Usually I do all the work on my vehicles myself but when I can't I bring my vehicles there as I have never had issues after they have worked on them!

These guys do fantastic exhaust work. I had them install a stainless steel cat converter on my 91 Camaro to match the Borla exhaust system and I also had them install a Borla on my Tacoma. I’ll probably never have an exhaust problem with those vehicles again.

Had my winter tires installed. Unfortunately one of the hub caps was not re-installed properly, and came off of the wheel. Had to spend fourth dollars to purchase a replacement. Not happy!

I had a noise underneath my frame, I brought it in and they found it, fixed it and I was on my way. I'm always pleased with their service.

I always try and go to TP for all my car repair/maintenance needs. Just sucks they don't do NYS inspections on-site because this is an auto-repair shop you can actually trust. Plus they have excellent customer service and their wait times aren't usually too far off the mark. There's a reason this place is packed as soon as they open on Saturdays.

The management at TP is honest, and I know that for sure.numerous times I've gone there with what I thought was a problem and they would tell me there was nothing wrong with my car.how many garages will do that AND they do top shelf work, too!

We were passing through seeing relatives and en route had a tire problem, and TP had us fixed and rolling on time and and at a fair price, very nice! I see why my mother-in-law had previously baked them an apple pie for their service, thanks T P!

Good work and honest but it's hard to get in. I've been trying for a week to have a car looked at but I'm told everytime to come back. Went to Mavis and they took care of me.

I switched over to them in 2020 after getting tired of being ripped off from a national chain muffler and brake repair company in Rome for years. They are honest, quick and thorough. They're good people, I highly recommend.

Friendly staff. Won't try to rake you over the coals. Can't say enough about this place.

Sent boyfriend here to get his Muffler taken care of. Muffler literally fell off car, they told us they can fix it just needed new muffler/exhaust and they had to build a new bracket for the muffler because the old one was shot and rusted.excellent customer service & car was done within a day like they said it would. Would definitely recommend!

I have been to plenty of shops and I won't throw them under the bus. But these guys "Kenny and Mike" I really appreciate you guys. Ya'll got me in and out the door without trying to charge me an arm and a leg. My Chrysler 300c AWD went into the shop sounding like a gorilla on steroids to sounding quiet as a church mouse.lol I had to ask was this price right I felt like I was cheating them ;-)

Excellent place to do business with. I called up Kenny with an exhaust issue and he had me right in by the end of day. They put on a new exhaust at a very fair price. 5 stars all the way.

T P has earned my trust. Over the years I've always brought all my vehicles to them for anything I've ever needed.

Would not recommend going here completely unprofessional I called and said I’ll be there by 3 and said that was ok and they can do it then. I got there at 230-45 ish and they told me they couldn’t do it. I drove 1 hr to be there and I got told no. Do not go there

Dont go here if you want what’s supposed to be a few hour job to last 2 1/2 weeks.mavis will be my go to from now on.kenny is great tho good guy
