Swan Club On The Harbor

My husband and I had our wedding here last June (this is way overdue)! We had about 175 guests in the Camelot main ballroom. I chose this venue because they had incredible indoor and outdoor options for the ceremony and cocktail hour, all of which are separate spaces so you do not have to worry about spaces being flipped. Being an anxious bride, I did not want the wedding day to heavily weigh on the weather conditions.

Something I did not realize that will make or break your day is the staff. Pat, the event manager was responsive and patient with all of my questions, requests, etc. It was evident that he has great experience and I felt assured he would make sure everything ran smoothly on the day-of. He made sure everything was coordinated perfectly so each part of the day ran on time.

Diana was my bridal attendant. She had a great can do attitude the entire day and was so helpful with keeping everything running. She was able to anticipate most things I would want or need before I even did.

The bartenders were excellent and kept the drinks flowing. The food menu was expansive and the dishes I did try were delicious. The grounds were very manicured. The venue and the patio area were just renovated so everything was pristine.

This venue does help a lot with the planning, timelines, recommended vendors, coordination and everything else a first time bride would need.

I greatly appreciate Swan Club for having us on our special day. I would highly recommend to anyone who is planning their wedding!

My wedding there on July 20,2019 was beyond the most amazing experience in my life time:) I received the best service from a great person named *Jordana* let me tell you she was there with me all the time I’m 6 months pregnant don’t know nothing about these weddings and she made me feel happy and ready to go, my guests were amazed with her service as well they said wow she is like family! &&& also big thanks to ivonne, bridal attended and amazing staff - thank you everyone for making my wedding dream come true! If you are looking for a wedding venue, RUN, don't walk to The Swan Club. Our Dream wedding took place this past weekend on 11.11.2023 and it was simply everything that we were dreaming about. Pat, our maitre'd, was magnificent. He was available 24/7, answered every single question I had and made sure I was cool, calm, and collected on the wedding day. Diana our Bridal Attendant was AWESOME, and available whenever I needed her. She made sure that everyone was organized and that my husband and myself were taken care of the entire time. The team that the The Swan Club has is amazing and we are still getting compliments from our guests on how awesome everything was. Thank you again Swan Club for the lifetime of memories!

Swan club is such a hidden gem! I can’t say enough great things about this venue. Not only is it absolutely stunning but the staff is so great. From the first meeting and throughout the entire wedding planning process the staff at Swan answered any questions I had right away, let me come in to see the venue whenever I needed, and made the whole process so fun and stress free. Pasquale specifically was so great to work with! He was so organized and helped so much the last few weeks leading up to the wedding to make sure everything was done and ready. The day of my wedding Pasquale and the other staff at Swan were amazing! They went completely above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were happy and taken care of the night of our wedding. My guests had nothing but great things to say about how beautiful the venue was and how great the food was. I am so happy that we chose Swan, it was an unforgettable day.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Swan Club 10 days ago and from the first day visiting the venue last year we have not been disappointed. The property grounds, the staff, the communication and the execution of our wedding day surpassed our expectations. We cannot thank Pat enough for being an amazing Maitre D. My husband and I got married here on 9/2/23 and we are still in awe of how perfect our day was. 3 weeks later and our guests are still reaching out to tell us how amazing The Swan Club food, grounds and staff were. The Swan Club has grounds that no other venue has and it feels so private and romantic. Each spot has its own beauty— the new bridges, pathways, lobby and bridal suites! It’s just perfect… but the FOOD! Our guests raved about all of the stations during cocktail hour and loved each entree at the reception.

The entire day, from start to finish was so smooth. Lou, Sandra and Pat went above and beyond to make sure our day was the day we envisioned. The entire staff made us feel like true royalty. Every part of the process was so personal, we were in constant communication with Lou, the owner, and texting with Sandra! From getting ideas for our signature drinks to working together to create our floor plan! They go above and beyond! The wedding process can be stressful, but The Swan Club made us feel so comfortable and at peace during the biggest day of our lives! If we could do it all over again, we totally would. We can’t wait for the next big event to come in our lives to book and revisit the Swan Club!

My wife and I had our wedding here in the summer of ‘21, so this review is long over due. We recently attended an event here and every time we walk through the doors of the Swan Club, we are reminded why we decided to get married here. We initially fell in love with the boat house ceremony location and instantly knew this was the one!

We had to plan for several different dates due to the pandemic. The mandatory lockdown was 2 weeks prior to our initial date. Having to notify all the guest and not having a clue on when we could set an alternative date was highly stressful. However, ownership and the management team at did an amazing job at keeping in contact with us. They reassured us that they still had our deposit and worked with us on an alternative date. Needless to say, they were extremely professional. I’m certain if they can handle the pandemic so well, they can get through anything!

The food here is always amazing and beautifully presented. Many of our guests had agreed by explicitly telling us.

If you do decide to go with them, do yourself a favor and look for Pat as your Maitre d. He is the best! He is a true professional and will run your event like no other. It’s evident that he has many years of experience and has a lot of passion and enjoyment for what he does for a living.

The only complaint we have is that our bridal attendant was just not helpful. We did not expect nor required her to go above beyond. We were disappointed with her lack of help. So our true rating would be a 4.5 star review.

The Swan Club is a very special place with a special team. Our experience was equally as enjoyable as a host and as a guest. I hope that the Swan Club many, many more years of success, so that others can experience the same joy as we did. Thank you Swan Club!

From start to finish, Pat and the rest of the staff did an amazing job helping us make this an easy process, while allowing us to soak up as much as the moments as possible. The staff was super attentive to not only the bride and groom, but all of our guests who are still raving about the party today. A+ for the food as well, everyone's meal was perfect.

Our wedding at Swan Club surpassed all of our expectations. To say our night was amazing would be an understatement. Pat went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, Diana our bridal attendant was incredible. The food, environment and vibes could not be beat. I wish I could relive the night over and over again! Thank you Swan Club for our incredible wedding!

Swan club was fire it's so. That place is the one you want to have when you are having a wedding bar mitzvah bat mitzvah or any other occasion. Staff friendly place is beautiful clean

Charges couples half of the price of dinner for vendors, but do not provide food. 11 hr day of working and can't even ask if you can eat the food random chicken plate put in front of you.

The Swan Club wedding venue is amazing, everyone is wonderful, and wants guests to be comfortable and enjoy themselves. My brother got married there in 2001, and I attended another event there recently, I found it to be as good, or better than 2001. They truly are the best venue, head and shoulders above the rest.

Pat, Dianna, and the rest of the team at the Swan Club made my wedding day (and planning) a great one. Their experience and patience dealing with bad weather forecast enabled me to have the wedding experience I dreamed of when everyone thought it was not possible. My biggest desire was to get married outside on their stunning grounds. Even with rain and thunderstorms all the way up until the ceremony, they made it happen knowing how important that was to me.

I can’t thank them enough for their attentiveness to my wishes done with, calmness, kindness and professionalism! They were a huge factor in me remaining calm and happy on my wedding day.

In addition to the extraordinary service provided, the food was absolutely amazing. All the way from cocktail hour through dessert.

The Swan Club On The Harbor is an amazing event space. I officiated a wedding this past Thursday for Mr. & Mrs. Jason Baird. The service was professional, the staff was very courteous, and the hospitality was awesome. If anyone is looking for an amazing event space, look no further. Highly recommended.

My husband and I got married at the Swan Club on a Sunday late April. It was a gorgeous venue inside out - modern and elegant with delicious and plentiful food. We’re beyond grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the staff, namely Pat (maitre d) and Diana (bridal attendant).

The Swan Club was the first venue we saw and we fell in love with the gardens, the grand Camelot ballroom, and the greenhouse cocktail area. It also has covered outdoor spaces which came out beautifully in photos (we had an all day torrential downpour situation).

Quite a few guests have said it's the "best cocktail hour food they'e had". Entrees and desserts were also great.

Pat.the maitre d, was incredibly responsive and made sure all our questions and concerns were met. We never felt minimized or ignored. For example, we had a Chinese tea ceremony which required special space considerations. Pat overheard me talking to my partner and proactively offered solutions and ideas that made the ceremony extra special for our families.

Diana, the bridal attendant, was phenomenally talented. What can she NOT do? ! She coordinated with all our vendors, bridal party, AND family members. She floofed my dress, fixed my hair, and made sure we always had food and drinks in hand.

The beginning of the wedding day was stressful but once we got to the venue, we were able to relax and enjoy our special day knowing that we were in the capable hands of the Swan Club team.

We had a fall wedding at this gorgeous venue and loved the separate ceremony room! Working with Sandra was wonderful! Since we were the only wedding that day she moved us from a smaller room to the largest and for two non drinkers had hot chocolate and milk shakes made as our signature drinks! The bridal suites were nicely redone and were good sizes. We had wonderful assistance the entire day. We were blown away by the food at the cocktail hour. Dinner was great and we loved all the tiny passed desserts. Dianna and Monica and the staff were attentive and just fantastic! They have the nicest staff and made our day so stress free. Thank you so much Swan Club!

Through our whole experience working with Pat, we felt supported. He answered questions whenever we had them, guided us through areas we were unsure of, made everyone involved in our planning feel heard and respected, and executed day of so smoothly that we never questioned how the evening was going. Our bridal attendant Dianna was a complete all star. She had the perfect touch- we never questioned where she was if we needed something but she wasn't overbearing. Her experience is undeniable given her attention to detail and foresight and she did it all with such wonderful presence and personality.
The interior is gorgeous and grand. Our reception in the Camelot room was beautiful and the bridal suites were clean and spacious. The food was delicious- there was a wide variety from which to select and we received many compliments on the quality.
We had such a memorable experience and are so appreciative to everyone at the Swan Club that contributed to making the day run smoothly.

We can't begin to thank The Swan Club enough for surpassing all of our expectations for our wedding day. Pat and Sandra went above and beyond in helping us with all of our planning and preparation, and went above the day of our wedding ensuring everything looked perfect, our vendors were well coordinated, our guests were entertained and enjoying themselves, and that we and our families were pampered and enjoying every moment. The grounds looked stunning for our photos and for our cocktail hour! The landscaping and flowers were beautiful, and it was an ideal setting by the water for us to enjoy food and drinks before the reception. We keep receiving such amazing comments from our friends regarding how great the food was, how beautiful everything looked, and what a great time they had. Our goal was to not have a hectic day, and live in the moment and enjoy our wedding, and I give credit to The Swan Club, Pat, Sandra and their team in making sure everything ran to perfection and that our only concern was having fun with our loved ones. We cannot thank you enough, and we look forward to being back soon for our future celebrations!

My daughters wedding was yesterday.the reason we chose this venue was because I was married there 43 years ago in the same room (The Camelot Room) The property has been renovated and is absolutely magnificent. Being a perfectionist, the task of planning this wedding has been daunting to say the least. Interestingly enough is that the most important part turned out to be the easiest. The maitre’d Pat was superb.he made all of the decisions we had to make very simple. There was no detail missed and everything was spectacular. The bridal attendant was fabulous.she was the calming influence my daughter needed.in addition, she met all of her needs and then some.
The food was top notch.loved the pass arounds.so unique.
And the grounds.phenomenal. We were able to have our cocktail hour outside.
All of the guests were raving about this party all night. We all had the time of our lives.
All I can say is I will definitely be having another event here in the future!

Horrible! I got food poisoning from a wedding. I’m 5 months pregnant and ended up in the hospital. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I’ve never been so sick in my life. I should give them my hospital bill.

We went to Swan Club last week for my son wedding and even if was pouring rain outside, we still had a beautiful party, first of all thanks to Pasquale (Maitre D) and to all the staff, food was amazing and service was excellent.

Attended a baby shower in the lower level overlooking the beautiful landscape. The food was delicious and they had a grapefruit mimosa that was excellent. Excellent venue place to host your special occasions.

My husband and I got married at the Swan Club 3 weeks ago. We truly had the most amazing experience from start to finish. Sadie and Sandra were so accommodating, responsive and lovely to work with.
