I was here on 02/06/2024 and had my best experience yet. I usually go here for my hair cuts but the last time I was in here, the girl took my fade too high and messed my whole haircut up. This time I didn't have to say a word, the girl cutting my hair knew she had to fix what the last girl messed up. In mid hair cut she was going to let me out of the chair and thought she was done. That's when Megan came flying to the rescue. Not only did she finish my haircut and fix my haircut but she did it with a smile and without issue. She was awesome. She deserves a raise or a big bonus. I will go here only if she is working because it will make me feel more comfortable that she won't let me leave looking like a Crayola crayon or the slimjim man!

Megan nails my haircuts, being a hairdresser myself, dont think anybody could piece together a haircut like she does!

Staci took forever and told me there was a $5 charge to use a special clipper. She ran the clippers so long without cleaning or spraying them and the clipper blade got too hot to touch skin.
When I went to pay, the $5 clipper up charge was there and I handed her a $5 coupon. She tried to double the clipper up charge right before I paid. No way to treat any customer. Scam artist. Won’t go again

On time and super nice/attentive, and a great cut. The polar opposite of my experience with the Fairmount location, who were late, rude, and dismissive. I understand it's the same owner for the two places, but the difference in service is night and day. They should definitely look into new management for Fairmount, it was a total waste of time.

Haircuts are fine. I get a basic 1 1/2 length on the sides and back, so its not going to ever be fantastic. The shops hours on the door are wildly inaccurate. I have shown up the last two Sundays at 1-2pm and everything is closed and dark, Sign says they are open until 5pm. Also, went during the week after work at 6: 15pm, after the second time, found out they close at 6pm. I just looked, and the website shows open until 8pm, but appropriately closed on Sundays. There really isn't any excuse for a small location to be able to keep their hours communicated.

I just had a great experience with Mindy she gave me what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and easy to speak with. I'm very happy with my hair cut hope she is there on my next visit. It is hard to find great Babers or hairdressers.

Had a great experience. The specialist did a great job. Would Def recommend this place.

Good cut, quick shampoo, & shoulder rub, reasonable price in a Biden/Dem Economy.hopefully in goes down some under Republican management one day in New York.

Jenna is fantastic! Always welcoming, she really listens and reflects back to verify what cut is desired. She follows through with a superb haircut. I keep going back. I am grateful for such a refreshing experience.

Got an MVP today from Brittany. It was fantastic. I’ve had numerous cuts at Sportclips and she was one of the best. I will definitely be returning and requesting her. She seems to take her time and make sure the cut is perfect, wash was great, very relaxing.

I went in as a "walk-in" for a hair cut. The place was vacant except one lady who met me at the counter. She asked me to input my phone number in the computer. I said "no thank you". She said I can't give you a haircut without your number. I left. My phone number is my private information. How sad it is that I have to give my phone number to receive a haircut. Wrong choice Sport Clips.

Booked appt with app and was #1 on board but they kept calling people ahead of me. Full of attitude.

Brought our son today. We checked in online and had a 2 hour wait. When we got there we waited over 30 minutes. Not sure what the point of the online check in is.

Did the online check-in and only waited about 5 minutes once I got there even though it was very crowded being the day before school started. My stylist took her time cutting my hair and finding out what style I wanted. I always get the MVP for the extra $5. It's a great value for the money!

Great haircut, as a first time customer was upgraded to the MVP package which included a hot towel and back massage. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you need a hair cut

I do like this location very much. It is the closest sports clips to my house. Apparently a lot of other people love this location. It always seems as though there's at least a 60 minute wait. The staff is very friendly. The location is very clean. And I have always had a good experience. I just could not get my haircut today because of the wait.

The stylist are very knowledgeable and friendly. My boys are African American and it is hard to find any business in Liverpool, Ny that cuts their type of hair. I admit I was nervous at first, but they did such a perfect job. Now I tell everyone about Sports Clips. Plus I have short hair and I will be going to then soon to trim me up. Thanks ladies

Always get a good haircut, personnel are good at cutting hair. Shop is located with plenty of parking. Clean.i do the MVP's cut occasionally just to splurge.

Absolutely fantastic. AND extremely reasonable in price. It will be the place I will patronize from now on!

My son in law like this place and the haircut w/ hot towel is nice. Of course, the price is high in my opinion, which is especially disgruntling when he leaves with the entire back of his shirt covered in hair.

Worst mistake going to this place 20 dollars for a trash haircut, I ask for a 2 and a 3 fade then I get a ratchet buzz cut job that took 4 minutes.

Go here atleast 2x a month and have never had a bad experience nor a bad hair cut. The ladies are always sooo nice and they talk to you and actually care about things that u talk to them about:)

Been going here for a few years now. Never had a bad experience, and always treated like an MVP. Megan and Danielle are both amazing, and do really well with kids. They usually have a longer wait, so I would suggest checking in online!

One of the hair dressers was SO amazing with my six year old son and was very patient! Will be going back!

This place is great! Danielle and Meaghan are awesome! Always make you feel welcome even when slammed and always do a phenomenal job!

I like the app experience and the ability to check-in online. It’s also nice to be able to see the wait time on the app. The atmosphere at the shop is great too.

This is the best place in Syracuse to get a haircut. All of the stylists are very polite and professional.

I had to coupon for haircuts for new client my husband with my 6 years old went there she refused to give my 6 year old haircut with out ID how holding ID for 6 years old and even my husband told her she can check the name for the kids.my husband left bc he didn’t want the kid to upset by just get his dad haircut without him. So disappointed never give it try again.

This was my first time going to a sports clips. My usual hairdresser had left where I previously went to, so I gave sports clips a try and I was very pleased. Megan was phenomenal and paid more attention to detail than anyone I had ever had cut my hair. If you are a person like myself who is particular about who cuts your hair and is hesitant about going somewhere new, do not feel worried about giving this place a try. This will be my new regular place.
