Terrible hairdresser terrible experience. Feb 4 - stay away. I also wish I read the updated reviews because MoNicA was the person available. I spent a lot of time coloring my hair beautiful it was as she literally cut it half off.little by little kept going shorter to fix her mess! And, all other hairdressers ignored what she was doing. My first instinct was to tell her no thank you.you can smell her and you can see the mess of her hair and the jewelry and nails on herself is what she had. Too much jewelry too long nails. Inexperienced. And charged extra for the $24 haircut? ! She should be fired. I am returning to have it looked at and fixing my bill soon.

Great Customer Service. They did great job in cutting my daughter's hair. Very clean environment.

I was just there yesterday to get my hair, trimmed to get the dead ends off and I got 2 inches off of my hair. I couldn’t tell what it looked like until I went across the street to Ulta beauty.and they had to fix it up. I wanted a wolf cut. I showed them picture of what I wanted. They told me they got this. And I felt like they botched my hair. I had curtain bangs, and I told him where I wanted them cut. They cut them too short so now never going back.

I had Valentine and after reading some of these reviews I see I'm not alone in my experience. She was very rude not only to me but the customer before me. When that customer expressed that she was uneasy about her haircut Valentine was extremely defensive. Not only was she pushy to the first customer about giving her a tip she was pushy to me as well. I was honestly worried if I didn't she would cause a scene. I felt extremely uncomfortable having my hair cut as she talked and joked about how she beats her kids. She then began to discuss her political opinions and I just felt incredibly uncomfortable. She nicked me numerous times. Honestly I was concerned if I said anything she would mess up my hair even more. She didn't listen to anything I said. I will not be returning to this salon. I do not recommend her as a stylist either. I reached out to customer service and I'm waiting for a response.

I made an appointment online, showed up on time, and I was greeted right away and got a great haircut. Friendly staff as well.

April was extremely good. She took her time, and made me feel very comfortable. My husband said it is the Best haircut he has had in quite a while. Thank you April.

I loved it, They did great highlights and they cut my hair with perfection. It took me 1 hour to leave the barbershop!

They used to have very competitive prices for a quick simple haircut without washing. Now their price goes up, they have lost their competitiveness to me. The online schedule system is still quite convenient though.

I’ve been coming here for the last couple years, but after my most recent experience I’m not going back. The stylist (her name is Valentine) was incredibly rude to me, the customer in the waiting area, and every customer on the phone. She yanked my hair so hard my head and neck hurt the rest of the day and she left scratches on my neck.
She made no effort to communicate with me, or to cut my hair as I asked. I’m normally better about speaking up for myself but between how rough, unprofessional, and uncommunicative she was I decided it was best to stop trying to get what I came there for and ended up paying for another haircut elsewhere. $30 down the drain, and I only tipped her because I didn’t want her to cause a scene if I refused. I reached out to Super cuts customer service and never got a reply.

Save yourself the money and headache (literally) and take your business elsewhere.

Decent spot. Was able to schedule for an appointment after work. My hair is a little difficult to work with and they took the time to get me taken care of. Will come here again for sure!

1/27/23 - I got my haircut by Valentine and she was very rough with my head during the wash. I told her and it changed her demeanor. I asked her for a 1 inch trim with a diagonal bang. My hair was halfway down my back when arriving. I looked down at the end and there was at least 3 inches on the floor. She did not use a clip or give me a part. She said “you asked for one inch off but there were a lot of inches. ” I left and it was a little under my shoulders. This was not a good haircut and I almost feel like the cut was out of spite for mentioning how rough the wash was. I usually have a good experience here but this hairstylist was not it.

Did not listed asked for taper fade long on top and she gave my son a marine short haircut with no fade away all. Horrible experience

This place used to be awesome. The people aren't friendly. The girl who did my hair and beard shredded my neck because she was rushing. But at least the place was clean.

Absolutely top notch. Something you wouldn't think of a franchise. Staff is very pleasant and pay attention to what their clients want. Very friendly atmosphere. Weather you have 5 kids or just yourself they run a smooth operation and make you feel comfortable. Way to go girls! Don't be shy give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

The older woman there shouldnt be able to hold a pair of scissors. She is absolutely terrible. She chopped my daughters hair and a couple weeks later completely botched my wifes hair to the point of needing to shave her head to recover from this atrocity of a haircut. Retire lady you are definitely the worst in the business.

Reba is excellent! She always makes my thin, fine hair look do much Fuller, thanks to her skills.

Brought the family to get some cuts.made an appointment for 1pm for 4 people. Got there and no wait and got right in the chair. REBA IS THE BEST!
