Went here tonight (12/21/23) for a quick trim at 6pm, to which i was greeted with an eye roll and a sigh when i told one of the ladies i didn’t have a reservation.i was unable to make one because they do not pick up the phone when you call.anyway, she then told me they were fully booked for the night and when i asked to make a reservation for another day, i was told that they do not do that? Then she proceeded to turn to the customer who’s hair she was cutting and tells him that she “hates when people walk in” and it’s “not something she puts up with”? Long story short, the other lady working gave me a quick trim.the first employee proceeded to stand at the front desk on her phone during my entire haircut.not a single other customer walked in.so clearly they were not booked up, she just didn’t want to work.such a miserable woman should not be working here if she treats customers like that.the woman who cut my hair was so nice and i’m appreciative that at least she was able to help me!

Terrible experience. I have never encountered so unprofessional customer service before. They were whispering in front of me on how much should they charge me for few knots. Zero manners! They were very rude, disrespectful and unpleasant. Charged $130 for 2 blowouts. No curling iron. No hair straightener. Just a mediocre full of attitude service.

Gloria gave me a beautiful haircut and a nice hand washing today and this is the only Supercuts that I will go to. I give it a five star rating. Give it a 10 if I could.

The quality of the staff is not what it used to be. The haircuts are getting more rushed and I could do a better job on the quality myself. (I am not a professional hair cutter by any means.) Really sad when place goes downhill Look elsewhere for your haircuts.

I have medium/ long straight fine hair. I was looking for a salon that doesn’t cost a fortune for a haircut $$ and I went to this Supercuts. Annie cut my hair and did an amazing job! She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. My haircut looks amazing such a great haircut! I will be going back to her the next time I need a cut.

Absolutely perfect! Andrea and the entire staff were incredibly nice and haircut was great!

The girls here have the patience of a saint! They take their time while working with kids who have sensory issues. It has become a less stressful experience, and we leave with big smiles instead of tears!

Annie at Supercuts is great! Always a great job, very accommodating and friendly! Highly recommend!

I'll admit I was nervous going to a new salon, but I was greeted with a very welcoming and amazing receptionist, and my hairdresser Lori was very nice as well. Not only was the service impeccable, but my hair looks fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

Gloria and Denise do a great job. The place is clean. Parking is ample wih the big lot next door. The wait is very bad and the website for reservations is usually not working. The schedules of the employees are inconsistent and have resulted in me coming multiple times to find my stylist.

Denise is super helpful and accommodating. I was late to my appointment and desperately needed a root touch up. She took care of me right away, did an amazing color and even accommodated my request for a trim. She is the first one to say hello to anyone who walks in the door. Will definitely be back here as we are moving into the area. Ask for Denise by name and you won’t be disappointed.

I took my elderly mom without an appointment who badly needed her hair cut. While they were too busy, they squeezed her in and we were very appreciative. The haircut was exactly what she wanted. Very professional!

Morgan was amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted and my hair came out great! I’ve been getting highlights for many years and can say the quality of Morgan’s work is top notch!

Horrible place. Took my daughter to get pink highlights for her hair. Spent over $240 for something that lasted only a week. Went back and explained to them that the coloring was all gone and we only washed her hair one time during that time with color safe shampoo. They told me that is how long the color is suppose to last. I was blown away. I said why didn’t you tell they it only lasted for a week or two. The said it wasn’t there job to inform me of that. I asked is there anything you do for me to make up for all that money and they straight up said nope. So I wasted my time and money for pretty much nothing? She just smiled and said pretty much. I said I’m writing a bad review and she said go right ahead, it doesn’t matter. I hope all reading this understand how annoying and uncaring this place is. Not even to have some sympathy to understand the amount of money spent on pretty much nothing and not even have the decency to say sorry or apologize for the poor work.

I got a great haircut from Nicky she's fantastic. The shop is easy not hectic everyone is taking care of their clients doing their job. No drama.

Such a great experience with Gloria. She gave me an amazing cut and was so pleasant to sit and talk with. Will definitely be back!

Starting using this place 8 weeks ago. Both of my son’s haircuts were excellent. Quick, on time, and reasonably priced. Kat gave the second great cut and I’m sorry I didn’t catch the first girl’s name.

Please note they do *not* have the BS extra “Covid cleaning fee” that the Massapequa Supercuts charges.

Kat was the best. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut. No wait and was able to make the appointment over the phone.

We’ve always had a great experience at this salon. Prompt, efficient service with a great haircut every time.
