Just so they know, I called back just to confirm that my length wasn't cutten off like I wanted it. But I got hung up on by the manager Mitchell for my last impression, and I don't like that. I just called for a quick confirmation. Oh well.

They did their best to fix my bloched up so I will give them credit for that. Just bad last customer service impression.

Effort doesn't matter when the end result doesn't satisfy a customer. If you take Ina customer, make sure you can fulfill their request. I give 2 star cus I'm nice and the manager did fix my hair up a bit. Though it's shorter now, it seems it's the best length if I want it to look less blotchy.

I brought my son Will in last week to get his haircut. He has that Hockey hair, long with short layers all around. He was nervous, the manager (Michele) talked to my son and walked him thru the cut and made him feel less nervous! She was great, and walked out smiling with his Hockey hair still. Thank you for your service!

My son has autism and when I tell you ever since Jonathan has been cutting my sons hair it’s been great, I am so happy, thank you Jonathan

I had a wash, blowout and trim. The person doing my hair was very informative. Gave me a lot of good suggestions and gave me a nice trim and didn’t cut too much off like some other hairdressers would have.

My son is four and I’ve always cut his hair until today. We decided that we would get his hair cut like a big boy. Johnathan did an amazing job not only with my sons hair; but with the entire experience. Thank you from the Mohawk dude!

The customer service is not good cuz I went there before and it was fine so I took my daughter there to get her hair cut but after she was done her hair was wet and not blowed dried and they said they didn’t have any time so we had to go with her hair wet in the middle of winter

I’ve been going here for years. Definitely the best Supercuts in all of Buffalo in my opinion. The only place that knows how to cut hair that is of different ethnicities.love when the Spanish girls are there

I came in today for just a haircut, my stylist Jonathan was very pleasant and and made sure I was happy with my hair.cut.the price on the website was different from the price I got charged but other then that I'm very happy with my haircut. Thank you Jonathan

Had a 10 am appt.had to wait 5 minutes.very nice person cut my hair how i wanted it.was done in 20 minutes.

Called said no wait said be there in 15 min drove there 2 women doin hair 2 other wondering no one said nothing to me for the first 10 mins asked if someone was available that a called n said I'd be here lady goes in the back don't come out for 10 15 mins says someone will be with u shortly I'll pass cut takes less time then me dealing with the waiting game.

The wait was a little long. But my stylist was great when I finally got called back. She was so receptive to looking at the picture of an old style I had and recreating that style as closely as possible. She was very engaged for the whole session, asking for what I wanted and not just doing what she thought was best for my hair. She even offered her recommendation about how to manage my bangs after asking and I said I wasn't sure what to do with them. She also asked if I wanted minor product and styling done after the cut. I was so appreciative of how she checked with me about everything she was going to do.

The stylist was friendly and professional. My son had not cut his hair for over 2 years! She did a great job and they took us right away with no appointment.

I’ve been coming to this super cuts for about 4 years now. I’ve always had a good experience and I’ve had amazing hair cuts, good hair cuts and so so hair cuts, but it grows back and I don’t really care. Today’s experience upset me. Stylist was super nice, but my cut felt rushed and barley lasted 7 mins. Just trimmed the ends on the bottom, didn’t even hit my layers, bangs nor did anything get blended. My choppy uneven hair upsets me, but not nearly as much as feeling like a stylist barley put any effort in.

Had an appt at 12. It's now 1240. Multiple people walked into the store after me and have had their hair cut.

Went in to get a cut/shampoo. I was told 40 for cut. 20 for shampoo and 20 more because I have long hair. 80 for wash n cut? Absolutely ridiculous. Went to a small, GOOD salon and paid 35 for wash cut and curl. Supercuts is not the best and their prices now are insane

Aida always deliver un service, tips and in her work. Love the easy booking and how fast they are.

I did called before a day to make an appointment for a haircut and then the next day I went there and they told me my name is not on the list How stupid is that. Just wasting my time go there.so so bad

Aida is the best, my family will not let no one touch their hair unless its her! She is very professional and always up beat never in a bad mood!

Iv been going here for years with my kids.they are like family, clean, good environment, friendly, good times always.

Been going here for years and always felt very good but now I kind of have to leave a review about todays experience 78 dollars later left there with a headache from all the rough pulling and an uneven haircut that I have to wait to fix it to in order keep my length when I specifically stated no layers before she began to cut last but not least the stinging flat iron burn across the the top of my forehead. So much dissapointment here. Sorry but I will not return for the sake of my skin. Not taking anymore burns to the face. Wish I knew how to add a picture here of this burn.

I took my 4 year old for a haircut. Unfortunately, the stylist did not have much experience and did not do the best job. First timer-forgivable. What was unforgivable-very rude management, who tried to insist that I needed to wait in the waiting area while my 4 year old gets his first haircut in a year. Not to mention, the double standard when a young couple came in soon after, and the girlfriend sat in a chair and waited while the boyfriend got a haircut.

Got a great haircut today! Aida did a fantastic job and I highly recommend her at the Supercuts on Elmwood Avenue!

I went on a whim and cut off 8in and the girl (Colleen maybe but I can't remember) gave me THE BEST cut i have ever had! 5 awesome cut, great people!

Aida did my hair and she was great! The last time I went for a cut, I was told I couldn't get layers since I was growing out my undercut and it would look weird. She made it happen and for that, she's my go to!
