Half of what I ordered was out of stock. How can their inventory tracking system possibly be that bad

This location used to be fully stocked, organized and full of happy employees. Lately I’ve been going to the Hicksville location to get better customer service, and a wider selection of product. Pick up delivery is always wrong. I advise not to bother using it.

This target is the worst. It needs zero stars. All these items below were on this clearance rack and i was told basically tough luck. Stuff was coming up $0.00 it was so old and they would not sell the items. I took pictures of the rack for them bc clearly someone from target put this stuff on there it wasnt like there wad one of each item. The supervisor Tyler and the woman yiselda just said we cant do anything. I walked out with nothing. Its actually histerical how terrible the customer service was. I work in the medical field and was on my break. Most of that stuff would have been donated! What a waste of time. Go to another location! A whole mess of a store.

Employees are all very welcoming and accommodating. This location has great inventory & it’s enjoyable to shop there. Only downfall is some sections are jumbled and too scattered.

There are employees every where around that are willing to help you out if you ask them and will always try to get your need fulfilled no matter what.

Possibly the worst Target store I’ve ever been to.

The daily section is not well stocked, pricing on cereal, Poland Spring bottled water is NOT on par with other large format stores (Walmart).

Parking lot: the carts has a limit on how far it goes. So you’re outta luck if you park half way out on the lot.

Ordered item on December 21 and was supposed to be delivered by December 24 now they changed delivery date to December 30 called and and they can’t do anything and won’t refund me until I return the order!
Poor customer service and false advertisement!

I have been a target card member for 15 years. I love target stores but I was treated very poorly by the front end supervisor today at the Copiague store. I left my target card home, logged into my app to prove I have a target card but they would not give me the 5% discount. Then I purchased my items for store pickup, only to be told I was I have to come back in two hours even though my items were already in bags at the register. The ladies were laughing and made a racial comment as they walked away. “what’s wrong with that black lady”. I have never been treated so poorly at Target. I will not rest until something is done about this.

I’m a very regular customer at this particular Target. I spend a lot of time and money there. My husband arrived to the store a little after closing tonight due to traffic to pick up an online order we placed. Store was closed but there were quite a few employees just standing around by the closed door. He knocked and asked if someone would be so kind to just let us pick our small online order up. It was Christmas presents for our daughters. They walked away without answering him. It’s Christmas Eve. They were all standing there talking. One of them could have grabbed the order for him. It was a very small order of small toys. Very disappointed with this Target store. I won’t be going anymore.

For truck deliveries use the Home depot side to get there.
The live unloading Docks is kinda tight.

I love this location because there are so many products in stock as opposed to other locations, especially when Target has sales or during the holidays. The staff is incredibly friendly, too!

I wish I could give them a 0. One person checking out people and self checkout with a huge line. Hire a real manager and people that actually work. The one woman in one register working really hard (and very nice) and a bunch of others walking around doing nothing. Will no longer be shopping at target. This is not the first time and seems to be common practice here.

I love shopping at Target. Employees are nice and helpful and knowledgeable. Unlike Walmart.

Drove 30 minutes here hoping to get a baseball box that said they had in stock. When I’m looking for cards I see a card wall, completely garbage no cards and no baseball box that they said had in stock

Staff absolutely wonderful! Some guy was following me around the store, I was really uncomfortable and noticed he was following me. I asked if he needed anything and he said no but still stayed near me. I found a staff member, and she grabbed a manager, Shantay, who called for assistance to other Target staff. The man bolted when he saw Shantay noticed him. They didn't catch the guy but they combed through the store and stayed on alert in the parking lot. Apparently the guy had also bothered other customers so I wasn't the only one who complained, seems like he was asking people for money. I asked to have someone escort me out and Briam did. He was very nice and helped me put the stuff in my cart in my car. Another staff member who was with Briam also helped, but I didn't catch his name.

I want to thank Shantay, Briam, and the 2 other staff members who took my complaint seriously and made me feel safe. Thank you!

Empty shelves all over the store as if they are still recovering from the pandemic. Most of the 5 star review are after someone reviews them terrible (fake reviews maybe?) I live right by this target and if seeing carts and trash all over the parking lot doesn’t disappoint you then I guarantee that the inside will.

I have been a loyal target customer for years. I was looking at an item that was not cheap and they sent me a reminder email for 100 less on the item (i was purchasing for fathers day). When i put it in my cart (within an hour) the sale price was not reflected. I called and they told me it was a third party item, but they would credit me the 100 if I purchased it right now. I did. 6 days latter no credit. They told me they denied it after telling me they would do it. No manager would speak to me. TARGET has lost all my business and did offer me to give me a return label but I am out the gift I planned.

These 5 stars are for Patrick! I called this morning looking for thermals. He was professional and courteous. He asked if he could put me on hold while he went to see if the item was there, when he found the last one he came back to the phone, asked if he should leave it a guest services for me! From an old employee of Target Patrick was paying attention and Im extremely happy. Thank you Patrick for your excellent customer service this morning!

Great customer experience.

Target makes a better shopping experience all around. The layout of the store is great for a smooth flow of foot-traffic. The lighting and design also create a cheery atmosphere and the checkout seems to go more smoothly than most stores. With a wide variety of products, a well designed app and a pretty painless return process, the store is really becoming my default.

Visited on 7-27-2020. Seven out of eight employees were wearing a mask.only over their mouth. When I approached the cash register area the security guard and two employees were engaged in a maskless conversation. When I asked the cashier to please cover her nose while she took care of me she laughed. I then told her I am wearing mine to protect you. Why can't you do the same? REALLY? I called their hotline and told them I will not be back until my health can be taken seriously. The store was clean, bright and comfortable. The air conditioning was working fine.

First pick up an order experience at Target was a Home Run. Met by a really nice young guy as I pulled up and gave me exactly what i paid for in perfect order. This grandmother is beyond thrilled that in under an hour I could pick up a toy requested by my visiting grandson!

Did not see many employees wearing mask the proper way. They all had their noses uncovered. Don't we breath through our noses? I wore a.mask for their safety but yet she laughed when I mentiones it? Sad. Saw more than seven omployees like this. One was the security guard. Sad. I won't be back there for awhile.

GREAT Store and always have friendly helpful staff and Customer Service who give you no hectic issues when returning items which is a HUGE PLUS! GREAT Variety of GOOD Quality Products. You name it, they have it including an entire section which is basically a small Supermarket where they sell Meat, dry foods, prepared foods, frozen, gourmet ETC. Always have SALES! Even great clothing and Accesorys for all Ages N Genders. Whatever you can possibly think of, Target has a Department for it with a variety of options. I refer to Target as a HIGHER CLASS WALMART, Def raises the bar in every aspect.

This target is by far is one of the worst on long island. Their stock is very limited in every department. The layout of this store is atrocious as the men's department is very small and very limited for bigger sizes such as XL or XXL. The woman's section is literally impossible to find a simple pair of shorts. When my fiance and I tried to find a crew member they were nowhere to be found. Will never return to this target again.

My review is based solely on one particular worker and nothing else!
There is a young girl worker, with a mask of course, who gives the most nastiest look's I have ever seen come from a worker!
When you are an employee and make eye- locking-contact with a costumer, you should alway's give a friendly smirk! Don't stare them down like you wanna fight them!
This is the third time seeing this worker and it is the third time she has done this! It is so bad that I had to stop myself from calling her out and starting Drama at my local Target!
It seem's that since the mask's went up, all courtesy went out the window!
I SEE YOU, WE SEE EACH OTHER!

I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but that means you guys just stopped operating business appropriately? No ones answered the phone in days. My husband left his wallet at the register and when he drove back and went to the guest service desk they said no one turned it in and when I got in touch with the HR dept because no one else answers the phone the guy said he looked under 3 registers.like you have 30 registers. I don’t remember what number I was at, but it was the only store we went to and it’s been days and no one has used our cards yet so. Pandemic or not, Customer service doesn’t just go out the window. Check the cameras or just look under all the registers, because either the person behind us took it or the little girl that rung us up stole it or she put it under the register (that you won’t check cause you’re being lazy).

I just finished a 16 hour shift at the hospital and was very tired. An employee by the name of Ryan was very helpful and courteous! You are very lucky to have such a remarkable employee!

Dirty crowded store. Went to get a red bull from the fridge and half of them were half full due to them broken and leaking! Gross. Associates just stand around talking and I can’t get down the isles, and clothes all over the floors. I’ll go to a different target next time!

I usually have a great experience here however today I placed baby food and 3 bottles of Formula on the counter, the cashier immediately asked if I had WIC. I replied, “I do not. ” I said I have coupons for the formula. He then told me that it’s 1 similac coupon per day. I told him that’s not correct, if anything it maybe 1 Coupon per transaction. But I would just go to another line to redeem the others coupons, It’s not a problem. I again told him he was wrong. I have 3 bottles of formula with 3 coupons and I will speak with a manager. He then pressed the button for a manager to come over. Instead a cashier came over, he told her that I had coupons I want to use them all together and she told him that he was incorrect. He then begin to tell her that she was wrong. She repeated to him that again that he was incorrect and to complete the transaction. When the other cashier walked away. He asked for my ID, I gave it to him with no problem in his hand, he placed the ID on the counter while my hand was still out waiting for him to return my ID. When the transaction was over I realized that he asked for ID for a coupon. Which is unheard of. He wasted so much of time that I had to rush out but I will return to speak with a manager.

An employee went the extra mile to help me find an item not on the shelf. I mentioned to an employee in beauty - Joan - that I came into the store to find an item that wasn’t currently on the shelf. I was pleasantly surprised when she approached me at checkout to tell me that she’d found another employee who was willing to look the item up, to see if they had it in the back. I was content with coming back to the store to check for it another day, but since I shared with her that it was the main reason for my visit to the store, she went above and beyond to make sure they made every effort to find it. Really appreciate her kindness and initiative.

Love this store! I came in to the electronics section and everyone was so helpful! I had come in with my wife and we had gotten our phones upgraded from this awesome tech guy. His name was Matt and he legit had the best customer service I’ve seen. You can go to a lot of places where the employees don’t care about the customer and are very impolite but matt was sooo patient, kind, courteous and informative. He helped us save money on our phone plans and we got a gift card at the end as well! Matt truly is a great employee and target should be proud. Would highly recommend him if anyone needs information about getting phones!

Worst customer service ever in any store period. This woman Gladys is totally rude with an attitude when doing a return. I won't be back and will be taking my business elsewhere!
