Derek O'Brien, the collision manager was very courteous, and took care of my Equinox in a very professional matter.

I called on a Tuesday and they told me if I could dropped my truck off for a few days they would get to it when they could. With the break issue it had, I couldn't go over 43 mph, it was unusable anyways. Dropped it off that evening and let them know as soon as possible was best. They had it done by Friday. It was really needed by Saturday so I'm happy with the service.

Dropped car off at 7: 30 am for a scheduled oil change. Big, bang boom.car was taken back, but still had to wait over 45 minutes of the oil change.

Service was great! The door check on my silverado was clicking everytime I used the door, and i was due for an oil change, Dennis ordered the part and scheduled an appt so I got both oil change and door fixed at the same time. He said it would be about 2 hours, on time, in at 7: 30 out by 9: 30, Thats great service, the reason I do business with spurr, Thankyou!
