The smallest target in the biggest city. I get it, limited space for the merchandise. It’s ok for a quick pick up of essentials. I think the space has too many food items (marketplace) and not enough home decor, clothes, toys, electronics, etc.it should diversity a bit

Really wasn't impressed, my kids were looking forward to going to new york for the 1st time just to go to target lol, not cheap at all. Nothing worth buying. It's all cheap stuff at expensive prices.

I like this target, it can get pretty busy but there are tons of check outs.
Since it is located in a busy part of the city, there are a lot of affordable food items for snacking and staying hydrated.

This target is tiny. Unless you’re after food, I wouldn’t really bother coming here (eg.looking for homewares or clothing here) as there is minimal stock lines, and if they do have something you’re looking for, the shelves are ENTIRELY empty.

Read other reviews regarding completely empty shelves. My very minimal interaction with staff was also not great—they’re incredibly cold and unwelcoming.

This is a very cool store! I went there and bought a few items during the holidays. They have all kinds of items and they offer them for a really good price. There was a lot of people shopping but you will be surprised how quick the queue quickly moves. I would definitely come back in here to shop once I get back in NYC!

I love this target! Great customer service from the young Hispanic guy from the electronic department, he is super nice, super helpful and fast checkout! He’s not like other employees from other Targets I’ve been at where they get mad or annoyed when you ask for help or ask for assistance getting an item that they have locked in the cabinet.

Landed at JFK to pick up items purchased at target midtown. Easy and fast to pick up. I highly recommend this store, very convenient.

Horrible. I should have done a online exchange instead of in store exchange.cashier and her helper (I assume manager) was not helpful and disappear after their mistake. They ended up doing a RETURN instead of EXCHANGE. Manager told me to rebuy at current price ($12 more than my purchase price) and now I am item-less as he couldnt do anything. Manager (John) told me it is a TWO WEEK EXCHANGE POLICY IF I WANTED TO MATCH MY PURCHASE PRICE and said 90 day is for returns only. Which is know is not true. Completely untrained.

EDIT: Spoke with Target customer service rep on the phone. It should have been a 1: 1 Exchange. They was able to ship one to me at my original purchase cost. Only thing lost was MY TIME.

Came here today and was very blatantly followed by the middle aged black security/loss prevention guy with glasses around the store. Which is unacceptable and bizarre considering the fact that the shelves are mostly empty. Great way to make innocent customers feel welcome. Disgusting.

Very busy place. Had several empty shelves. Kind of hard to find items in this place since it’s laid out over two floors. On the plus side, it is nice that they have several self-checkouts available.

Lots of empty shelves. I went to grab a couple more clothing items for my trip in NYC and everything was very picked over in that area. Otherwise it was decently convenient. Heads up that in the self checkout lanes, you bag your stuff with their reusable bags and then select how many you used to pay for them. I didn’t realize that so I bought a nicer reusable bag they sold. They don’t do that in the state I’m in so I was a little caught off guard.

I feel very lucky to have this a block away from my house and has groceries and odds and ends for the home.

They carry what you can carry home on the train after work.
Like the best way to put it is, 9/10 they come in clutch.

During the Covid time, they don't say that unvaccinated people wearing a mask are less likely to spread the virus as vaccinated people who do not wear a mask do. So many other places do this.

It was a bit difficult to find what we wanted but a lot of the items I bought (necklaces and candles) were at a great price.

I usually dont come to this location but my item was not available at other location so I had to come here to pick up my order. First they got the wrong item then i asked them to return it. They return it but did not give me any receipt for return or any confirmation email. They asked me to wait while they looking up for my receipt. I am writing this review while waiting. I would never come to this location again. Very disappointed. They charge my card for nothing, very very much disappointed. I am leaving now and they did not give me my money back or no receipts that i returned it.

They changed their hours and now, I (along with probably thousands of other working professionals nearby) cannot go here. I used to come 2-4 mornings/ week to pick up items for breakfast or lunch. Now that they changed the hours it’s completely inaccessible for me.
Not sure WHY they did this. I heard a rumor that it was from all the shoplifting, but I can tell you that folks who shoplift are NOT going to be deterred by the change in hours. Conversely, they have just limited access to many actual paying customers that work nearby.

I love target. But this location needs a massive helping hand. The men’s section is completely bare, looks like everything was picked through. Their prices on deodorant are thus the same as Duane Reade (pricy), this location used to be amazing

Half the time you're in there they don't have the stuff that you need and they refuse to open the other door so people can go out on the other side

It’s pretty clean, I always see the employees cleaning or stocking. There are also store securities walking around which makes me feel safe. Self-checkout is super efficient. The biggest downside to this location is it has been very low on stock the past few times I’ve been over the last month. Hopefully they’ll start restocking soon. Some aisles honestly just look so empty. The pharmacist I saw seems like they didn’t wanna be there, but everyone has their off day so I’m hoping that that’s just a one time thing.

The shelves are constantly empty or not fully stocked in the beauty/shampoo department. There is always a long line for check out. It used to be a dependable target store but now since the pandemic there stock and quality has decreased dramatically. I avoid going to this target unless absolutely necessary.

I like the dollar section that they have on the main floor, you can find some useful stuff and good quality for cheap. Iam also a big fan of their Greek Gods honey vanilla yogurt. It would be helpful if they sold Vitamin Water XXX at this location, $5 for six pack is a good deal

Who closes a target at 8pm? Ridiculous. I have been at the for for 10 minutes and have seen 18 people walk up disappointed they can't go in.

I used to be able to find everything I needed until a month ago when all of a sudden things became out of stock and no one has a clue as to when they will be restocked. Aside from that, it's a nice store and quite organised. My major gripe is that throughout the entire pandemic it was conveniently open at 7AM and now it opens 2 hours later unlike other Targets in Manhattan.

Food and grocery section is great. Those avocados though.
The mens clothing is a joke that no one is laughing at. Scarce it is! Think Yoda. Check out is smooth and easy.

I was at target looking for action figures and I found a star wars mandolorian action figure a chang- chi Katy exclusive figure

The service they provide is very different from other stores. The sales people are willing to help customers and are patient to listen to the customers. The store is super clean and easy to navigate. The self checkout is one of the easiest experiences in the city.

Missing half of the outdoor sofa I ordered online that was "In Stock" and supposed to be delivered in a couple weeks. After 1 MONTH, several calls and emails with customer service, I finally get a new tracking number with this response: "Vendor also recommended, to please allow anywhere from up to 14-21 business days (for tracking information to become active). " So I now suppose the missing half might come in maybe another month or two? I've gotten better customer service from Walmart, Wayfair, even Amazon. Why would I ever order from target again?

I didn't even know we had a Target store I thought all the targets was gone from Manhattan and with that said this place is all right but there's a lot of women's dresses that are Amish my girl didn't find anything she likes but as far as the toys I'm not too sure because I haven't checked it out yet. But other than that you probably have nothing that I want.

Your store employees are attempting to get customer service better. Yet, the efforts at ageism segregation is a faulty service.

This target is okay but the Target on 117th Street in Manhattan and the one located at Barclays Center in Brooklyn are the biggest and the best
