Staten Island Mall

Lots of things to do at this mall like Dave and Busters, movie theater, shopping, and dining.

I've known this mall for many years, and it's a good mall, but please add more styles and aesthetics in clothing stores, and plus size clothing to welcome different types of people, it takes me two hours to find my own style because you guys lack on that, even if you had it it would be for the thinnest people, like come on after you guys changing the whole mall you can't add the main thing that attracts more people, and to be fair the carnival that comes every summer barely has any rides and more food spots then rides it's overpriced just to ride the same rides over and over, just please add more useful stuff and stores then a roof store that has no costumers in it,:).

The mall hours are a joke. How do you close at 7pm every night right after Christmas? ! What a joke. People that still work don't even get home till 7! People need to get back to work! Is this the new norm or is this the covid hours that never went away?

This mall unfortunately is going downhill. All there are are cheap stores with disposable clothes aimed at the under 21 crowd.why are there 12 or more cheap women's clothing stores? And Macy's, what a disaster. No staff at the registers, you spend a half hour looking for a cashier to ring you up. Why is there no Loft anymore, Eileen Fisher, J. Jill, a William Sonoma, Restoration Hardware, a Bloomingdales or Nordstrom?
Only reason I go is for Lands End and Zara.

Decent place, still some normancy in NYC. DemocRATS have destroyed the city, but Staten Island predominately still alive and kicking.

The Staten Island Mall is very Great Mall and Lot of people like shopping here at Afternoon, Evernoon and At Night time but one problem at Night time there Homeless people is in Staten Island Mall Restroom was take Shower and Smoking Marijuana. That very Crazy.

This mall has changed drastically. It is now for the super rich. There are jewelry stores every other store. I went trying to find a place to fix my son's watch. The main watch store was closed. So, I went into three stores and asked each sales person where there was another watch store. They sent me for a walk all around the mall not finding any watch store. I ended up back at the original store sitting on the floor because there was no place to sit. Finally, the owner of the watch store showed up and I got my watch fixed. The price was great but I do not like how this mall has changed.

Excellent place to shop, food court was very clean and Covid-19 protocols are being taken seriously.

The store next ro journeys is called GREAT OUTDOORS I was greeted with kindness I felt welcomed I was helped and I wasn't being watched as if I was stealing I had an amazing shopping experience buying ugg boots the employee stein is the best professional. When I go into macys or journeys looking for uggs they never have what they display. In journeys I'm watched like a criminal and in macys I'm ignored so it felt good going to a store that had what I wanted and made me enjoy shopping again we need more kind people who know how to treat every customer equally

It's the mall great place to grab a gift are just to shop for yourself are see a movie at AMC bring proof of vacation

The Staten Island mall has definitely grown over the last five years. I would love crossing the bridge to visit Menlo Mall or Woodbridge mall in NJ as opposed to Staten Island’s mall back in the day growing up as a child. Oh goodness things have changed they have everything there now I love the many options offered in the collection of shops. I also noticed how diverse the mall has become and that is a welcoming site. Offering a lot of something for everyone.

The mall is getting better and better. Primark is the store to go to. Great prices and excellent gifts for family and friends.

Workers in makeup department angry people. I am not feel like by anything. I start shop in Manhatan.

Eh, the mall still needs a lot more improvements done to the whole environment. Some better stores to shop at or a better layout, more attractions to have customers stay longer.

Hi everyone, this is the most delightful, amazing, awe inspiring place I've ever been in my life on Earth. The shopping is just too, too incredible. Three cheers for awesome places, this is for sure a delight for all.

The staten island mall is great.alot of stores for all and all your needs great food places on-site as well.if on staten island or live on staten island the mall is a must stop

Been going here for years, its nice that security has gone up. The only thing I would say is that since you need to show proof of vaccination to eat in the cafeteria, its strange that they dont say anything to the people standing and eating on edges of the bar side tables when they aren't vaccinated.

Otherwise, since the mall's expansion its been super great shopping here. Really big variety of stores and not too confusing.

Love it, I found what I need, very secure we eat lunch at The ford court, my surprise every one of us it has to show vaccination of covid definitely make me feel more secure thank you

Very surprised there was no seating for unvaccinated people in food court. It's ok too take their money shopping in the mall, but don't let them sit down to eat. And what's this sign I see in the mall, no gun's allowed. What that's about? Really!

Really impressed with the revamp on this mall. Totally worth it. Great variety of retailers and clean modern appearance. Keep it up

They’ve done a marvelous job restructuring the SI Mall but it’s still directly next to the largest Landfill in the world. Certainly the biggest in the US.

Fun mall. Spacious, less crowded and clean. I visited the food court, dave & busters and the pepper palace! I was surprised it closed so early at 6pm on Sunday.

This mall is becoming so advanced and the Zara is so clean and organized with all the latest styles! I live for this mall

Nice renovated mall but it would be nicer if added more entertaining sections i.e. A bowling alley or ice skating ring giving the fact it's the only main mall in the area.

The hate this mall, it's sad looking that theres more stores closing up and the rents are outrageous, should of left it an airport

My retired cousin did not have accessibility in the mall and no restaurant in a mall that has been established for five years. The security and staff on our visit were not helpful and somewhat clueless in guiding people who travel from Manhattan and yonkers to spend a leisurely Monday day by shopping. This experience was horrific and was not ADA friendly.

Love the new renovation the mall had. The new AMC dine-in theater is so cool, and the chairs are so comfortable. Food court has a new look too and I believe the only Dave and Busters on the island. Would have given 5 stars if the tables were clean more especially during the pandemic. Overall I love the new look.

Got there early. I was one of the first people to enter the Staten Island mall right after opening. Always good visiting

It's was a good experience. Out it doesn't seem much, but once you are inside, it's done so well. Food court serves good food, while gaming arcade was good too. They are still extending it.

I've been going there for years. It has the name stores such as Lands End, Macy's, etc. There's also a lot of specialty stores, also plenty of restaurants. It's a mall, one thing though, traveling by car is easier.

I Love this Mall. Always very clean. Every store I've been too has friendly Staff and stocked on the items I look for along with many extras. Food court has a good selection of foods and parking is always available. Security is always on Patrol

Love how the stores are following the safety protcols and limitations are set for how many customers are allowed in the stores.

Staten Island Mall mall. I love the huge dome and the comfy seats to relax in! The restaurants are very good-and the food courts are pretty nice. (An amazing variety of food options.)

Very amazing place to go shopping and walking around with friends and family. Amazing food courts and the rides are so much fun! The mall is well designed and decorated with new and interesting things everywhere you go! You could spend a whole day here and have an amazing time! Very fun much recommended.

Great American Mall! This is the Mall from the New Radicals video, "You get what you give" The Place is as Classic as it gets with Delicious Food Court and Free parking and so many famous Stores from Shake Shack to Primark.

I only went to Primark and it was like a regular shopping experience with masks. My daughters and I were able to walk around and shop comfortably.

Purchased a ring and was promised a date February 13 to be picked up after sized. Just to say we came to pick the ring up and it was not ready and no one called me to let me know if it could be overnighted or if they could compensate us and refund us. We came to retrieve our money and I’ll money was refunded in full with complete dissatisfaction for the service and the inconsiderate behavior of the employees if you want to be disappointed go to Kay jewelers
