Owning a car and parking in NYC, I’ve never had a major accident, but small dings and dents are inevitable. The last 2 repairs I used S and T Auto in the Bronx. Superb body work, professional customer service and reasonably priced. I’m a forever customer!

2ND TIME COMING TO S&T AND THEY REMAINED AS GOOD AS THE FIRST TIME MY CAR WAS READY APPROX. TWO WEEKS AHEAD OF TIME. CAR LOOKS LIKE IT CAME OUT THE SHOW ROOM NO COMPLAINTS. UP TO NOW HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Absolute amazing service and work. From the beginning, to the end I was constantly informed on the process. The work and service were outstanding, prompt and way beyond what could reasonably be expected. It was an added plus that S & T Auto Body shop is in network with my insurance company. Everything was seamless.

If you are looking for an Auto Shop. Look no further. S&T is the way to go. I had no complaints. My car was as brand new and the customer service experience was exceptionally great. Especially Luz.she is just great. Thank you S& T for the service i received

So far communication hasn't been good.

My car is still at the shop while they tell me the last part they need is on backorder nationwide (its not, I was able to find it in 1 day, order it and it's still waiting for the shop to go pick it up)

First off, S&T did an amazing job repairing the damage done to my vehicle. I was extremely happy with the work they did. There's also peace of mind knowing that all parts and components that were repaired/replaced have a lifetime warranty.

However, I did notice some scratches, scuff marks and dents that were not on my vehicle before. While I was disappointed at first, S&T wanted to make everything right, and they certainly did. They buffed the scuffs and scratches immediately after I noticed them, and they made an appointment with a specialist to fix the dents, which they did.

It's hard to find quality customer service these days, but I'm happy to say you can certainly find it here. I want to thank all the kind people at S&T for all their help, especially Maribel who was in constant communication with me and made sure everything came out perfect. I hope I never hit another trash panda again, but if I ever need repairs, I'll be coming back here.

They repaired my daughter’s Mini after she was rear-ended. We recently purchased it used as her 1st car. S&T replaced the rear bumper, and cleaned up some scratches and dents throughout. Plus detailed the car. When I picked it up, I almost didn’t recognize it. It’s a 7 year old car, but it looked brand new.

Great company & amazing team! You can tell they love what they are doing. The work done on my car was amazing, i can honestly say this is one of the best shops in the bronx if not the best.

This place is full of professionals that will take good care of your car. All the way from the front desk to the mechanics everyone was amazing. I highly recommend this place great people and great place I just got my car I was so happy and excited to get it.until one day I came out of work late at night to come to notice that my car was hit while parked with no one to blame I was so sad, mad and frustrated. I didn't know where to turn until my brother told me about the wonderful experience that he had with S an T especially with Ruben. I went and spoke with Ruben and he was so wonderful and helpful he guided me to the correct path. His customer service skills are wonderful I also had help from Luz she was also so wonderfu.they both were very nice and patient and took there time to explain everything to me and at no time my car was fixed. My car looks like it just came out the dealer again brand new you can't even tell that the door was distroyed. I will definitely always go to them for any car issue. As a new car owner it is wonderful to have someone and somewhere to turn for my car needs and have someone I can trust. Been going there for years they are the best.they put in work, your car always comes out looking brand new like it just came out the dealership. My Boy Ruben makes sure your get your money's worth on anything that has to do with your car # one spot in the bronx.

The workmanship on the body of the car was great. Just make sure to check on them to finish on time.

It was my first time driving and having my own car. That’s why it was a horrific experience when I crashed my car. I didn’t have hope that my car will be fixed again BUT S&T Autobody did a fantastic job of fixing my car. I had the fender crashed and S&T Autobody made it look brand new!

I am saying this positively but I don’t want to see you guys again hahaha! But when I do have to see you again, I have my full confidence that you can place your Mida’s touch on my car and make it look beautiful as ever.

I have taken three of my cars here for body service. They do they best work possible. Paint always matched and they always got my car back to me in a reasonable time frame. They only complaint I have is that stuff was taken out of my car from areas that the technician should not of been. Lost some valuable stuff but I guess that's what I get for trusting it would be there when I got my car back. Other than that I would highly recommend them for any body work to your car.

I got into my first accident and it was a hit and run and besides having a crashed car but now it’s coming out of my pocket and that really sucks. I was highly recommend to go to S&T and there they be able to resolve my problems and they were right my car came out perfect from have my whole front damaged to what it came out looking like and besides that it was so affordable for my pockets i am thankful. I had such a fantastic experience. Not only was the work done impeccably well on my Mercedes Benz, but Brendan and the team were amazing all around in terms of communication and general customer service. Hopefully I never have another car accident, but if I do, here’s where I’m taking my car for repair.

Actually my second visit. First time did some bumper work and detailing ahead of a lease return. The lease agent complimented the care I showed the car. It alone is a testament of the quality of work at this shop. Most recently I had two bigger problems. Ford Explorer had an igniton problem and a dreaded transmission failure. Bill constantly communicated the issue, professionally handled supply chain issues, and delivered at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend S&T

Brought my vehicle in due to several scratches and dings I created on a leased vehicle. Needed to fix it before returning or I figured the leasing comoany would charge me an arm and a leg. Smartest decision I couldve made taking it to S&T. Amazing service at this shop. You get treated like family. Expert service. Tom, Steve, Nelson, Maribel, and more are all amazing. You get to know them due to their fantastic service. Communication was great throughout and my vehicle came out looking fantastic. Have referred several family members and friends; none have been disappointed.

My garage dented the rear spoiler on my Tesla Model X and asked me to bring the car to S&T. I immediately had doubts thinking that they had a deal with a discount repair shop in the Bronx. Boy was I WRONG! S&T is a professional, honest repair shop, staffed by techs who are passionate about automobiles and about doing precision repair work. The customer service is top notch, communication clear, expectation setting on point AND they detailed my filthy car after the repair - for free - better than any detail job I’ve ever paid $$ for. I am a loyal customer to S&T i don't like visiting them under these circumstances they know me and my car this is not my first rodeo with S&T unfortunately my car seems to always get hit while parked. Smh. Sad you cant have nothing nice in NY BX. But how ever S&T is the only Repair shop i will go to and i often recommend them to my friends and family.they do excellent work the staff is great and will work with you the best they can and they are very patient and attentive with customers.the vibes is all good. This place is great, they fixed and repaired my 2018 lexus is 300 like new there's a receptionist there (Rosie) and she's the best, she made my stay feel so so easy and calm she explained everything in deails so I could understand and theres a gentleman (Ruben) that was in charge of my car and he did an excellent job he went above and beyond what he had to do just to have me happy with the job, Thank you S & T for everything God bless

Great shop! Great work on my car & great service! Maribel was a great help throughout the process. It was a great experience as a customer versus a business partner working with S&T when I use to work for Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Forhdam. Thank you again to the entire staff there.

My vehicle was repaired here twice and both times the work was Superior the service was excellent and the paint job superb. However, on my last repair my subwoofer in the trunk and my amplifier in the trunk was damaged by the shop. It originally cost me $700, but after the damage (which I found out on my own after leaving), it cost me 200 extra dollars to make an inferior replacement due to hurricane Ida and time constraints. As a result, it cost me $900 to make a repair to my audio system which was damaged by the shop and I was not informed. After several attempts to contact the office and even stopping by in person I still have not been contacted to this day for them to say whether or not they will reimburse me. That is very unprofessional as I've spent a lot of money there between my insurance and my deductible, and it is very discourteous to not contact an individual who spends his own money with the business. For this, I am extremely disappointed. That said, I still can't complain about their work - it is some of the best work in the business. It is just unfortunate that the shop did damage to my vehicle in the audio system and hasn't contacted me to this day.
