I had an AMAZING experience! Selina was awesome! All the other staff were very nice and professional! I left feeling taller and STRETCHED in a great way! I was sitting so tall in the car, on my ride home. Can't wait til my next appointment!

Stretch Zone was just what I've been looking for! I've been sedatary since September 2022 do to heart issues. In October 2022 I had to have a triple bypass and in March 2023 I broke my ankle and had to have 2 screws inserted to hold the bones together. I've been feeling so sore and stiff with no energy.
I booked my free appointment with stretch zone this morning. What a GREAT experience! So much release. So much feed back as she was stretching me.

I had a great first experience at Stretch Zone Clifton Park. Mike was knowledgeable and took the time to get to know my specific needs. The adorable service dogs, King and Cleo, were such a nice addition to the whole crew. I'll be back for another stretch!

My experience here with Jacob was good. My body was aching from a few accidents but after Jacob worked on my I felt little better. I will make it back really soon.

Newly retired and starting to get in shape. My strength responded well but I was doing nothing to increase my flexibility. By stretching all my leg muscle groups I feel my flexibility will increase. So now it’s the gym for strength and endurance and Stretch zone for flexibility.

As someone who believed stretching was nothing more than a couple jumping jacks and maybe a 10 second hamstring stretch before partaking in a sporting event or work-out I came here a little skeptical and not sure what to expect. What I did know is I had a tight lower back and hamstrings going back 30+ years and they weren't getting any looser doing things on my own. Mike Dana came across genuine, very knowledgeable and spent time targeting the problem areas and from this one visit managed to give me stretch results that exceeded anything I've done on my own. I am so glad I found this place. I am a person who has very tight muscle tone and limited range of motion. I’m def in their “ top 10” of muscle tightness. My first Visit Hannah took the time to explain how the program works and recommended a program for me. I was not rushed whatsoever as I had a lot of questions. Hannah was very patient and thorough. I’ve only been about 4 times at this point and I have to tell u I already feel so much better. I can’t put my finger on since it’s so early in the program, but I feel like I’m standing taller and feel a little looser. I can’t wait to experience the gains of the increased R. O. M and flexibility at the end of my three month program. All the stretch technicians are extremely knowledgeable of the muscles as they even tell you what muscle they are stretching as they position u on the bench table. The staff makes me feel like family. I am able to be my normal joking around self. I highly recommend stretch zone if you have limited flexibility or just struggling with your ADL’s as I do. I’m also going to a chiropractor once a week and I have to say the stretching treatment and techniques u get at stretch zone go far beyond any stretch or treatment that a chiropractor can give you.
