We traveled from out of state to purchase a specific Camaro that had everything we were looking for. Benjamin Chen was extremely professional. Everything he said came true and the transaction went so smooth that I still can believe I own the car. I know I am going to start placing more value on purchasing a car from small town dealers rather than the slick discount highway dealers. I have never felt so comfortable driving away from a dealership knowing I made the right decision, then when I left Sun Chevy.

We purchased a used 2023 Chevy Silverado Custom. The price was was reasonable. The sales rep was friendly and helpful.the only problem we had was the truck didn't have front floor mats and they wouldn't throw any in.

My car buying experience with Sun Chevrolet was a great one. Odeh made the process very comfortable and smooth. All of the staff were very welcoming and kind. I ubered 30 minutes just too to inquire about a vehicle I had seen online that I was interested in. Odeh assured me that I would not be ubering back home and I didn’t. This is the first time visiting since the change of ownership. I have a work van that needed a part that was on National back order Chris in parts and Mark in service center went way up and beyond to find a part and get my work vehicle back on the road when it was known that the normal channels were not going to work quickly enough.
This will no doubt have me return for another purchase when needed. Very happy with the outcome understanding that the dealership has no control over part shortages

I had set up the purchase of a 2012 Subaru Impreza from Chris at Sun Chevrolet. A couple hours later I found something to better fit my finances on line. However the prices offered and the customer service from Sun Chevy was hospitable and quick! I’ll recommend this dealership to anyone in the North Country area (stay away from Watertown dealers). Look for Chris @ Sun Chevy in chittenago and he’ll hook you up. Can’t wait to do business with you guys in the future.

Really not impressed at the moment. When I first bought my car, it was a good experience. However 3 years later I wanted to trade my car in and get something different. The suv I found on the website intrigued me so I did the online mumbo jumbo to try and get it. Got a call the next day to find out the suv was sold a week ago, which is fine. However I am not amused that my credit was ran on a vehicle that was sold already. Hard copies are not good a CR. Guy on the phone said if your interested in other vehicles we can work something out. No! I wanted the suv and it’s sold. Which is understandable as things happen. But why the hell would you run my credit if the vehicle is sold. I guess Sun Chevy operates like that I suppose. Won’t buy another vehicle from there

Sun auto has done nothing but try to scam more and more money out of me and everyone I know who has a vehicle from them. They tried to charge me $400 to change 1 O2 sensor. I immediately pulled my car out of their shop and brought it somewhere else where I was only charged $180 with labor! I’ve reported sun auto to the BBB and will continue to leave bad reviews for this sketchy car dealership who likes to sell lemons and then not fix their problem or loan rentals while your car is being worked on. I will NEVER buy a car from sun auto ever again! Worst mistake

The items needing attention were clearly communicated along with the pricing along with the options. I opted to take care of all the items. They were taken care of quickly.

Scheduled appointment in the morning, got truck in quickly performed a service bulletin found for the transmission, which had a description of the actions of my transmission problems. My truck was returned to me in a timely fashion. Very satisfied. Great team.

Worst car buying experience. EVER. Do NOT bother with the online reservation or deposit. I waited DAYS for a response after filling out all paperwork, submitting my pre approved financing and giving a deposit all just to get an email saying they sold and delivered the car to another buyer. If we both put deposits the same day, why wait three days to notify or even take my deposit in the first place? Now i get to wait on my deposit return so i can shop elsewhere. My advice, if you are looking for great customer service and up front sales. DON'T shop here.

My vehicle was in for a six month service. The staff was friendly and punctual and had me in and out in 45 minutes. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and look forward to purchasing another one in a few months. Great service team and a wonderful sales team that takes the time to listen to the customers wants and needs and to do their best to get the customer into the vehicle that want, even if that means traveling a distances to get the vehicle. I love my experiences with Sun Chevrolet!

While looking to get a new car we found one that was perfect at SUN! Tried reaching out though the web site as the office was closed due to covid. No response. Started the process on the web site with a deposit. No response. Loaded photos of our trade in. After several days of thinking our deposit would guarantee us the vehicle and follow-up communication the only thing, we received today was an email telling us they sold it to someone else. They then tell us it takes several days to get our money back.
This is singly the worst service I've ever experienced from a car dealership in my life. While we understand that covid can present challenges and delays it should never prevent the best possible communication when making investments like this.
So many other amazing dealerships in CNY. Take your money elsewhere and happy car shopping.

Very helpful sales person, secured the vehicle we preferred during a difficult supply chain challenge due to the pandemic, handled all the details ahead of time making the signing go very quickly.

First off, everybody was professional and friendly. I never felt like I was Being sold a bill of goods. The guys were awesome. I will absolutely be back not only for service but consider a new car in another year.

I came in to have them change the batteries in my car key tokens. When I left the dealership I noticed one of key tokens was loose.broken. So I went back the dealership and the tech asked for both of the keys to see why one wouldn't snap together. When he came he said he mistakenly broke both keys. The tech said he will need to order springs to fix and I have to come back. I was still charged for the batteries which I believe should have been refunded.

I hate buying cars but it is a necessary evil for me. Josh at Sun Chevy made it far better than it has ever been for me. I recommend!
