeans which I could not find, I could barely shop between the clothes all over the floor and the disheveled clothes on the shelves. Everything was total chaos. I also was in the lady's department looking for a mid weight coat and that was total chaos as well. I left the store empty handed as I was about to have a panic attack shopping in that mess.hangers-on everything else.

No one in the guest service/pick up or food department picks up the phone. I decided not to go to this store after trying to get ahold of someone who works there for 40 minutes

Wow whoever runs this store needs to talk to the staff. 1pm on a Thursday and the men's section looked like a dumpster. Clothes scattered everywhere, impossible to find sizes of items, just a complete mess. Unacceptable display.

I literally get total anxiety when I walk into this Target. It is the absolute messiest store I’ve ever seen I all 50 years of my life. It’s never clean. It’s never organized and I don’t feel like I should have to work to look through racks and racks of clothing, all over the floor, and everywhere else. It’s worse every time I go. You don’t even want to see the photos. Do a spot visit.

This location is a joke. Parking lot is way too crammed and you can’t go anywhere, never any carts available, checkout lines are always like a mile long, boxes throughout all the aisles leaving no room for people, and very rude employees. This location use to be the best, now it’s the worst. Don’t go here, there are much better Targets in Niagara Falls and North Buffalo.

Why is it so messy? ! I've NEVER seen any store as messy as this one. It literally looks trashed. Clothes everywhere, shoe department in chaos, and carts full of clothes just left along walls, blocking merchandise. It looks like my house when I'm depressed and don't feel like cleaning, just 100x worse.

Don’t do orders for pick up, shop yourself. No knows what the h they are doing and the orders can be ready next day!

I hate it here. Can we just go back? Somehow there is so much more stuff but less of what I need/usually buy from here.

This Target needs help. The women’s and girls clothing areas were a disaster zone that looked like it had gone through a smash & grab situation.

Horrible customer service. Slow service. Staff is not how Target used to be. They are no longer welcoming or friendly. They are miserable with attitudes. Don’t shop at this location. You get more help and respect at Walmart!
