I love shopping at Target. It's nice, clean, affordable store to shop + 5% discount with their card.

Store had gone so down hill. The amount of stock they have can fit in half their space. They have very limited selection or options on items. They lay out on clothing is just odd. Honestly, I’ll deal with the craziness of Walmart than this store.

Needed to get a charger for my car for my iPhone. He helped me and was very helpful. Very knowledgeable.

Of all the targets, this one had the baby product I needed. Staff were courteous and attentive to my needs. Would definitely come back to this Target. A+ for their staff.

The self checkout cashiers need more training and engagement skills with guests. The Guest service needs more staff

It was surprisingly big in the inside! I was able to just grab what I needed and go. The staff were very helpful.

I did not have a good experience for the past couple of times with the grocery pickup. I had ordered 50/50 spring mix to pickup and was delivered the one which was expiring next day. Yesterday I ordered a english cucumber and what I received was one which was gone half bad. I am not happy with the pickups I received couple of times.

The store itself was clean and well stocked. However, I did use the bathroom.it looked clean but had this terrible smell to it, not like someone just used it and the smell stayed behind, no, it was sort of a smell of stale urine, very unpleasant.and those toilet bowls, I’ve never seen anything quite like it, they look like they are metal and the paint is getting scrubbed off? I don’t know, and I didn’t inspect them too closely but it was certainly strange.

Cleanest target in long island. Didnt encounter any rude staff and found everything i needed and candles for the low!

They always get it right, hire employees that care, store is always clean, well lit & presentable. Many other retailers need to take a few pages out of Target’s book!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Just left the store very upset. We asked an associate for help to look for something she just pointed at furniture when we specifically showed her what we wanted. When I got upset an asked for the manger that’s when she wanted help. Smh never again.poor customer service.

I go to get rung up and the cashier is ignoring me talking to her coworker, why aren't there self checkouts so I don't gotta deal with the untrained workers

The staff at this store are incredible. I had a great experienced with Vickie, Fai, Stacy and Robin, making finding what I needed a breeze, and check out fast and easy. Everyone was pleasant as well, which can be hard to do early on a Sunday morning.

I honestly love target for a one stop shop! They have great prices and always fully stocked! One negative thing I learned today from a lovely woman at the Farmingdale register is if I use the target app and scan items I could receive price matches on items and discounts. For one item I purchased it was 110$ and it was 50$ after I scanned it in my target app. Thanks to her! I probably could have saved a lot by using this and was a bit upset after all the times I had been there that NO ONE ELSE had shared this with me, I usually buy big ticket items and I feel this should be shared to each customer.

Wish they cared more about the recurring credit card fraud going through this store - couldn’t even get a name for the manager of the store without being put on an indefinite hold by the associate after persisting that I wanted to know the name of the manager. Extremely frustrating.

Shopping at the Farmingdale Target is the best. Store is always cleaned, and fully stocked. Customer service is great even when the store is crowded.

Target has the best customer service around. Order online and return in store. The timeframe for returns is wonderful. The curbside service is also amazing.

I love target but this location is my favorite, it’s always organized and fully stocked and the cashiers are kind and efficient.

I visited target in farmingdale newyork last night and forgot my purse in the cart outside target in the parking lot. It was cold, rainy and my baby was crying due to which I panicked and just picked the shopping bags, forgetting the purse in the cart. “Mommy brains”
I realized I didn’t have my bag around 2am but it was too late to call or go back.
I waited till next day and went at 8am with my husband to check if they’d have it.
And I’m so thankful to God that my bag was safely kept inside target WITH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TAKEN OUT FROM IT.

Not only has target been the best place to shop but also the safest place to be at!

I mean it’s target. This review is more for the pharmacy, no one is ever there when i need to pick up a prescription. I’ve gotten notified about prescriptions being ready when they aren’t. More annoying than anything

One of the cashier there made the trip so pleasant, so patient and helpful with all the help I asked for and I really needed a lot of help. Now when I go look for him, his name is Jeremy and should be rewarded for going above and beyond for the customers.

Very polite service at the pick up station. The store is very clean and the cashier was very friendly and helpful.

Was just in there Fri 7/10/20 at 630pm. My family and I had to walk out as Target was not enforcing customers to wear masks. We spotted 3 customers right away not wearing masks. I guess Target does not believe in helping to stop the spread.

I have never had a problem with my order, and have NEVER waited more than 4 minutes in my car. Amazing service I love it.

I hate your register line set up. People do not know were to stand or go. You have a register and then one in front of that. One line moves and another does not. I think a better set up would be one line feeds into the next available register.

I have to say this is the best target I have ever been too. They have almost everything inside and even when crowded the lines and checkout go fast. Most targets I have been too never have the things I am looking for, always crowded, and line are slow.

Love this target so much! I do Shipt so I’ve been to a lot of targets and this location is one of the Top ones. My only thing is a negative experience I had when I was looking for a pair a shoes and showed the associate the Target app which said the shoes I wanted were available and she told me that they were only at the clearance section and it was only what was left on the clearance rack, I even went back and told her what the app said and I just wanted a location of the shoes but she did not show me and told me again that they were clearance shoes and if it’s not in that section there are none left. Well I kept looking for the shoes in the store, Thank God, and I found them. They were not clearance shoes and there was a section with multiple of that type of shoe. Staff in clothing/shoe section must be trained a lot better and actually help to look instead of just saying “well if you don’t see any there then we don’t have it” Usually staff here are very helpful and maybe she was new

Irene in beauty cosmetics section was extremely helpful.went above and beyond to search endlessly for a product I was looking for.she has great customer service skills and was very helpful.give her a raise!

Quick efficient friendly. This by far has to be the most quietest calmest cleanest mellow shopping experience ever. The store was designed literally just to make you relax and browse. Loved the store. Wish most stores would follow this design and experience.

It is a very well run location, always friendly and helpful staff. We travel further from our home to go there because it is such a nice store.

Nice, organized location with a killer cosmetics dept. Employees are helpful and always pleasant. They have a nice selection of cat food and cat toys.like those cardboard scratcher houses.

Attn Vegans/Dairy free folks: They actually carry Miyoko's Creamery products in their veg grocery section! Miyoko's is incredibly hard to find so I'm happy I found it at Target.

I had to deduct a star because they never seem to have accurate inventory. Things on the website say "Ready to pickup at Farmingdale" and the items aren't actually in stock.

Had everything I needed, was a bit busy. You have to go to here early to get good parking and not that full.

Called a bunch of times to speak with someone from customer service and just keeps ringing until it eventually disconnects. Very unhappy.

The employees at this location are super friendly and helpful! Sandra was amazing and looked on the floor and in the stockroom to find the item I was looking for.

The ease of the use of the app, and the customer service once I arrive. Every time I have placed and order and walked in to pick up, I was greeted immediately and had my purchase in no time.

Probably one of the best target locations in the area. Clean and well organized. I actually went to get a laptop for my son and Michael working at the electronics counter helped me picked the right one for his school. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Target pickup has been fast and efficient. And most importantly safe. I will continue to use this method indefinitely.

I've been going to this Target for years as it's close by my office. I've felt some heavy anti asian xenophobia today while checking out by the staff member who was assigned in the self checkout aisle. Literally gave me the death glare the entire time, assisted others except me, then snatched my basket like a hawk as I was done checking out. Not sure what the attitude was, but really need some reevaluation here.

I enjoy shopping at Target for the prices. I preferred the "old" target much better than this new layout.

Jeffrey is the best employee at Willow Park Farmingdale Target. Whenever I'm in the store, he is always assisting customers. When I need help locating something, he physically walks me to the item. If the item is out of stock, he suggests something similar. Very loyal employee and an asset to the Target team!

Online order came in with no package and It looks like used and old. I drove 15 mins to store to pick up and received the item like this way. I believe that no one want to spend 30 min for a item that is not ok on the condition. Customer service said that you can always not pick up or return, but it that is not point. I like to support target store, because my local Macy and Sears failed on business. However, the service they provide is just not ok. Return is not the solution for target. Quality is the key. "Quality is the key. "

Where do I begin the customer service was beyond exception. I believe her name was Lori in the toy section. Not only did she help me find what I wanted and went all the way across the store to go in the back and get it but she did it with a smile. That goes a long way for me. Customer service is everything I sell cars I know. I give the same service at Huntington Toyota. If I ever see her at Toyota of Huntington I will make sure she enjoys #thekensellexperience like I enjoyed my experience at Target.

They had enough cashiers open, they were quick and well stocked even for it to be right before Christmas.

Order was ready 1/2 hour earlier. It was very easy to navigate the website. This saved me a lot of time. It was extremely efficient. And I got exactly what I wanted. I usually go in for one or two things, and end up with a cart full of items that are truly unnecessary. Big thumbs up.
