Target

I would prefer to give this a 0 and not a 1. We tried using a Target gift card we received from a Black Friday special we took advantage of. When trying to use it today the gentleman behind the counter was unable to scan it and make it work. When we asked if there was anyone who could help he said that clearly no one else was coming over to help. At this point we were getting pressured from a miserable lady behind us to use another payment, so we just decided to use our card instead of take advantage of the Black Friday gift card. Thanks Target, hell of black Friday special!

Target is one of my go to places. The staff is very helpful, store clean, well lit, and nicely stocked. I also like that, unlike Walmart, they provide their employees with a decent wage and benefits. Us tax payers have to subsidize Walmart employees with food stamps and other benefits because Walmart is so stingy and greedy (the Walton family). They are so insanely rich - when is enough enough?

Rushed around before work today to get carmel bites for apples you had the wrong isle listed and an empty box sitting on the shelf obviously not in stock like it stated online.

Clean store but you have to check yourself out.self check out do not pay taxes nor Social Security.

Your typical Target, but this one has a nice food option with a Pizza Hut Express at the front of the store. Long lines at the registers and few open registers takes away the 5th star

Order was to be paid for with target credit because previous order was not available but money was taken out of my checking account and went to pick up order one item was not in stock and money for my order was removed from my account for full order when supposed to be on gift card

We are a contractor for Target's lawn irrigation system. We completed work at the facility in Spring of 2020 and have not been paid. The store maintenance person, George Brown acknowledges and approved the work, but doesn't have the authority to pay.

I love the shopping experience at my local Target. We try to go there every single week. The atmosphere of the store is amazing.

Most convoluted circle reward program ever. Even your own employees, who put in a valiant effort, could not achieve getting my 20% discount on coke products this time. Fake adds, circle adds, that never seem to work at check out, therefore ripping off the customer into paying full price!

Ease of shopping, lots of variety - curb side pick-up was the quickest I have expoerienced during this Covid time

I had amazing customer service from a guy working in the holiday section today. I was looking for an electrical item that was showing in stock online but was not on the shelf where the app said it would be. He pulled up the item number on his handheld and gladly ran out back to bring me what I was looking for. He was kind quick and effective! 2020 needs more people with his demeanor upbeat and happy to help. The guy impressed me enough to write this review. If you are reading this sir, I say again, thank you!

It's easy to get around here. I am starting to like the food section more the more often I spend time in the aisles. Good value for people who are on a budget across the board.

My cashier, Zachery, or possibly Zachary, was excellent. He took extra time to help an older couple who were confused about a purchase and was gracious and patient. He was professional and friendly to me, and really made shopping in these trying times better.

The pickup experience was quick and provided me with exactly what I ordered with no issues. The person that waited on me was very pleasant and helpful with the entire process. She should be commended for her professionalism.

Clean store and the lines are never too long! Associates are helpful and the store is usually well stocked!

Who doesn’t love target? The store in Big Flats is always clean, organized, and the staff is super helpful. I live in Horseheads and work in Ithaca so I have access to both stores and I always prefer the Big Flats location.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I went in for shoes and clothing in general, but unfortunately found all of the mens shoes shelves nearly empty, putting a slight damper there but otherwise all around a good store, staff and pricing.

I was at your Ithaca store on Monday 12/9 at 3 pm and went to check out. Stood in line for 3 minutes and was told by your cashier that she was closing her line. Went to the only other line with a human being running the register and he told me he was also closing. My only choice was the self service check out. Unbelievable at this time of the year that I was put thru this.
