Supercuts

This was definitely my last hair cut there, i got it dyed and it ended up wonderful, but i told Desiree from the beginning do NOT touch my hair on top, just shave the shaven part of my hair, i told her i loved the length it was now and that she cut it too short last time and not to touch it. She starts cutting my hair on top, i say not to and that i like the length it is, she says she’s only layering it. I said ok. Next thing i know the length is gone. I even told her its okay but for next time do not cut the sides on top so short and that i liked the length it was. With no sorry in sight she says she cant just leave a “clump” on top of my hair and she blended it. I didnt ask for it to be blended. She goes oh unless you wanted an undercut? Well you should’ve said that. You said you wanted four on the sides so i just did what we did last time. Use context. If i dont want length off the top i tell you not to touch it but i want the sides shaved what is that? But god forbid i want the sides the same length as i did last time I suppose that means to ignore all instructions i said before and to do what we did last time. I am fustraded if what i wanted didnt make sense to her she didnt just inquire further what i meant if i wanted to keep my length on top and to only shave the shaven part of my hair. My hair takes very long to grow out and i cant help but be frustrated. I even showed her a picture ill add below how i wanted it and she still blended it. Mind you this is after she was not open to a conversation most of the time and did not take the criticism when i told her how i actually wanted it and that she did it wrong this time. She over time has repeatedly made little mistakes with my hair not listening to how i want it and making me feel like i can’t mention if the cut isn’t how i asked. Picture below is the picture i showed her. This is my last time going here respectfully. (Also, apparently she must’ve dropped some hair dye on the ground and chosen not to mention it, because after the cut i noticed my WHITE VANS are now stained with blue.)

I always ask for the same person (they accept same day call-ahead). Always satisfied with cut. My hairdresser is always friendly and takes pride in her work

Loved how patient they were with my 6 year old! Always a great experience, friendly atmosphere and just all around good place to go to.

Nice location and the team was very kind to my 5 yr old autistic child who needs his hair cut a certain way to avoid becoming too upset. I definitely will go there again.

Been getting my haircut with Supercuts for years. I love it and it’s very convenient place to go to when you’re in need for a haircut.

This is probably the best Supercuts in the area. All the barbers are friendly and chit chat with ya, and they do great with haircuts.

My boy got a nice quick cut. He's very happy with it and says it was cheap at $16.00.

The place smelled when I went there and was dirty. There were some people not wearing their masks properly both in the waiting area and while getting their hair cut (only covering the chin or not covering the nose). It was crowded. I was greeted promptly. I left without a haircut because it's not worth gambling on COVID

Second time it’s happened. The haircut I got was shorter than i expected. I told them the same measurements as I do at my usual place. I think you get a better result with a photo of the kinda cut you want.

Got hair trimmed workers wear masks unfortunately some customers do not glad place not busy when I went so I wasn't near unmasked people

First time at this Supercuts and very very pleased with my experience. Annmarie did a wonderful job, she asked what I was looking for and did exactly what I asked her to do. And gave some good pointers about hair. Will for sure be back.

Worse customer service ever. I just walked out beause of how rude this women was. She was extremely rude with a client over the phone. I didnt leave because maybe the other person was rude too. But when i asked a simple question and it was answered with sarcasme and attitude. I just grabbed my son and left. We are now having a amazing hair cut with a cheerful lady at a better supercuts down the road. Thanks but no thanks.

I know it's a chain haircutting place but at this particular location I have got some of the best haircuts of my life

If you aren't comfortable doing a certain style, it's always best to say something before you start so something else can be figured out instead. I'm not sure what went wrong in translation but I'm just hoping this can be fixed so I don't have to feel like garbage until it grows back out.

Amazing service. Desiree and Allison took my sibling and I for a color and they did an outstanding job. The workers are friendly and good at their job. This was my younger siblings first color and they went out of their way to make them feel comfortable. Could not complain if I wanted to

I was in desperate need of a haircut, but did not think to schedule an appointment. Thankfully, they were able to squeeze me in! The staff followed COVID protocols and everyone wore a mask, so I felt very safe and comfortable. Christa was able to cut my hair how I wanted it and now I feel like a brand new person! Cheers!

The staff is wonderful! New customer and will definitely return. My original place shutdown after being a customer there 20 years!

With covid still active, I was please to see everyone masked, the check in process kept people outside until they are ready for you. It was clean a fast. I will return.

Waited 30 minutes for an appointment. Someone came in, got their haircut done and left before we got called.

Awful customer experience, schedule hair appointment only to be told I still had to wait half hour. Was told to wait in my car to get call and never got one.

Ok, Jessica REALLY made my day today! Got me in on a last minute whim for highlights. Worked with me to find the perfect color and it came out perfect! Don't even get me started on the amazing wash. I feel like a queen today! Thanks Jessica!

My mother wanted to get her hair done for months, but was very nervous. This location was great. They were very clean and took the safety protocols seriously. My mom was put at ease, got a nice cut and style and left very happy.

Policies concerning covid are far beyond what I've experienced at any other business. Even hospitals are less strict. It made the check in experience awkward and off-putting. The haircut and experience with my stylist was 10/10 though and I soon forgot about the check-in experience. I'll definitely return!

Very clean & safe. You call for an appointment, wait in your vehicle until they call you, you are met at the door, then the door is locked back up. Masks are worn by everyone. Yes, you can get a great cut with a mask on. I got another fabulous cut from this location.

I have had my hair cut for a couple of years now. My stylist Desiree is with out a doubt a wonderful hair stylist. She is well versed in her profession, she cares, listens and is passionate about doing the beat she can for who ever is in her chair. Whoever this silver linings is, is only out to bash people clearly. The idiocies this frog faced woman wrote are ridiculous. This is just proof Dumb people need to just f*** off and stop harassing people because you think your entitled.
