My mom had Hannah, and she did a phenomenal cut for my mom. My mom wanted short layers and it turned out really great. My mom won't have to put her hair up anymore. Thanks Hannah, for helping my mom.

Colleen is awesome. The best haircut I have got in awhile. I will definitely be going back.

I'm not sure what happened to my other review but barely one star for this place. Teenage boy haircuts are not that complicated. Basic high fade, terrible blending and I don't think she had any experience

I made an appointment through Supercuts' online appointment setter the morning of my appointment. It was a Saturday morning, September 27th, and there was only one appointment left that morning. I knew they were going to be busy but I needed to get a haircut and could not come during the week. Due to the shortage of workers, there were only two stylists. When I got there one of the stylist told me I would have to wait because they were busy. She was very pleasant. After I came about 6 more people came. Both stylists were very patient telling the customers that they were a little behind and that there would be a wait. I was impressed with the stylists' professionalism. I had time enough to wait and did not mind waiting either. Once I was called to get a haircut the stylist was very cordial and listened to my description of how I wanted my haircut. She took her time with me and was very talented. I was very pleased with my haircut!

I went in this past weekend to have my hair trimmed. I explained to the girl that I wanted my hair Trimmed and thinned out. The girl proceeded to chop my hair off. One side is longer than the other. I can't do anything with it. So now I have to go through the stress of getting it fixed somewhere else, and spend more money. The doors where locked at the time I showed up. The 2 girls where having to much fun inside doing each others hair. Very unprofessional. The girl pretty much gave me what she wanted. Do not go to this location. Very inexperienced, and they don't listen to the clientele.

Not sure what went wrong. My hairdresser spoke very knowledgable regarding what i wanted. Said everything right, but the execution was lacking. I wanted a blended fo- hawk. I left with an army crew cut. All one length? I’m soo confused because she relayed back to me everything i wanted, but none of that happened? She was very personable but i wanted a haircut not a new friend. Guess I’ll be rocking a hat for a couple weeks.

Just what you would expect of a quick chain haircut place. Nothing special, but got the job done.

I came for haircut today, there were no one at the shop and I was told that they are very busy and they can’t do my 15 min haircut to tomorrow.

The beauticians are very courtesy and friendly. They were conscious of cutting and styling the hair. Refreshing from past stylists! Highly recommended Super Cuts in Wegmans Plaza!

I had an appt and got there a little early. Hardly had to wait. Lovely shampoo. Quick easy cut. Great price. Nice stylist!

The girl who cut my hair was very friendly and did a nice job. I was only in for a trim and a wash but I have long hair.

Always a great experience. Staff are quick, efficient and most importantly, nice. Even if I have no clue what style I want, they always help me out and give me a cut I love. Their new online scheduling (as of 3/4/21) can be a little wonky if you're doing it as "Guest". Just take the 30 seconds and create a login. Once you're signed in, the system seemed to work fine. There's a mobile app too, but I don't like having apps on my phone I only use once per month, so I just use the site.

I have been a lifelong customer of Supercuts. My most recent experience left me disgusted and will never use this business again. I’m a single dad who made an appointment to get my haircut showed up with my son they refused to let my six-year-old son in the building and insisted that he stays outside unsupervised in the cold while I get a haircut. It’s borderline illegal the practices that they’re doing. I would not refer them or ever go to a Supercuts again. My suggestion to people is go to a local barber like shopping town barbershop or nicks do not waste your time here #30YourCustomerNeverAgain

Had my child in for picture day.when wife brought him home one side of bangs is up to the hairline the other side goes past his eyebrow. I'll go to the supercuts one the clay liverpool boarder on 31 or sharkys

Bre was great. Took her time, yet we were done way too fast! Barely finished the conversation. Oh yeah, hair looks good too.

Manager Suzy (who was originally not there) called me to follow up the next day. She was very apologetic and offered to personally cut my kids hair. I informed her that I had already gotten two of them haircuts at another location and had an appointment scheduled for the third that morning. After having my son's hair cut at the different location the stylist told me that there would be no charge. Suzy had contacted the other location and made arrangements with that manager! I was blown away at the amazing response. Excellent customer service.

Refused service for 3 of my children because we arrived 3 minutes late for our appointment. Will never use this location again. Very poor customer service.

I came in to get a blonde baylage that resulted in getting my hair a copper orange and now it's falling out! I came in the next day to show the manager and she refused to acknowledge any mistakes on her part. She refused to refund my money or fix the situation. They are hiring people with no experience. As the girl applied toner the 2nd time after not bleaching enough Ayla told the manager that she had not done a baylage since cosmetology school. She obviously did not have the skills to do my hair and did it anyways.

I Love my Highlights! Stylist really knew her stuff. Listened to me concerning the result I wanted, and made it happen to perfection. The result was even better than I had hoped for. My haircut after the highlights was spot on too.

Friendly staff but if you don't know who to get a haircut from it could be a disaster. I asked for a bob haircut, we agreed on the length and then once we got to that length she started cutting my hair so short it now looks like a haircut you give a four year old. It's too short now to fix, so it isn't worth going back in to get it 'fixed'. I should had told the girl to stop cutting once she asked me during small talk if I get wild haircuts like this often. When has a long bob been a 'wild' haircut? The crazy part is that this person was young, so there was no reason for that kind of weird judgement. Maybe this is just part of the weird conservatives of Fayetteville? I don't know, but I'll probably be more selective next time in who cuts my hair or just go somewhere more expensive where I know they don't think a bob is a 'wild' haircut.

Just check-in online and you usually only wait just a few minutes! Very friendly staff! Always does a nice job! My husband and I both go there!

I just brought my daughter to get her hair trimmed and the staff there was very nice and the service was fantastic! Nina was fantastic and did a fantastic job. Thank you!
