Stout NYC

Very nice bar, the beer was good, beautiful in the back room. It could have used a few more bathrooms but they might have been spread out it was hard to tell. It was a little crowded before the game but the atmosphere was nice.

I went before the Nuggets Knicks Game at MSG. The food is overpriced and bland. The waiter was too busy for me.

The food at Stout was great, I ordered a lot of apps for a corporate event and everyone loved it and all the food was gone! Stephanie, the manager, was awesome and so helpful in helping put my order in place. I will definitely be back to eat here and plan future events here. 1000/10

Three of us went here for lunch; one was a returning patron who recommended this place. He was absolutely accurate; the food, atmosphere, and service were all great.

We did not have reservations, but we're seated immediately in one of the booths on the main floor. (There is an upstairs section and a large room in the back, as well.)

Our server greeted us immediately and made recommendations when I was debating between a couple of different items.

Two of us had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, which was very yummy! It has coleslaw, pickles, and a delicious sauce on it. The bun was so soft and fluffy. It is served with a very generous side of fries.
The other guest had a burger, which she enjoyed very much.

There is a good-sized offering of both tap and bottled beers, including plenty of IPAs, stouts, and porters. Their mixed drinks special menu has a good variety as well.
One friend had the kinamona. She let me try it, and it's definitely something I'd order when I go back. (Allspice-infused Bacardi rum, pineapple juice, apple cider, fresh lime juice, cinnamon simple syrup, peach bitters)

We would definitely return again.

Great staff! There was a big football game on when I arrived, but I was looking for somewhere to watch the US Open tennis (weird that you can’t watch it anywhere in NYC) and asked the seating hostess if they were showing it. They weren’t, but she found me a TV in the back and switched the channel so that I could watch. Without sound, of course, but better than nothing and the effort was certainly appreciated. The fans watching the football look like they’re having a great time too. The mocktail I had was delicious and very refreshing. Would definitely recommend for sports’ fans.

Great food. The burger was perfectly done and juicy. Nice ambiance inside. Excellent drinks as well.

Great place to catch the Texas game and drink cold Shiner beer in tap. The hot pretzel and spinach artichoke dip. The folks next to us at the bar ordered wings and they looked like they were worth a try next time around.

Visiting this place for years. Stout berger with my preferred sweet potato fries. Excelent. Great beer selection of course!

Late night drinks and watching a sports game = Awesome! The service at first was a little slow (but it was pretty crowded so totally understandable) and the drinks were very strong and our waitress was very nice.

Fun place to go to hang out and have a few drinks before going to a Ranger game. Took about 15 to 20 minutes to get a beer at the bar but I guess that's a good thing because it means business was doing good. Alot of options to choose from! Would definitly come here again.

The staff at the bar was very friendly and accommodating. I had some calamari which was scrumptious. Just being there was delightful. #NYNY

Amazing staff and wonderful service. We were there for a special NYC marathon event with Team Reeve and had a great time.

Excellent service! Made a reservation the day before and received a confirmation call the following morning. As part of this call I was asked what game my party wanted to watch and I supplied this information and was told that they would seat my party of six by the TV with this game. When we arrived we were seated promptly and the game we requested was on the TV directly in front of the table where we were seated. Our server was stellar and the food was great!

Manny was really cool. He knows the area! He was super nice. The drinks were good and my work friends and I even lol definitely come back

Haven’t been to both Locations, this location is definitely not my preferred. I went here with my parents prior to one of the concerts they were having at Madison Square Garden, and the service was definitely lacking or struggling to keep up with the amount of people.

From when we ordered two when we received our food it was about 45 minutes, so if you are looking to get some food before a concert I would recommend ordering your drinks and food and then asking for the check because the slower service will make you late.

Their food is great, and drink options are good. They have ample TVs as well.

Sat at the end of the bar near the service area before a concert at MSG- could not even believe how hard they work. The staff here is literally non stop and awesome! The loaded fries and seasonal drinks were great, go show them love

Great staff and atmosphere. I only had the calamari so far and it was delicious. Large and awesome selection of beer and liquor!

Food was delish! Our server was slow and inattentive and got one order wrong but the rest of us enjoyed our food!

Drinks were good. Typical bar. I'm getting tired of every bar I visit here not having any mints for mojitos. Food was average.

Very convenient to Madison Square Garden & Penn Station. Lots of outdoor seating. Good pricing for the neighborhood.

Ordered Stella and it was so flat that I had to send it back and ordered a Guinness and that was still off. I got the wings and it was decent, you can't mess up wings. The pretzel was good. The 2 stars for still charging me for the flat stale Stella I sent back.

The beauty of STOUT is that it’s my go to bar for sports & a beer sampler. The spinach & artichoke dip is the BEST! The food is delicious & on point & the staff is always there to tend to your needs no matter how packed the place is you NEVER feel neglected at STOUT & that means a lot! Sadly when I went there the islanders lost to the Tampa bay lightning who won the Stanley cup

This is my spot to go on my lunch break wings and quesadillas and the fries with bacon best appetizers with good portions. Definitely recommended for some good appetizers and Beer

Nigel (hope I spelled it right) was a pleasant bartender. Quiet at first but kept us going with drinks and made us feel right at home being out of town. Also quite the cocktail maker with this wonder iced Irish coffee.

It was ok. You can use the QR code for the menu and order. The service was a bit off And n the beginning… Loved their fried calamari though:)

A nice place to go to we had a few beers and we were on our way the server was very very nice to us but the place needs a little sprucing up it was a bit dingy I would go back there

Everything was good the bar tender and manager was very friendly. I'll definitely be back.

Good for after work bar meeting for a quick bite or drink. Sometimes it gets crowded and loud. It has a basement for big party celebrations or corporate events.
