I used to love this store. I would always get my nail polish, press on nails, and other nail accessories and whatnots from here. They recently put everything nail related behind a security glass and trying to get someone to help me is annoying. I end up waiting up to ages for whoever has the key to come and help me get what I need. I liked it better before. I get that theft is an issue but if they were going to go to such extreme measures to prevent theft, they should have at least tried to be more accommodating to those of us who actually pay. I'm never getting my nail supplies from this store again. It's too much trouble. What used to take me 5 minutes can now take me anywhere from 15 minutes to a half hour. It's ridiculous.

First time I went here was in the summer. I was with a bunch of JCC people and it was a good experience. They have a lot of movies games furniture stuff for your kitchen they even have a Starbucks coffee spot where you can get breakfast. Second time I went there was on Friday before my birthday. So we stopped there first because the food court in the mall doesn't open until like 11: 00am. I got beef jerky at this place and the checkout was a little complicated but I had a good time running around the store and getting out to go to the mall. I recommend you go to this one on Richmond avenue it's just by the mall.

Today I plan to go to their store to buy a game console and two games. Isn't such a big company even a basic etiquette? I couldn’t even see a salesman. When I saw other salesmen approaching them and asked them if I wanted to buy a game, they told me to wait. They didn’t have a key, so I had to wait. After waiting for about 15 minutes, no one showed up. This is not the point. The important point is that the service of the person who came out was very poor, and he didn’t answer any questions. I asked him to take the game. I clearly saw it, but the salesperson didn’t see it. The brick and mortar storefront felt very disappointed.

Target offers a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. Returns are easy to complete at any Target store with the e-mailed receipt.

I ordered 3 large tank tops. I didn’t have time to check my email prior to going in the store. Apparently, they only had one large tank top. This wasn’t the case. I walked over to the correct section of the store only to to find a pile of the tank tops in the correct section of the store. I needed to get back online to purchase the remaining TWO tank tops.

I dreadfully had to make a few returns today. I had 4 items all purchased on different dates and a pair of pants that were originally wrung up wrong. I just dread knowing I have to enter a store to return things. However, Samantha made the whole returning process painless and seamless. It was a breathe of fresh air to meet someone very attentive, friendly, and patient. Samantha has exceptional customer service skills and has the willingness to just help people! Thank you again Samantha! (Samantha with the reddish pinkish hair and a beanie hat) :)

The doors were locked 15 min before closing! Hours should state closes at 945 instead of 10 if they are going to lock the doors. It’s a Saturday night unreal!

I used to love going to this location, but just within the past year this place has downgraded so bad that I no longer wish to shop here. It used to be clean, organized, fully stocked with civilized shoppers. Slowly it became the opposite. Right outside the store there is always so much garbage on the floor. The shoe area is HORRENDOUS, with 50 shoes all on the floor. (See picture below) The women’s bathroom is always filthy and smelly, with broken locks on the stalls. The customers that come in have gotten worse too. The employees are not great but ok. Its giving Walmart energy.

Another problem is going into the store and coming out the people driving most of the time don't yield to the pedestrians. They did recently put yield to the pedestrians but that didn't do much to stop the behavior. The city should have cameras of people's license plates and send them a ticket in the mail. They do sometimes have police there and now with the holidays coming it will be more people not caring. Sooner or later there will be a lawsuit there with someone getting hurt by people who don't yield to the pedestrians. I understand it's not targets fault for the actions of miserable people. But the person's that didn't yield to the pedestrians the store the person hurt will all have to be involved for the actions of others. And it's not only in the target parking lot but other areas as well the mall etc.

Fiona was outstanding! She was kind, patient and well versed at her job. She was knowledgeable about everything I asked her. She really cares about her job and went over and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our experience! Great job target on hiring such an amazing worker. Its people like her that truly can make your corporation succeed!

I tried to get through to them on the phone, no luck. Every department hangs up immediately.

Have tried reaching the store for over an hour to find out my status on a pick up order that was placed 2 HOURS AGO, I do not understand how every single number you enter for each department just disconnects automatically. This needs to be fixed ASAP! Their system in general with inventory needs to be updated as well, more than half the time.nothing is in stock.

Purchasing and returning if necessary are always easy. Things are delivered quickly if ordered online and you can return to the store simply showing your credit card.

There always a few aisle that are completely empty, also how does this place have absolutely no bags. I had to go to 5 Below to get grocery bags.

I was ignored in the store for at least 10 minutes until another associate approached the order pick up associate to instruct him about what to do. Part of my order was canceled although the website showed stock and when I arrived home, I discovered one item I ordered and picked up was incorrect. Every order in the past 6-9 months, regardless of shipping or pick up, has been an absolute fiasco.

I am so disappointed and frustrated with this location. I’ve had horrible experiences when it comes to on the go pick ups and same day delievery. And I’m not the only one! I buy my sons formula here and on muliple occasions they will let me buy and order it and than last minute cancel and say they don’t have it. This is unacceptable i am a working mom and my time is limited not to mention my son needs his formula. I belong to a mother’s group and they’ve all said the same thing with this location. I’m sorry target but this is unacceptable these items should not be posted as in stock when they are not! And it’s insulting to have someone ask if a different formulas can be used instead when i get there to pick up my order! Get it together please

Love Target! Always great sales. I did an online order for curbside pick up within 2hr. Placed my order and within mins my order was ready for pickup. Got to my Target and located pick up spots. Just got on my app and put in my parking spot # and within less then 3 minutes a sales rep was already wheeling out my order and heading to my car. There was a change in the order, before she placed my order in my trunk. I was completely fine with the change. Very friendly staff member.

Who hired these stockers? I’m not just blaming the stockers themselves but the poor management who doesn’t direct them to do their jobs or at least make sure there’s adequate amount of certain items. Sometimes, even the 24 pack of water bottles are completely out of stock half the time. Also, most of the time, there’s no shopping bags so we have to carry the items and toss them into the car (imagine if someone didn’t have access to driving a vehicle?) One time they ran out of bags in the morning of a weekend and use the Starbuck’s cafe tiny bags for us to carry the stuff we bought! Not only I’ve been full time shopping since this location opened, but also do deliveries with companies they’re directly affiliated with like Shipt and Instacart and now my jobs are on the line because I can’t deliver to customers without a bag or because the customer requested common household groceries like water or fruits and they don’t have it!

Love it! It’s just very expensive.me and my parents go there for basic things.it y]ususally costs up to 260$ Every time we shop there, everything else is great! I love how they make new sections for every month or season!

Customer service is terrible, Two weeks ago a called multiple times for two days so see if they have any baseball cards left. Immediately hung up. Now I’m called to see if the box I ordered is there, and I get immediately hung up on again.

Went to the Staten Island Cntl Target Store today, had a great experience. The store is clean and staff is very helpful.

The worst no one answers the phone keep getting disconnected. Some of the worker's drop the boxes to the floor and when stocking the shelves make items fall down to the floor. And sometimes dropping coffee jars and tomatoe jars to the floor causing it to break and the workers have to clean it up giving themselves double work. The person that stocks the shelves with bread puts it on the floor and then puts on shelves. Items are out of stock and they don't have a Definite date when the items will be in stock. Where is the manager to oversee what's going on. And the small soup cans are dented not all but enough to make you think the person stocking the shelves doesn't care. And later in the day the line's are long wait

My experience deals with delivery. It was easy to order and my order was delivered as stated. Updates were sent periodically. Pleasant shopping experience. Will recommend it to everyone!

Security guy has the nerve to ask me for my receipt when I spent $300 there.a whole bunch of other people walking out the stores and you don't ask them for their receipt.

Absolutely upsetting experience with car pick-up! Chose this option because I’m pregnant (a week away from delivery) and my toddler is in the car with me. I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes and I can’t get a hold of anyone at guest services! Whoever is on staff for order pick up today 1/14/21 @ 10: 15-10: 45 is inattentive! I notified when I was on my way prior to leaving my house & when I arrived (2x)! This is my third time using this service and have had a better experience when they were busier in the at in comparison to right now - when it’s no one else here!

As i was quarantined for 2 weeks due to exposure, food deliveries as well as other needs had been on a delivery or curbside basis only, for those weeks. I had used other stores for grocery delivery and figured that i would try target's curbside pickup. Not only were they prompt, they also ALWAYS got my orders 100% correct. They have been the ONLY store to do so, and i now continue to use it even after quarantine. I am glad that someone has their act together, and my compiments to their very efficient and friendly staff.

Some of the workers here are nasty. Especially the middle aged woman at the return desk with the obnoxiously whiny high voice.
