Hi highly recommend working with Frank Mariani. He took the time to find me the truck (Tacoma) that I was looking for, he educated me about the different types of Tacomas (Sport, Off-Road, SR5 etc). He kept me updated on availability as these trucks are in high demand. Once a selected the truck that I wanted he kept me updated on any changes in delivery date. Once my truck arrived Frank did a great job of walking me through the features of my truck. I am glad I chose to buy my truck with Frank and Steet Toyota!

I’ve been going to Steet for over a year now I’ve never had a problem with the service department until today. I made an appointment for my oil change and tire rotation I dropped the car off the night before like they asked my car was not done until 5: 30pm the next day! I called several times inquiring about when my car will be done and I got nothing but attitude and excuses about it. I was even told that the drop off cars go to the bottom of the list (which when I made the appointment I was not told this) then the service manager told me he had already listened to the appointment recording when supposedly the person did tell me why would you argue with a paying customer? Very unprofessional I will not be back.

I love my car and I love the sales team at Steet! This is the 2nd car I've bought after years of dealing with other local dealerships! The whole staff was great. Jerry Reginelli made it so easy. It was not stressful everything was taken care of for me.

I purchased a new 2023 Toyota 4Runner Off Road about a week ago. Jerry made the process very easy. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. He did not rush me into buying and awnsered all my questions and emails very quickly. John the financial manager was helpful as well and was knowledgeable in the financing of the vehicle. He also did not force or talk me into anything I did not need. After years of buying used I finally bought new. Your dealership was easy to deal with without being pressured or approached as soon as I stepped out the car. I was able to walk your lot without a sales person following me around. When I walked in I was greeted by a young lady who directed me to Jerry. I was able to go home and digest all my information without being hounded to buy. The other 2 dealerships constantly called. I would recommend your dealership to anyone looking to buy or maybe lease a vehicle. Your staff were polite, paid attention to detail, and were patient throughout the process.

It takes these “professional” 4 hours of labor to reprogram a key that’s $500 plus the cost of a new key save yourself the trouble and take it to saccos locksmith they will do it in 30 minutes for half the cost of labor at Toyota charges at saccos you get a key and programming for $250
Called Toyota corp today and they confirmed it only takes 1 hour

This is a great place to buy your car. Frank Mariani, aka, Frank the Tank, is extremely honest and kind. He let me to test drive the car to my house, so I could show it to my wife. We got a great trade-in value for our old car, and a great price!

Have bought 6 vehicles from steet Toyota over the years. Sales staff is professional and courteous. Upper management treats you with respect. I always feel welcome and am treated like a valuable customer. Won't by a Toyota any where but Steet.

I scheduled my van to have the ac looked at and fixed. I dropped it off in the morning. By the afternoon, I had called 3 to 4 times with an update. When someone finally got back to me, it was around 3 and they hadn't even looked at it yet. I had an hour drive home so I just went to pick it up.
What's the point of making an appointment if you're not going to honor it? Wasted my time and gas.
I ended up going to Small Town Auto in Earlville. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. I made an appointment and they had the problem figured out before the afternoon.
Steet Toyota lost my confidence and trust. I even sent an email to share my frustration. It feels like they will only care if they get a bad review and/or they are losing business.

I meant to hit the 4 star, not 3.
