Supercuts

Went in to the salon at 4: 30pm on a Thursday. After walking past the sandwich-board sign stating "walk-ins welcome" and entering a completely empty salon, an employee emerged from the back asking how she could help us. Asked for a wash and cut. Was told sorry, she is all booked for the evening and that they only take appointments when it is so close to a holiday because they have no staff (Christmas is on Monday). Was told I could try again tomorrow but I should probably call ahead. Left and ordered a Starbucks from across the lot and noticed 20 minutes later that the salon was still empty. That's all I have to say about that.

Marilana is so good at her job! Friendly, attentive, and gives great service. I will be back ~ highly recommend this stylist.

I had a haircut at Supercuts today very excellent job and I’m very satisfied with my haircut I will always go back for my haircut

Simply disappointed in the stylist Marilana. I went to her one other time and it was the best haircut I ever had since keeping my hair cut up since '09. She was too busy trying to get me in and out to even pay attention to how messed up the left side and top of my hair is. I asked her multiple times to fix the right side of my hair as it was sticking out. There were literally chunks of hair on top of my head. I know Marilana can and has
done better, but maybe that promotion just got to her head and she just doesn't give any concern in regards to how her cuts turn out. I really don't know the reason why things have changed, but all I know is I will not be returning to anv Sunercuts.

Edit - Manager called soon after original review was put up to offer to fix my hair. She was decent about everything and apologized profusely. However, due to how badly my hair was butchered, I had to wait for my hair to grow out enough in order to get it fixed. It has taken months for that to happen.

After receiving an incomplete trim on Saturday, leaving one sideburn and some sloppy work shaving down the sides, I went back on Monday and got it all cleaned up without an issue. Thanks!

Marilana rocks! Social, funny, patient. I left with a great haircut. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend her.

I used to bring my son here and was very satisfied. Unfortunately the last few years it has gone down hill. Not only were the last few cuts he got not what was requested. But the last time my mother brought him, the woman cutting his hair was having a lot of trouble for some reason understanding what he wanted, which was a little frustrating, but we were being understanding and patient. Then the owner came out and shamed my son loudly by telling the hairdresser “This always happens with him” and making it seem that he was a problem. We will not be going back. Hopefully the company can remind this location the proper and kind way to run a business.

This is the first negative review I have written and only felt the need to because of how my young son was treated.

We went on a Saturday afternoon without appointment. They accommodated my daughter. Both hairdressers were pleasant and professional. The haircut is good. My daughter like it. Only 4 stars because the Salon doesn't have a receptionist which would be better so hairdressers or stylist can focus on their jobs. Based on this walk in experience I will recommend this Salon.

I had a very good experience at this place. Very clean, nice salon. Masters Sarah and Michaela are friendly and helpful. I left with a wonderful haircut and good feeling. I recommend this place.

Friendly people. Dana cut my hair the other evening and it was really just what the doctor ordered I think!
