Super Sonic RVC Hand Car Wash

I have been coming for my VIP car wash to super sonic for a few years now, and I'm always satisfied with the service I get. The one day I was not satisfied, Miguel, one of the managers made sure I got compensated giving my car a good cleaning and a discount. He is very respectful and apologized for the inconvenience. Miguel made my day on my next carwash. I recommend super sonic carwash. Thank you for the great service.

The slowest staff and the worst cleaning service ever. Go to the other location in bellerose. Avoid at all costs unless you have 90 minutes to kill

I just went to Super Sonic car wash, not realizing they only take cash after 8pm… I forgot my ATM card and the owner was generous enough to give me my car wash for free! This made my day ️️ thank you and I’ll be back!

Should take 45 mins just to get to my car to dry.wet spots everywhere. HERES AN IDEA HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

I usually love this place have been going for years but the last two times I've gone have been below expectations.

Great car wash. Has a flat track that pulls the car through so my comically wide corvette tires (325) fit through it.

Excellent. It gets very busy, regardless of the day so get there early and make sure you allocate enough time. They are very through.

Best customer service I ever had at a car wash, they really take their time in washing and detailing your car. Spotless 5 stars

First time I tried this place and waist of money because after I left from there I went to a different car wash because the car looked bad I don't recommend this place.

Honestly I couldn't tell whether my car was really dirty and why they took long or becauze they're always like this since it was my first time. They took an entire hour to wash my car inside and out and I don't think I've seen my car this clean since when I first got it. 100% recommend this place!

Spent $50 washing my car only to realized when I got home the passenger side of the car looks like it hasn’t been washed /clean.

If you want to spend $50 for your car to look marginally better, this is your spot. I have water drops on my windows, the cloths used must have wax on them and it left the inside of my vehicle with some clumps on dash and seats, the exterior had dirt still on the edges which were overlooked, I had to remind them I paid for the scent spray at the end when they walked away. Just not worth it, will likely have to get another wash in a few weeks

Overrated.did a horrible job.
I don't think these pics shows how most places was skipped as it was nighttime.
Even though the cheapest wash was $9, i got the more expensive one with tire shine, plus I tipped generously as it was cold and I know these guys work hard.

This is the best hand car wash in the state! The customer service is impeccable, it’s very comfortable here, most importantly, get the job done, right! Love it here

I’ve been going to this car wash for years and never had any issues. However this is the first time I’ve ever had something taken from my car during the process. I had a promotional gift card, among other cards, that were in a specific spot in my car. After my car was finished being washed and vacuumed I noticed that all the other cards BUT that promotional card was gone. Unacceptable!

Watched my car sit on the belt after it’s wash, then waited another 15 for ONE WORKER TO START ON MY CAR. Please fit in an hour wait out of your day as they are extremely slow. When I approached the manager he apologized and walked away. Then continued to laugh and carry on with the staff.

I hope the owner is reading this… Miguel is absolutely amazing! My cars windshield was covered in paint sealer and had to go through 3 different car washes and nothing! But I went to RVC Wash and there was MIGUEL! Polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. RVC is lucky to have him.

When I usually get my car washed from them, they were always quick and efficient. But once my car was done being washed, they just left my car to be dried by the sun. They dried a car that was already dried by the sun. When we came home I realized that they were still watermark left. My rims were barley cleaned. And all my window smudged. When I opened my trunk they didn't even dried my trunk. & it wasn't just my car to be dried by the sun. There was 4-5 maybe even more cars there left to be dried by the sun. & there was like 6 people drying one car. But the thing I never understood was a lady was drying my car. But she only did one door and walked away. Started drying another car. I waited 30 or more mins for someone to come to my car to dry my car. $23 down the drain.

I had an absolutely terrible Car Wash here. First of all exterior only wash costs about $30. Secondly there was still dirt left on my car at the end. A man laid a wet towel on the car when the car came out walked away for about 10 minutes and then came back to dry it. He was doing nothing else in between. They opened all the doors to dry right inside and when they did they knocked off a plastic part and the rubber liner in my trunk. I finally gave in, asked them to stop touching my car and drove away before they finish drying it or with the tires. I will never go back

I found them to do a pretty good job. From the time they started to the time they finished, it took about 30 minutes. I got the Super Sonic with a $5 extra for Rain-X. The ladies didn't really speak English well, but you can bet your sweet American freedom that they do a bang-up job wiping down and cleaning your car's interior.
I will admit that there were a few spots they didn't dry properly and they didn't clean the inside of my wheel spokes, but considering this isn't their own car and they have a lot of other customers, they did a great job.
I can see why people are mad at their service, but considering the price and the result, it's not a big deal! Give this place a try before you judge them too harshly. It might become your go-to spot!

Didn't even clean rims.
Water spots all over, I know it busy and $20.00 tip to the 2 girls, did nothing.
Want a great car wash go to 5 star in East Nortport.
I go everywhere to get 21 tahoe washed.
THIS PLACE SUCKS.
They took better care of a $3000.00 p.os. Honda.
Then my 21 High Country Tahoe.
Tell the owner to be there.

They do a excellent job. I been going here since November 2021. I went to get my car wash on April 2022 n notice the increase. It's already expensive n now they increase the price. It's a shame how they treat their regular customers.

$50 car wash. Sprayed rims with grime loosener right before the wash. They left the car absolutely filthy and I still had to rewash it at home. Complete waste. Mud was coming off the car with a simple rinse and wipe when I got home AFTER the $50 wash.

I pay for monthly wash. They don't clean good from inside I had a spill in my cup holder fir about a month visit I got car wash 4 times and they did not clean it all 4 times. I specifically told them twice out of 4 times to clean the cup holder. Yet they did not do it. Then I just cleaned it by myself. They need good manager also training on how to inspect after cleaning.

I never leave a review for any business unless I feel it is 100 percent necessary. This car wash leaves a lot to be desired compared to when they first opened. I only have my vehicles washed at a car wash in the colder months, in the warmer months I wash it myself. I understand how busy a car wash will be after a snow storm and people want to get their vehicle cleaned, I didn't mind waiting almost 45 minutes to get my 2 week old 2022 vehicle washed. What I did mind was when my vehicle came out of the car wash, it sat for almost 20 minutes before anyone dried it. In that time the vehicle had water spots all over the windows, they did not clean the areas that had salt from the road on them, like the front grille area for example or the wheel wells. My wheels were just as dirty as they were before I went into the car wash, the worker who cleaned the wheels went over each one with a rag with absolutely no detail. My windows were all streaked from the worker using a rag that was wet. The whole experience at this place was absolutely terrible. This place won't see me again with any of my vehicles.

Wow, I wish i would have checked the reviews before bringing my car there. Please, Please, Please AVOID at all costs! Went there because its a hand wash & I have a convertible so i don't want the machine arms beating up the top! First I watched them go from the car in front of me that was loaded w/ road salt right to my car without cleaning their wash mitts. That was mistake #1. I then watched as they put all their body weight as they washed the hood, mistake #2. Then my car sat in the sun for 5 minutes with soap and water before they came to dry it mistake #3. Then I realized they didn't clean the rims until after the car is washed, mistake #4. How can you spray anything thats strong enough to take off brake dust & buildup on a rim & not thoroughly rinse it is beyond me. So Mistake #1 & 2 led to a scratch on my hood. (Of coarse they denied it!) Mistake#3 led to water spots and soap stains. Mistake #4 led to me thoroughly washing, cleaning and rinsing properly. What a waste! I'd gladly overpay the $30. If it was a decent job. STAY AWAY!

Pricey but does the job well.
Suggestion: Please provide a disposable mat paper over the driver's mat to keep it clean when the owner steps into his vehicle. The area surrounding the carwash is always wet and flooded with water, the mat gets dirty and muddy as soon as you step into the car.

Never go right after the snow and or rain clears up. Your car will dry on its own before anyone can get to it.

The manager is amazing and excellent always on point with customers my car comes out beautifully every time. Wont go no where else because the manager excellent service! The world best car wash! Manager. Miguel the best

This place is terrible I paid $46 to clean the car i i get the car more dirty and i call back no one pick up the phone! I went there they ignored me! People stay away from this place

Miguel took care of my car he got out spots I never thought would come out, Miguel was amazing, took care of my car like it was his own. Give him a raise, he’s the reason I’ll come back.

Believe every bad review here! Look at my pictures. They stained my car. I spent $48 plus $10 tip for a car wash and they left my car filled with water marks. I was waiting for an hour before they started drying my car, then starting cleaning 2 cars that came in after me. I returned the next day to ask them to rewash my car because of all the water marks they left and they refused to, asked me to come back tomorrow, I mentioned I couldn’t because I work so I needed this taken care of today, they said there’s nothing they can do to come back next week then. So basically I went there to leave my car dirty and with all these watermarks that I now need it to be detailed. They are so unprofessional and couldn’t care less about their customers. I will never return here.

I paid $45 to get my car wash plus I tipped and they scratched the tint on my windshield. I called the manager there and showed him and he said they didn’t do it and there’s nothing he can do. Now I have to pay $250 to get my tint replaced. Worse customer service I ever encountered. Never going back.

This car wash is the worst ever. If you have time to make this a day’s event it’s still not worth it. Long lines that never move created by their unlimited monthly wash program. If they didn’t have this program they’d be totally out of business. Got my car washed there on Saturday 9/18/21 waited 2 hours on line and my car came out horrible. This is not even a Hand wash. They use bristled brushes at the entrance of the tunnel which scratched my expensive car. After my car left the tunnel it sat there for 15 minutes without any workers touching it. Water marks all over my car. When they finally started working on it I noticed dirt still all over my car. It was like the men in the tunnel did absolutely nothing. After 2.5 hours after arriving and my car still not done properly I asked to speak to a manager. I was told the manager was too busy taking care of other customers with problems. The vacuuming was awful. My car looked the same as when I originally brought it in to be cleaned. These people have no clue what they’re doing. I told the woman working on my car to stop, I immediately got in my car, drove back home and spent another 2 hours washing it myself! I was told by a friend that there’s new ownership there after the fact. This place will surely be out of business very soon. My place of choice is Miracle Hand Wash in Oceanside. They always do an outstanding job. Since this place was closer to my home and I was pressed for time I figured I’d try them. Worst mistake ever. It’s back to Miracle Hand Wash for me. Miracle Hand Wash is a true Hand Wash with no brushes applied, they’re very efficient and never once in 18 years have I ever had a problem with them. The owner, a pleasant guy, is always on site. He runs a very tight ship and my car always leaves there in perfect condition. I suggest anyone reading this who’s never tried Miracle Hand Wash to go there. Extremely attentive to detail, no brushes, and a much larger and professional crew that makes sure you’re happy before you leave. You’ll be extremely impressed with their quality of workmanship. Supersonic Hand Wash totally sucks and is history in my book. I guess you live and you learn.

I bought new bmw 1 week before and first time do car wash so it’s on my way so I decide to go and ask car wash but when my car came out my car door has dent and pain was out and I told maneger it’s from the car wash I really don’t recommend any one because they don’t know how to talk customers and they don’t care about your car they told me owner will call you and fix the dent but no one call me plz if you love your car don’t trust them

I have been going to super sonic for two years no, but always just for a car wash. This time I was in desperate need of interior detailing. I thought the staines on the seat would never come out. When I asked Miguel the manager could he do the job, he assessed the disaster. He was very honest. “I can’t promise this will come out 100%. I can probably get it 80%. I would rather be honest with you then for you to be disappointed” we’ll let me just say when they were finished in under an hour the car looked bran new. I was more then happy. I originally recommended them to my family. Now I will let everyone know this is the best spot for car wash and interior clean. Thank you Miguel and the rest of the super sonic staff

One of very few total hand carwashes on the south shore. Definitely worth the monthly pass. Satisfied customer.

The fact that I saw spots on my car still from it not being clean.my car isn’t even that big to begin with. I literally had to wipe it myself. My trunk wasn’t even vacuumed… I don’t see how it’s a super sonic wash vip for what… absolutely nothing. I could have done this myself.

Waited over 45 minutes today to have my car washed. The line for cars waiting to be dried was pathetic that by the time my car went through and waiting for somebody to get it to dry it, it was already dried up and had pollen all over it from the trees right where they dry the cars up! It had water spots from being dried up by the sun! The workers continued to clean my windows which were the only good things they did. They honked for my car to be done and I said you didn’t clean the roof of my car as there is all dust and pollen on it. They said they did and gave me the damn towel and said for me to clean it. I was fuming at this point and did not want to start and argument. Who the hell tells somebody that? Very unprofessional, lack of workers. The people drying the cars up take their sweet time. Will never be going back there.
