Squeaky Clean Car Wash

Worst car wash experience I’ve ever had! Right before going through the actual car wash, the guy working there used a pressure washer on my car and severely damaged the paint job. I didn’t notice until I got out of the car 20 minutes later. I drove back to the car wash, and the guy admitted he saw it happen but said he wouldn’t take any responsibility for it. He said it was my problem and my fault, not his. I asked him why he didn’t say anything when it happened, and he said he assumed I saw it. He refunded me for the car wash, but now I have probably $1000 worth of damage to my car, so that doesn’t remotely make up for it. The employee told me to talk to management, but he said they don’t take responsibility for damage to cars. Besides all of this, my car wasn’t even really clean after the wash. I highly recommend avoiding this business at all costs!

The old man employer seems like have a mental problem. He was very rude and shut at me just because I didn’t see the sign. I think he should not work there and see doctor first. I am so mad and no one should get a car wash there.

Was a bit hesitant since it was my first time getting my car washed at Squeaky Clean Car Wash. Overall, it turned out pretty well. The rims were still a bit dirty, but the complimentary air blower and vacuum cleaner facilities are commendable. I'm now considering purchasing a monthly subscription.

I have since loved this car wash more and more, solely due to the staff. My dogs love coming here to get a treat!
My car is usually at clean as expected, our truck usually have soap on the back but no big deal, can only do so much.
Appreciate the nice employees at both locations! We will be customers as long as we live here.

Old review: It’s okay. However not sure if you are aware there is soap still on the vehicle 100% of the time. Especially in the back of a truck. Some soap would be like meh or once in a while but it’s be real here. This car wash is no better than a 3 star at best.

Full service prices for subpar work. High prices but yet you have to dry and vacuum your own vehicle

Racist. Cleaning my car should not be a procedure that acquires large amount of human interference. However, this place can always surprise me with negative amount of service. One suggestion, no service is better then your service. Lacking options in Ithaca does not bestow you the power to bully your customers.

The WORST car wash I've ever used. Moreover, an old white guy is very unfriendly with a extremely bad attitude! The white guy is somehow racial discrimination though I didn't have a recording. The carwash is not good at all. They don't wash your wheels even if you pay a membership that include a cleaning wheels.

Failure on all levels.

They should let the kid with the hose deal with customers because the older guy currently doing it clearly has temper issues.

Make the drive to Knapps or Cortland if you want a cheaper car wash where you don’t get screamed at.

The employees were great, but my car wash wasn't because the water pressure wasn't high enough to clean the salt and dirt from the underside. After the wash I went around the corner, on a clean road, to the nearest parking lot and felt the underside in several places. My hand came out wet (so yes, underside rinse had been performed) but covered in salty dirt. My car was pretty clean to begin with, and having the underside rises was the only reason why I had spent the $18.

Rude older employee. 12/14/22 at about 9: 05 AM. I stopped at the stop-sign just before entering the carwash. A younger employee directs me to move forward and begins spraying the car as usual. At the same time, the older employee loses his mind on me. He was yelling at my car and pointing at the stop-sign as if I ignored it. The younger employee appeared to tell him that he was incorrect and then this crazy man just walks away into the facility rather than apologizing. The carwash itself is decent but I'm cancelling my unlimited subscription due to this. Insanity.

The vaccum and the mat cleaner don't work. If you want to clean inside your car after washing don't go there.

I love squeaky clean and have a monthly subscription (can go once a day, every day, for 50$ a month) keeps my vehicle as new as possible, especially in the winter. The vacuum time for subscribers is only 5 minutes (free) tho. I'm not sure who can vacuum their entire vehicle in 5 minutes but it's not me, lol. The staff is always wonderful and friendly and very efficient, even when there is a super long line.

Over priced didn't clean the car completely. The dryer doesn't do a good job, it leaves water all over it.

Always friendly staff.and my dog loves the biscuits they give out to make the ride less stressful for the pups.

I was very impressed with the teamwork of the employees. My mirror was damaged by the right blue brush. The manager promptly sent my car body specialists a check to cover the damage.

AWFUL experience here.
Didn’t understand the instructions and got absolutely BLASTED by two employees at the same time. Extremely rude, impatient, expensive ($16 for a single car wash) and my car left dirty!
I’m a pretty happy person and have never written a bad review about anything, but this place left me very upset and flustered.

The staff need to ware FACE MASKS. They keep them around their neck (probably because it's required) but they come right up to you without any face covering.
Also, all the soap remains on the car after the wash.

This car wash is faster than a stop light! I love this place because the staff is attentive, friendly and always smiling. They are so efficient even a long line (rare) is a very short wait. I get the wash and wax service and it lasts longer than other car washes I have gone to. Also the new (ish) vacuums are great and make for a quick, affordable and easy detailing job. Love how easy it is to get in, get clean and get back on the road.

Been here once. You come in and out within 5 min.tops (even faster if you have the membership). Everything is automated. You only interact with a human at the start to pay. A bit pricey ($16) for a single wash but I'm not sure if that's competitive for the rates within the area. Car comes out swanky clean and a seamless experience. It’s definitely sudsy - lots of soap being used. Sales man tried to push the monthly membership but that's their job. Will definitely return. Recommend the booklet of a couple of washes if you are a regular customer (you will save $4).

Went to get a wash in my new vehicle on elmira rd.and when I got out noticed my wheels were scraped up on the driver's side. The employee says its from the wheel rubbing on the bars that guide you through but there was nothing he could do.

It was complete rip off. I paid $25, the car wash took 6 seconds tops and it didn't even clean my car. I should have tipped myself because i ended up having to clean the rest of it.
