Bonnie and her team went above and beyond for our wedding in May. Her expertise and guidance were incredibly helpful because we didn’t know the first thing about choosing wedding florals. Superior Florist is extremely experienced in multicultural weddings so creating a vision for ours was a breeze for them. When our coordinator lost some items on the day of the wedding Bonnie was generous and kind and took it upon herself to handle the situation. We are so happy that we went with Superior Florist- they truly made our wedding look like a dream and they were an absolute delight to work with!

I ordered (via their website) a sunflower bouquet in a vase for same-day delivery within a few blocks of their location and they arrived in great condition. They were beautiful and much appreciated! I'd recommend Superior.

They live up to the name! I came in their workspace a bit frazzled due to a last minute emergency of a sensitive (and a bit odd) nature;and there was no judgement at all. They were able to give me a beautiful bouquet of flowers well within my budget in a calm and respectful manner. I will not forget their kindness for a long time

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Had no customer service or a friendly demeanor. Flowers are supposed to be a way to spread happiness and I don’t think you will find that here.

Customer service and the level of care this place has is amazing.
I emailed them about a bouquet I ordered, saying that the flowers weren't what I was expecting- they sent us a new bouquet and apologized. I’m still in awe! Such a thoughtful team. Both arrangements were BEAUTIFUL

We hired Superior Florist for our wedding in April and everything turned out wonderful! Bonnie was so great to work with - I didn't really have a perfect vision of what I wanted so I showed her a few inspo photos and she took it from there! She even recommended the best type of flowers given our wedding season. On the day of the wedding she was extremely efficient and our bouquets as well as the center pieces were absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend Superior Florist for any of your events!

Delighted with the beautiful wreath and two vase arrangements I ordered for a funeral service this week. Far exceeded my expectations and were the perfect display for a very special individual. Fully recommend the team at Superior!

Our venue had preferred florists and all we remember was that every other florist felt threatened when they realized we were also talking to Steve and for good reason. From the moment we stepped into his store, he took his time to show us entire books with photos of centerpieces, chuppahs, aisle decor, lighting, and more that his team has done. We had no idea what we wanted, but Steve showed us all the options and more importantly, he was straightforward in communicating and very transparent about pricing. Other vendors were reluctant to even send us breakdowns or spend much time with us. We were also excited that Steve has a store in our neighborhood. He would give his honest recommendations for various items but never pressured us to do extra and even helped us dial it back a bit closer to the day. On the day of the wedding, Steve was there before any of the other vendors and his team set up the place before I even got dressed. Our guests raved about how unique the flowers were - we went with a red theme with a touch of purple dendrobiums - and they were practically fighting to take home the centerpieces. That was the scene we ended the night on and it was such a compliment to Steve. My drunk aunt even tried to take the 50lb tree-sized cherry blossoms at the entrance and had to be stopped by the venue team. This review is overdue but we wanted to make sure we captured our experience in depth. We appreciate Steve and his team, and we highly recommend them for your wedding and special events!

My review is years late BUT was introduced to Superior Florist Ltd.by a funeral director. Sight unseen, the casket spray was not only super large but exquisitely perfect: It was all white flowers (roses, lilies, baby orchids, etc.). As a uber critical person, "exquisitely perfect" is the highest of compliments. The spray was as fragrant as it was breathtaking.
Also, had a spray of the same but more and bigger flowers standing alongside of the casket. This spray was not only SUPER LARGE, but breathtakingly well executed and flawlessly symmetric. It too was exponentially fragrant. I can still smell their perfume all these years later. WHILE IT MAY HAVE BE EXHORBITANT, NOT ONLY WAS IT WORTH IT BUT THE LARGER SPRAY LASTED FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH. I gazed at it everyday after the casket was laid to rest along with the covering spray in its company, atop the copper casket envelope. Its beauty brought me solace, peace, joy and a smile in my heart. Something sorely needed considering the solemn circumstance. THE BEAUTY, RICHNESS & FRESHNESS OF THIS ARRANGEMENT WAS OUTSTANDING! Back then, you were the florist of the arts gentry. Perhaps, things, times have changed. But hope not!
Sure it is a time of insanity, hopefully Superior Florist Ltd.is just as superb of a florist as historically.

They did not deliver the flower cost over $100 on Valentine's Day and ruined the day. They can't even deliver 3 blocks away from their store. They are not even sorry about it.

They said they will refund but still very disappointed by their substandard service.

PS: they deliver ones for the most distance away from the store to the closest from the store.

If you live nearby, don't expect to receive the flower on time.

EXCELLENT and reliable service. Arrangements are the best and prices are affordable. I have been doing business with Superior florist for over 35 years and the have never disappointed me.

Anyone who is planning a wedding knows, decor and floral arrangements can be a daunting task. Pinterest consumes all your free time, you memorize the different types of flowers, you practice arranging flowers from the bodega on the corner and just when you think you know it all, Superior Florist proves to you why they are indeed “Superior! ” I wish I could give ten stars.
We were exploring the floral district and at this point, we’re exhausted from talking to so many florists who were quoting us ridiculous prices ($125 for a set of three small bud vases? !? !). I had come to the conclusion that I would order wholesale and do it myself. We then walked into Superior around closing time and Stephen stayed with us and helped us choose the perfect flowers. We thought we knew exactly what we wanted, but Stephen told us what we should get in place of what we originally chose to make it better. I was nervous because we didn’t really show him any pictures, but I swear he read my mind and could see my vision. He was very reasonable, blunt, and had a “get it done” attitude! The day of our wedding, two people from Superior arrived. They were awesome! They hung all the garland perfectly (it smelled amazing!) and the flowers were BEAUTIFUL! It was even better than I imagined. Our venue said they had never seen the room look that good; it was whimsical and ethereal. I can not recommend Superior enough! Thank you for helping us make our day perfect:)
