Storage Post Self Storage

The staff was very helpful. Showed different sizes since I wasn't sure exactly what I needed. I ended up getting a unit and everything fit perfectly.

I came today to get a unit in a tough situation. I needed one fast and I was able to do so with the help of manny. He made my experience there very good and he was a huge amount of help.

Nice, new, clean facility with friendly and helpful staff.

So why one star? Their website said that they accommodate 24 hour access requests, and that was the reason why I chose this location. After signing up, I requested that we initiate the process for 24 hour access, and at first I was told to write an email on my company letterhead and I’ll likely get approved…an hour later I get a call from the rep, and they stated that “management (suddenly) changed their policy”.

It’s a bit disappointing that I cannot receive the service I was expecting, as I have a business that requires short notice travel…if I get a call at 10pm asking me to take a flight the next morning at 6am, then I will have no access to my gear, which means I’ll need to turn down work.

The staff is still a highlight, though.

Management reached out to me and gave me an opportunity to explain my situation, and they worked with me to accommodate my needs. I honestly wasn’t expecting to get anything out of my previous review, so it came as a surprise to me when management contacted me and offered me a solution.

The customer service at this facility is absolutely amazing, and I cannot be any more grateful.

It was a great location.but I just have one issue. Why they lock the storage if you have only one day past due?

It was a smooth process signing up for it. Shawn was very helpful and informative. The place is clean and climate controlled which is good for us. I'd recommend this place.

I was very frustrated. When I arrived no one was there to take me to my unit, give me the key to my lock. I arrived with my movers and I had to wait 45 minutes for the person to come back! No one told me they close for lunch! No one told me I needed the key to get into the unit! I had to pay my movers extra! Very DISAPPOINTED!

This is the best Storage Post location. It’s clean and convenient. The manager here is a kind, brilliant, and very helpful guy named Manny. It is nice to have someone welcoming and helpful there on one of the worst days of your New York City life: The moving day:)

Manny was extremely informative, patient and understanding. He literally walked me around showing me numerous storage units to best assist my needs.

If you need self storage in Staten Island, you should seriously consider using Storage Post’s North Shore location. They offer super cheap prices and a good selection of storage unit sizes. The customer service is also amazing! Manny was super helpful on the phone and even gave me a dolly when I got there to help with the unloading process.

I met manny outside while he was cleaning maybe 4 months ago, he greeted me and I didn't even need storage at the time, I am a man of God and I can tell not only by our meet and greet outside as I walked by, not only by the reviews that this man does not do this just because he is good at it, he does it because he is genuine, pure, courteous, caring and has the passion to fulfill what people need and or looking for. Now that I am renting he is the same exact way in representing this company. The prices and all the elevators, all the security is amazing, the spacious unload and loading area along with the very convenient kiosk manny showed me is wonderful. Very clean and beautiful facility well maintained by manny as I saw him cleaning when I walked in this morning, I saw people say fabuloso and oh boy is that true all around lol manny God bless you and thank you storage post you hired the right man for the job. Manny is a great help. Was very useful and helpful. The storage place is very clean and organized. Very simple and everyone is very nice and helpful. Never had any problems that I experienced in other storage places. Manny has been nothing but a helpful and very caring person. Whatever issues or problems I would have he took care of them right away. From day one when I started renting my unit he was a tremendous help. If there were more people like manny in every business it would be so much easier to do your shopping or whatever thing your doing.

This place is very very clean, alot of security cameras, 3 elevators, alot of merchandise like boxes, locks, tape, packaging supplies etc and the kiosk is lovely to use when it's busy and I love the access hours but I need to point something out that was way more impressive to me which is your employee or operations manager Manny, that man is special, by the grace of God he helped me beyond words can explain his heart is pure, my movers abandoned me and he made his business to make sure I was takened care of, he is very professional, he helped me and 3 other people all at once anyways thank you Manny you the best

It would be nice if we knew that 5х5' unit is with low/limited ceiling. Also I was told by phone that I can walk in inside storage unit. So I assumed it is tall enough and I discarded another offers without knowing that. Please, add to description to avoid misunderstanding and unhappy customers.
