I highly recommend Steet Ponte Volkswagen to all my friends and family. The employees are friendly and welcoming, and the car buying experience is always a positive one. I recently purchased a 2024 VW Atlas, and I absolutely love my new vehicle! My salesperson, Jason, was extremely helpful and accommodating. He spent time thoroughly going over all the new features and technology in the car with me. He was very professional, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire purchase process. This is my 4th vehicle purchase from Steet Ponte Volkswagen, and I definitely plan to buy my vehicles there in the future. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Communication customer service are lacking when it comes to the service department. I waited for hours and never heard anything from the dealership when I called to find out if my oil changed been completed I was told that the oil change was done but that they found a leak and they wanted to work on that I can’t help but wonder if anyone was ever gonna call me to tell me that they found an issue or are they just gonna wait for me to reach out. On top of that it’s extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone in the service department. I usually get a voicemail and when I leave a message, no one returns my call leading me to have to call back go to the operator and have them paged. It’s extremely frustrating.

Jeff was excellent! He was professional and went the extra mile. He made sure everything was taken care of and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. This is the third car I have purchased from him and have recommended him to friends.

I wanted to share what an awesome experience I had with Chris Jones and Todd Crandall. My lease was up on my 2019 Tiguan and because of the amazing service I received back then I knew I was going to get another Tiguan. Chris made the process so easy I went in on Tuesday afternoon and by Wednesday afternoon I was driving off in my new 2023 Tiguan. I love the car and the team and Steet Ponte VW made my experience stress free and fun! I tell everyone that will listen that this is the company to trust when it comes to vehicles and customer service! ️

Very unhappy with my recent service visit. My lease is up in two months and I’m most likely not going to be renewing through this dealer because of this. Very poor service. I never write reviews but this one just had me that upset.

Friendly, knowledgeable service reps! Easy in and out service. Had parts on site so car was fixed pretty quick! Comfortable waiting room! Sales reps were super nice too! Def will be back!

Allison greeted me at the door as I walked in and brought me exactly where I needed to go. She was very pleasant and Todd was great to work with last week. Both made everything very quick and easy. Jeff in sales was also amazing with the entire process.

I just purchased my second new car from steet ponte volkswagen and had an excellent experience both times! Jason the salesman was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me through everything and not only took the time to make the process smooth, but also to make sure i was happy. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in buying a new car go to steet ponte!

Scheduled an oil change and I received a complete check up due to my TAOS being close to 21,000 miles. Dealerships in the past that I have dealt with would have never advised me of this nor performed the check.
VERY friendly, courteous staff. Even the salesman that sold me the car walked up to me and asked how I was doing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have no idea what I paid for. The whole car was not inspected and issues that I was aware of prior to bringing it were not even identified. They didn’t even change the sticker on the windshield for the oil change. The due the bare minimum and don’t even do that with any competence. I will never, ever bring my vehicle there for service ever again.

The one star is for harold Sr. Manager of the service dept. How he keeps that job is beyond me. If it weren't for Harold Jr, service dept, and Ed GM.and, of course, the mechanic that actually fixed it! I don't know if I'd ever have my car fixed correctly.

I started out with a coolant leak in the driveway. Car never overheated or had any smoke or problems driving it. I checked the coolant. It was empty.
So I added more. Started the car and watched it leak right out. So, I looked up a mechanic. I had it towed there. He told me I needed a whole engine.shaking my head! So I towed it 2 more times. All to no places I'd ever recommend.and I didn't in my reviews.
I had it towed to my home. Until I could find a shop with integrity. Steet wasn't it either.

I called Steet VW. I spoke to a woman in service. She was very helpful and kind. I told her my story. At this point, my engine was 1/2 apart in my backseat in boxes. She put me on hold to ask someone, "I'm guessing a mechanic. " She told me the diagnostic charge would be at least 1/2 off since the engine was apart. So, I had it towed there.
When the tow truck got there, harold Sr. Called me. He was rude and threatened me that he'd not accept my car and have the driver take it back. Because he didn't believe me about the diagnostic charge. He wanted me to pay full price. Which would've been fine if I hadn't been told differently. I told him to do what he needed to. And then I called his boss. Ed the GM.
Harold Sr.had a better tone, but the lies and price quotes were unbelievable and ridiculous. I called Ed again. I wasn't expecting anything for free, but over $5000 was the highest quote yet. Their hourly labor rate is $137. Expected.but I had a coolant leak, no other issues. Except the last incompetent place broke the gas filter off, so I had to pay for the new one, and harold sr had all kinds of fuel parts and costs.
My blue book value is only about $8,000.
Harold found discounts somehow, which was decent of Ed. So now the time factor. My car was there for 3 weeks plus. Through the Memorial Day holiday. So harold Sr said they wouldn't have it ready until the following week because of the holiday.which became another week. He had text me. I'd text him, he'd not answer. I'd call and he'd not return my call. Terrible communication.
It was beyond frustrating.
When I finally could pick up my car $4,832.it was filthy, so it hadn't been in the garage being worked on for all this time. As I was waiting, I saw a sign that said free complementary car wash.
I called after I left, they offered to detail it free, but I didn't want to go back there. The woman that answered said that is scratched off the sign. I didn't see that from where I was sitting.
A few days later, I realized I had an oil leak. I didn't have this issue before bringing it there.
I took it back there 3 times, paying for ubers twice. Harold Sr kept telling me it's fixed. GM was tired of me, but he should be tired of harold Sr! I just paid a lot of money to have an oil leak? It was never repaired. I finally called and got Harold jr. He told me to drop it off and he'd call me when it's done. I left it overnight, 2 days later, it was finished. They said they replaced an oil part on the dipstick. I don't know all they did or didn't do. I had a couple of requests. A timing belt and gas cap.
It was a big job, but I feel some of the parts were not needed. I can't say for sure. But I do feel that harold Sr wasn't fixing the oil leak so I could blow my engine. I was raised by a mechanic. So checking my oil and coolant are constants.
Which is how I know I had a leak, I saw it on the ground and checked it.
This was the most frustrating and infuriating experience.
I'm still looking for an auto mechanic shop with integrity. I'll not ever go to Steet again. The parts have a warranty for a year. That's the only reason why I'd go back. I hope harold Sr leaves the job by then. Or I'll specifically ask for Harold Jr.

Lauren is an amazing salesperson! She is very knowledgeable about Volkswagens and listens to what you are looking to purchase. She follows up and provides wonderful service. We have purchased 3 new cars from her and she has always exceeded our expectations!

Purchased a 2023 Atlas Cross Sport. Made buying a new vehicle very easy. Lauren & Todd both were great to work with. No high pressure sales here! Got exactly what we wanted at a great price!
Update: Very disappointed with their service department. We have had a few issues with the car and this last issue, had it back 4 times before they fixed it (by replacing a faulty tire which should have been taken care of the first or 2nd time). Of course, at our cost until my husband fought with them to reduce our cost to half.

The service department was great. I did have one initial issue but the service manager contacted me right away and took care of it. Very professional dealership that stands by their word. I highly recommend them.
